Note: I'm shelving Rachel for this/these guys. Don't approve until shelving rules officially go up. Also, I'll probably be expanding on most of the parts of this later, because quite frankly they could do with a lot more fleshing out.
______________

Overlord Name: Ince Pol Farvetch, high priest and occasional host of C’Cimos Arswyd.

Gender: Ince is male. C’Cimos, meanwhile, is presumed genderless.

Age: Ince: 20,000 is the best relative estimate judging by his history.
C’Cimos: 5 million. Time is generally meaningless to C’Cimos. While a normal demon can shrug off two years of sleep unless something bad happened during the time, C’Cimos sleeps for up to 10,000 years at once, but has this time been sleeping for approximately the last hundred thousand years.

Appearance:
Ince: Ince appears around 20 in human years, though his face shows quite a bit more. He stands 5’11”, is unnaturally thin and extraordinarily pale. Half of his face is covered by matted black hair with several gray streaks throughout, though the rest shows signs of extreme stress. The areas around his eyes are wrinkled and pulled away from the eyes themselves, leaving red rings around them and giving the eyes a bulging effect. The eyes themselves are bloodshot. The rest of his face appears to be little more than skin and a thin layer of muscle stretched over a skull. The only other parts of his body clearly visible, his hands, appear even less than this, to the point where it seems a miracle he can use them.

Ince’s outfit consists of solid dark red robes designed in the style of Catholic priest garb. Instead of a cross, he wears around his neck a pendant with a vortex pattern inscribed into a gem that changes colors with the light, but usually appears red. He also carries a wooden tag reading “C’CIMOS CULT”, though this is usually kept in a pocket or worn attached to a string around his arm. Beyond this, he wears black boots with short spikes set into the soles, and occasionally a wide-brimmed hat that casts just enough shadow to veil his face.

C’Cimos: True to cosmic horror mythos, C’Cimos is near indescribable. The few that have viewed him have described a tentacled mass in the heart of a black hole. Their words beyond this grew disjointed and senseless as the speakers descended into madness.
Of course, this was before his netherworld finished folding into itself, was sealed, and he slept for a hundred thousand years. Now even Ince isn’t sure what remains of him. The “black hole” that was described, however, does remain at the heart of the netherworld.

Personality:
Ince: <Will flesh out more later> On the surface, generally cold toward others. He generally treats those who he has no interest in recruiting (or have refused his offer) as objects, tools, or targets. He isn’t much better to those under his command, though this is partly due to being paranoid about showing weakness. The result of this is that he tends to abuse the weaker ones, and keeps the stronger ones at a dagger-wielding arm’s length just in case they choose to turn against him or try to usurp him. Under the cold exterior, Ince is extremely stressed and paranoid at all times, both of the possibility of his underlings turning on him, of the possibility of C’Cimos choosing to dispose of him, and of the possibility of burning up from using too much of C’Cimos’s power.

C’Cimos: In his earlier days, C’Cimos was known for doing whatever it wanted, because no one could stop it. Because of this, it ended up developing a mentality of acting on whims, tearing apart netherworlds and civilizations simply because it could. When it fell asleep for a hundred thousand years, however, it dreamed of endless wars and death. It awoke to a changed netherworld, where supreme overlords had risen and fallen in its absence, and the Nightmare Vortex of Môr-Gerwyn had been sealed off from the chaos. From its dreams it drew a personality as a strategist and manipulator, and a being with impossible patience. Instead of acting on whims, it now sat in the heart of its netherworld, staring into the minds and hearts of everyone who passed and using those who had been drawn towards it to work, slowly, toward releasing it yet again.

Elemental Affinity:

Fire- 0%
Ice- +50%
Wind- -50%

Background: <Also will flesh out more later>
C’Cimos came into being five million years before the return of Terrus. To the knowledge of even the oldest living demon historians, it was not born or spawned. It simply did not exist one moment, and did the next. Over the next four million, nine hundred thousand years, it amassed power and did…essentially whatever it wanted, at the expense of lesser netherworlds and beings. All this time, however, its own power and influence started gaining something of an existence of its own, eventually slowing its ‘rampage’, then drawing it back in, forming the vortex of Môr-Gerwyn. This eventually caused the netherworld of C’Cimos to be drawn into itself, and eventually C’Cimos with it. Trapped and unable to pursue its ‘interests’, C’Cimos chose to sleep it off, eventually falling into a hundred thousand year sleep. During this time, it dreamed of endless wars and death, while supreme overlords rose and fell in the outside world. Eventually, one former supreme overlord approached Môr-Gerwyn and glimpsed the horrifying power slumbering within, and sealed it within the dodecahedron shell that eventually became Ince’s netherworld. It was said that no demon should ever inhabit that shell, though when a new overlord rose and conquered him, that edict was forgotten. And so, a few years before the return of Terrus, a relative unknown named Ince Pol Farvetch set foot on the rock, awakening the monster within, and cracked open the surface.

