Character History:
Kyrie's family moved around a lot. They weren't rich, but they weren't poor either. It was only her and her parents. Kyrie was born in a small city in Ohio. She was there for a year of her life, and remembers nothing of it.

Kyrie loved spending time with her family, and told them almost everything. She didn't tell them how sad she was about how they moved all the time, or how she possed a power of some kind. She was actually afraid to tell them until the day she accidentally killed her mother.

Kyrie and her parents were at a construction-site facility because of her father's job. Her mother was yelling at her, and Kyrie was becoming angry. She tried to ignore her mother, but couldn't. They were in a room alone, and she just kept going on and on and on about how she would smile. Looking back, Kyrie thought it was a stupid thing to get mad about, Kyrie had gotten too angry and started yelling when the saw turned on and headed straight for her mother. Kyrie screamed when it finally did hit her, and her mother was killed.

Personality: Quiet, mysterious, seems mean and angry, but really she's nice and sad. Feels alone, but doesn't want to speak to anyone about her past. Tough, and hates preps and wanna-bee's.

Role-play Sample:
This character's past after death of her mother:

Kyrie sat on the bench dressed all in black to her mother's funeral. She sat in the back because she didn't want to cry. Not anymore. Not in front of anyone. Her father was angry with her, and she had listened in on him speaking. He was going to leave while she was at school. She couldn't bare this sadness.

Kyrie had moved so often, that she never really tried to make friends. At that moment, she had none. No one to turn to. She needed her mom more than ever. What could she do? Run-away? But, that might be what her father wants. She couldn't hurt him, even if he wanted to hurt her. She had to. She had to run away. So she did.

Later that night, Kyrie packed her things and left. She wasn't sure where to run to, she just knew she had to go some where. Even though she was only fourteen and half expected someone to find her and take her to the police, or what they call her home, or worse. So she decided then and there to change her name to Kit-Kat. She could to it if she could get to a computer. Probably better than a professional hacker. Until she could find out what to do, she would stay hidden.

Eventually, her father found her. It was about a year later. He found her through the "CIA" and the "FBI". They had been watching her for a while considering that her name had been changed to Kit-Kat. And her black hair had been dyed to the color red. To this day, they still wonder how she was able to change her name with a Library computer.
