Wow, it looks the same? How cheap can GM be to let a boring 4-year old car go without a slight remodel. Because wood isn't gonna change the fact that you are probably going to pay more for the car, because of the wood, and it's the same design as the year before.

It's getting an extensive update that one would actually call it a slight redesign. I believe the lenght of the car will change and the interior will be radically different. Probably closer to the BLS interior that Europe will see though since this is just a minor update of the Saab 9-3 interior, don't expect the CTS to look exactly like it.

I love the BLS. I wish it could be available here. It has all the benefits of the 9-3, none of its quirks, and all the style of Cadillac. It would cost as much as the CTS, though. Which is, I might add, very depressing. I would expect it to cost less...

The dollar sucks right now, so that means imported goods are more expensive, if the exporting country has a strong currency. In this case the Euro is very strong against the Dollar, so anything that comes from Europe is going to cost much more here than it does there.

Sorry, but I don't like the BLS. It looks too generic to me. I think Cadillac should refine the XLR/STS interiors to come up with the new CTS interior. Remember, the BLS is slotted below the CTS in the line up. The next CTS interior will be much better.

I love American cars but was forced to purchase a 2004 Mazda6S because no American manufacturer offered a reasonably priced sports sedan with a V6 and a manual transmission. The Pontiac G6 GTP is too expensive - too late.
