Ans: Can put directly the URL of the song.

in pictures, click the IMG button found above and insert the URL of the picture.
example:
for song file:
[URL= insert ur url here ] insert ur link here or a name also can [/URL]

picture file:
[ img ] insert url here [ /img ]

If has the songs/ videos or pictures,

- Imageshack.com

Songs/ videos:
- Filefront.com
- Sendspace.com
- Megaupload.com

After uploading, copy the link & post in the form of the above ans.
