Update-ish: Please Read

Okay, so I do have a plot in mind. For those of you who are curious, it involves the firelizard clutch. 'Nuff said for now.

However, that is not the point of this update. The point is that I have come to that brick wall in terms of roleplay here. I love my characters. I love the site--I've just been wondering for the past few months if I'm fit to run it anymore. I obviously don't devote enough time to roleplay here, and if I want to continue running it, I need to up that. Life is busy--that's true, and it's also inspiration-sapping. I know that the year will get worse as opposed to better as it goes on and school gets busier.
I don't want Misuri Weyr to die.

So this is what I'm proposing: I need a Junior Weyrwoman. Someone who'd be interested in roleplaying a Queen, transferred into the Weyr. You'd be able to approve characters, run plots and hatchings/flights of your dragon, and generally keep things going. You'd be full Admin. Deputy Weyrwoman, sort of thing. Fire and I can't do this on our own any more, with Fearless MIA, and since Lilath's flights seem doomed, I'd really love it if someone else were interested in helping out.
I know that Barioleth is flying, presently, so that could mean a clutch, but...yes. Post here if you're interested in creating a Jr. Queen character. We used to have 5 admin+mods. Now there're two, and neither of us here a great deal.

Also, if you're interested in moderating for the site and don't want to be a Jr. Weyrwoman, let me know. Any help is appreciated.

Well I've been here forever so I'll volunteer for mod duty. But there is no way in hell am I RPing a junior queen so no Adminship for me.

If you end up not needing me then thats alright too. I just thought I could be of somewhat help.

Hmm... I'd like to help. I really would. But I've never helped run a site before, and I dunno if I could do it well enough. *shrugs* If you think I'd do a good enough job, I'd love to help, but if someone else could do better, then for heaven's sake, pick them! X3

I wouldn't mind creating a Jr. Queen. I think it'd be fun, since I've never played a Queen. I just don't want to sound like I'm out to... I dunno. I don't wanna look like a... a rank hunter, or whatever. >__<

Always her worry. Even everyone who's RPed with her enough knows that she doesn't go hunting down Queens and rankers...

I'm glad you offered, Fia ^^ I would be delighted to keep you in mind for that. If no one else offers, the position is yours. If someone else is interested too, I'll have to come up with some way to decide who gets it. In any case, I'll leave it open for now but I trust you, and I would be honored to have you on staff.

Okay, I lied. I'm reply to one post tonight. Or I guess it's morning. I cannot even fathom running a site at this point in time. I just don't have time. However, anyone who does get that position, feel free to ask for my help. I will give any assisstance I can with my various bouts of leadership experience and all that.

I think an interesting character, but one who can balance out Lilath and Kisa if you like. 'Cause, though I'm delighted you'll be helping (and I gave Ky admin too, even though he's not making a character) Kisa will be annoyed at having to share even more responsibility ^^

I'll go ahead and give the answer. Its Code Geass. Whenever a Britannian soldier if given an order they always place their hand on their heart and bow saying "Yes my lordo" And yes it sounds like 'lordo' because in japanese english words end with an extra syllable.

So true. But things get really confusing when the Japanese start using Ks instead of Cs and since they don't really have an L in their language the use Rs which sound different from the English R so it ALMOST sounds normal. But reading romaji is a pain. Imagine trying to read the Japanese version of ballpoint pen. Boru pen. It sounds similar but you probably wouldn't be able to decipher what it is in written form -_-
