Finally, Some Normal Fights

Calraith was tired of the hullabaloo that came with fighting in the tournament. It seemed like, lately, his life had been drawn along by others. As such, he just wanted to kill some crap and possibly take over a Netherworld in the process.

As the quadruple of people arrive at the netherworld... they come across two boxes and a Pumpkin Head. Can you say Random Battle!?

((Amethyst is a Genin (Lvl 2 ninja) so her stats should be “Genin- (HP = 75, ATK = 40, MP = 20)”))

“Ha,” Calraith laughed as he saw what faced him. “What is this? A jack-o’-lantern and a pair of boxes? This Hideki must be really slipping. Shall we show him what a Supreme Overlord can do?”

“Yes Lord Calraith,” Amethyst answered.

“Mmmm…Your new confidence really turns me on,” Blitz purred.

“Alright dood!” Prinpton shouted.

Amber stayed silent, her eyes trained on the floor. In her time since Elizair’s death, the cleric had learned that her harsh words meant little to her new Overlord. She had to obey him or else she would be stripped of her position within House Corsar and be tossed out of Sanctuary, separated from the rest of her family that was under Calraith’s command.

“Alright,” Calraith ordered as he pointed toward the prinny and the cleric. “You two stay back for now. Your assistance won’t be needed just yet. Amethyst, carve up that worthless pumpkin. Blitz, you and I will focus on smashing up whatever is lurking within those boxes.”

“I’d love to do it with you, Master.” Blitz’s mouth turned up in a lazy smile.

“Enough of that,” Calraith said as he drew his sword. “We have a Netherworld to conquer.”

Amethyst had already vanished into the shadows, moving silently toward her chosen target. Her footsteps left no sound as she slid through the darkness. She slid the short blade from the case behind her back, the dark purple velvet muffling the sound of the blade leaving its sheath. The kunoichi reappeared behind the pumpkin demon, sword already poised to strike. The blade flashed down, aimed to sink deep into the orange pulp of the demon’s head.

Calraith struck next, charging down on the large box with sword in hand. He doubted his sword would have much effect on the box’s heavy exterior, but he was determined to smash the box in order to see what it held. It was like a mystery, one that he was determined to solve. He slashed again, slamming the blade down in an overhead chop in the hopes of splintering the box. He finished his assault with a kick to the box’s lid, trying to smash it open.

The Overlord pivoted to the side, allowing the succubus to come barreling through. Blitz dashed across the battlefield, fist pumped back to deliver a devastating blow. Her fist sailed forward, aimed at the center of the large box. She had little doubt that she would be able to smash the crate with one blow.

Prinpton and Amber, following Calraith’s advice, dodged.

The attacks of the group seems to hit all of their attacks, the first mimic giving a wail as it's tongue lashes, falling to it's side. The other monsters retaliate by the mimic first hitting the Cleric, hitting it squarely on the chest with it's tongue. The Pumpkinhead sheaths a knife as it thrusts itself but unfortunately drops it as it dodges the Genin's attack.
