Physical Appearance/Traits: Inoue is, you would say, short. It doesn't bother him, but he is a short 4'9. He also weighs a light 80 lbs, possibly due to his... shortness. His eyes are the a deep purple, like a purple ocean, as he has been told. His hair is also ocean blue, styled in a way that parts so that it shows about half of his forehead, even though his hair is short.

His skin is a light, light brown, or rather, a very light tan. You can barely see it, but his skin is tanned nicely, even though lightly, he likes it that way. He usually just wears a light blue jacket, with gray pants and shoes. Also, the only things he carries with him are his teddy bears. Call him a baby, but he is attached to those bears.

Personality: Inoue, in a group, will usually just stay quiet and follow the leader of the mission, as he isn't... a 'leader type'. He will lead if he has to, but he is generally a quiet person. If he knows you well, as in you being his friend, then he will act kind towards you, and will enjoy your company, though still quiet. By himself, he can spend hours upon hours just thinking.

He will stare into space, people-watch, cloud-watch, etc. In battle, he would examine the situation firstly, and just try and think up a plan of attack, especially if he is leading the mission. Overall, he will just set up traps and plan things out carefully, making sure to try and calculate every detail.

Fighting Traits: Inoue fights basically like a strategist would, so he avoids hand - to - hand combat alot. But when fighting hand - to - hand, he fights with a... hit and run kinda thing. Mostly avoiding attacks though, not a taijutsu person.

Weaknesses: Inoue actually has a terrible fear of heights, since he fell off of a mountain once, or almost did. This happened when he was five however, making it even scarier and more tramatizing. He also has a great fear of the ocean, and he almost drowned in it.

His other fear is a fear of spiders, and that's because his house was infested with them before. Most of them were tarantulas, and they almost bit him, if he hadn't run away. These are his three fears, his only ones.

History: Inoue was born and raised in the leaf village, and loved it there, even though he is quiet. He was introduced to bears once he was... well born, and he has always loved bears. His mother and father, both strong ninja, began training him at the age of five, mostly on the basics. During training though, they came upon a mountain, that decided to have a landslide.

Inoue's father... didn't make it, to say the least. Inoue himself almost fell off of the mountain, and his mother got stuck in a cave and couldn't help her precious five-year-old. Inoue managed to make it up, seeing as he still had a tight grip on the mountain. He made it up around the same time as his mother made her way out of the cave.

A few years later, Inoue of course, was still training, and now he was training on how to summon. His animal turned out to be, well a bear, obviously. Inoue didn't quite master it at that time, seeing as he was eight, but he did get pretty good at it. A few years later, he was attending the academy, and was doing good, to say the least.

He never made any friends though, but perhaps that would change when he graduated. Soon enough, he graduated, but didn't know who his teammates or who his jounin was at all. After all, why would he? He knew like, noone in class, so yeah. Now, guess he is getting ready to meet them, hopefully.

Sample RP: Inoue sat in a tree quietly, not bringing any attention to himself. He closed his eyes, thinking about who knows what. He had no place to head, no reason to head anywhere, and no missions either. So, why not relax and enjoy the breeze? There was a nice breeze blowing through, and Inoue decided that he would stay there, at least for a while, or perhaps longer. But, as always, usually things are never nice forever, it seems. Inoue opened his eyes, only to see a kunai coming straight at him. He flipped away, off of the tree to see a shrouded figure standing on the tree. Who is that person? Inoue wondered. Now was not the time to be worrying about that though. Why? Because, some guy was trying to kill him right now.

So, of course he would have to fight back, I mean, why would he just stand there and get killed? He would be stupid to do that, after all. So, time to calculate now. Now, how would he be able to lead him into a trap? Alright, let's see if it would work. Of course, Inoue thought of all this in a matter of seconds, and the guy was dashing at Inoue, and Inoue threw a kunai at the man, only to have the guy catch it in his hand. But then, the guy looked to see a paper bomb attached to the bomb, and was soon blown away, almost. He landed on a tree, and disappeared, only words left behind being, 'when I see you again, you will die'. That guy gave up pretty quickly, didn't he?