Ince, prior to this, had been an obscure minion for several overlords. He was born into the service of Babara, and attempted to flee as it became obvious that she was losing grip on her own netherworld. This was ten thousand years into his life, though other than his eyes (and eventually the rest of his face as more time passed) he barely looked it, appearing only in his late teens. He then avoided the subsequent manhunt by allying himself to the rising Terrus. This proved to be something of a mistake for him. Ince claims that his paranoia comes almost solely from his time spent serving under Terrus.
When Terrus was assassinated, he took the opportunity to split from the remains of his army and flee to the farthest patch of netherworld he could find.

What he found was a scorched globe that, once he landed on it, turned out to be in fact a dodecahedron. It was there that a voice called from beneath the surface, first convincing him to stay on the shell rather than fleeing further, then to build a temple on one of the twelve faces, then finally to crack open the surface of the shell and stare into the vortex.
Since then he has essentially served C’Cimos, just as he served Babara and Terrus before. The difference, however, was that he was now forced to put on the face of overlord, and gain power by forming a cult with the ultimate purpose of either being able to pull the monstrosity out of the vortex or move it into the heart of the demon realm, the end result of both being that C’Cimos be capable of stretching its tentacles and returning to its past life. Unfortunately for the rest of demon civilization, this would likely mean a multidimensional apocalypse.

Netherworld: From the outside, his netherworld looks like something resembling a black hole, the expansive vortex known as Môr-Gerwyn. Reality warps itself around the monster known as C’Cimos, creating this black hole effect on the landscape. In the center of this vortex, it is said one will pass through their home as it appeared on the day they were born before falling into infinity and coming into contact with the beast. Another rumor is that one passes through the site of their death. Another still is that they enter a mechanical hallway, ending in a laboratory where a human infant is being built from scratch. According to this rumor, when C’Cimos appears before its ‘guests’, it grows out of the infant itself. The truth of the rumors, however, is that reality as humans and most demons know it does not exist within the domain of C’Cimos. The Nightmare Vortex, as it’s called by outsiders, appears differently for each living being that sees the heart. To the most powerful of demons, such as Baal, it could appear as insignificant (or at least normal), but to those weaker, the sheer existence of it is overwhelming. In the heart sits C’Cimos, ever staring into the minds of visitors and passersby, occasionally revealing itself to those it deems worthy, sometimes in reality but most of the time only within their own heads, resulting in the various rumors of what lies within Môr-Gerwyn.

Môr-Gerwyn itself is housed within a temple-like building of ancient design, smaller than the vortex usually appears to be. The temple bears a rusted appearance, with spires reaching into a blood red, clouded sky plagued by constant storms. There are no windows, and only one door…an organic one. Those who come knocking are sucked inside as though being eaten, or kept out by a carapace-like shield that grows over it. Inside, the first thing one notices is that the building is bigger than the outside…much bigger. Second, it doesn’t appear to follow the laws of physics very well. The outside rooms, such as the antechamber, armory, living areas, and dimensional gate rooms, are fairly normal, but once beyond this, visitors follow a twisting path that constantly barrel-rolls as it leads inward in a spiral. It is as this spiral becomes tighter that people begin to describe the falling sensation, and visions of their past or future. It’s also believed that the spiral doesn’t actually come to an end (where it would open up staring down into Môr-Gerwyn…yes, it literally opens “up” and looks “down”) unless C’Cimos allows it. In addition, the inside of the temple’s roof sports ringed rafters, but if one stares at them long enough, they appear not to circle the roof, but lead in toward the center.

Outside even this temple is an expanse of bloodstained landscape that forms a peculiar dodecahedron shape encasing Môr-Gerwyn. The landscape was designed as a spherical prison for the sleeping C’Cimos, but his influence has twisted it slightly. There is a dimensional gate on the opposite side from the temple, and the first things one would see as they exit are scorched, bloodstained terrain and violent spiraling storms in the sky. As they walk across the land, they would notice that patches of the ground are actually organic, with bulging veins that burst and spray what appears to be human blood everywhere when attacked or irritated enough. Another thing one would notice, if they stayed long enough, is that if they tried to walk across the entire ‘circumference’, they would end up where they started, only turned several degrees.

The area layout appears as such:
Area 1: Scorched Ground Shell
Area 2: Temple Grounds
Area 3: Temple of Môr-Gerwyn: Antechamber
Area 4: Temple of Môr-Gerwyn: Spiraling Passage
Area 5: Môr-Gerwyn

Starting Infantry:

-Prinny (5) (“Howard”)
-Prinny (5) (“Stephen”)
-Hobbit (10) (“Andre”)
-F Green Mage (20) (“Alezae”)
-F Spearman (20) (“Geri”)
-M Speed Inventor (20) (“Javier”)
-Imp (20) (“Trobwll”)

Special Attack:
-Glimpse: The target gets a brief, but crippling, glimpse at what holds power over Ince. It’s short enough that the worst effects of it don’t last long, though the damage to the target’s mental stability may be affected more strongly. (Amnesia, Weakening. 5MP, 1TCD)

Notes:
-C'Cimos has no power outside of Mor-Gerwyn, except what he uses through Ince.
-Ince, despite having mana like an overlord, has no power of his own besides some physical attack capabilities, and draws from C'Cimos.
-This power draw is limited by his own mana use limitations (read: level. It's how he's not OP.). Any more than this and it'll fry him instantly.

If you're referring to the <Will flesh out more> parts, I was referring to doing that once I've played and have a better feel for the character.
