Changes: I'd like to change his outfit. ^^

CODE
[B]Clothing[/B]: Neijin wears black sandals, black baggy pants with the bandages tied overtop of his pants just above his ankles as well as on his right thigh with his kunai holster over top, a white sleeveless shirt with bandages over top of his whole left arm, a high-collar cappucino cream jacket with the right arm being short-sleeved and the left arm being long-sleeved (decoration similar to the one Neji wore when he was a Genin). His forehead protector band is black and is worn on his forehead. A matching glove to the jacket, with a metal plate on the backhand, is worn on his right hand. A white scarf around his neck stretches from shoulder to shoulder, coveres up to just under his nose, and hangs  a couple of inches above the ground behind him.
