Riley smiled as he loaded his things into the car. he had a whole weekend planned for him and Ethan. He was going to propose to Ethan in his own Country. Austria was awaiting his return anyway. He had been missing home so much. he missed his parents and stuff. It wasnt an ideal time to travel because of the whether and all but Austria was so beautiful covered in snow it would be Ethan's perfect dream of being proposed in. he threw his things in the car and headed over to Ethan's place.

At the washington's he helped Ethan pack Rose's things. She was the prefect child. she was so cute with big blue eyes and soft blonde hair. Riley always felt bad that dessy had to give her up because if Riley was her he wouldnt have been able to give up such a beautiful baby. Riley loved Rose like she was his own child. sure biologically she wasnt his but he didnt care. he loved her anyway. everyone who saw he fell in love with her. she was just the perfect little ball of baby. a spitting image of Ethan... if Ethan was a girl....

The flew over to Austria smoothly. luckily that day it was a slightly sunny day so there wasnt any conflict with the plane and the whole trip in general. Once they landed Riley set up Ethan and Rose in his room then went to talk to his beloved mother. He told his mom why they were there... because he wanted to marry Ethan and there was nothing she could do to stop him and she was more supportive than he thought she would be. but he really didnt expect her to reject it because she was always enthusiastic about his being gay. she was just the best mom Riley could ever ask. His mother took off the ring on her finger and put it in Riley's hand. she told him the whole story of the ring. how his great great great grandfather got it from his mother and passed it down from generation to generation. it was tradition to propose with the ring and now it was Riley's turn.

They walked to go meet with Ethan and the baby and of course Riley's mother instantly became infatuated with Rose. she held her and just glowed like the moon. She looked so motherly. Riley grabbed Ethan's hand and pulled him away. he was really was going to propose. "Come with me." he said dragged Ethan and leading away from the room they were in and lead Ethan to the outdoor patio.

[Ethan Flinn Washington]

Ethan stared blankly into his Louis Vuitton suitcase. He was a little bit horrified, excited but also horrified. He was going... he was going to Austria. Him and Riley had a baby now, Rose. Rose was theirs. Theirs. Rise was Ethan and Riley's daughter, okay, maybe not Riley's. Not biologically at least. But... she was Ethan and Riley's baby girl. Ethan shouldn't be a 'mom' He felt so young and having a baby, it changed everything. For one, he really didn't even ant Rose near him, since she was his daughter, she had a half of Ethan in her and that made Ethan freak the hell out. Riley was understanding though and for a few days the nanny and Riley took care of her. Riley was infatuated with Rose. He was such a sap and Ethan loved him. But Ethan, eventually, after much time and reassurance, held Rose in his arms. He instantly fell in love with her. Her blond hair, her blue eyes, he cute little giggles she made when she was happy. Ugh, he adored her. Even as a baby everything about her screamed 'Ethan.' And boy did Ethan spoil that baby. As soon as he was convinced she wasn't poison, he has become a overly-obsessive mother. Overly obsessive. The nanny couldn't even keep up. If the nanny went into Rose's room to change her diaper, Ethan was already there, had already changed it, and was feeding her a bottle of formula. The second before Rose would cry Ethan was already out of bed dashing down the hall to Roses room to pick her up and rock her, even if Riley got upset because Ethan shoved him halfway across the bed to get there it didn't matter. It was Rose, Rose, Rose. All the time. And although Ethan didn't ignore Riley, it was hard for them to get any... well... alone-time. They could hardly be intimate with each other like they used to... mostly because every time Riley got anywhere close to touching Ethan inappropriately, Rose would cry and Ethan couldn't just ignore her... he couldn't. Not only was that frustrating for Riley, but it was also frustrating for Ethan.... Ethan had needs, he was needy and hand needs and he really wasn't getting them which was horribly frustrating.

Ethan began to pack and then Rose woke up from her nap. Ethan went over to her and picked her up, rocking her gently. He smiled and talked to her and soon Riley showed up. Riley helped him pack and Ethan held on tightly to his prized little girl. They packed themselves into the car and then into the plane and with a swift trip, one that both Rose and Ethan fell asleep on, they were in Austria. Ethan bundled him and Rose up snugly and braved the snow-covered land. Ethan was quite amazed at how beautiful Austria was, even if it was super cold. Ethan didn't like the cold, but with a cozy coat and a war Riley to snuggle up to, it was alright. Though Ethan figured he'd better get used to it... with a baby and all... he might be moving here. He'd miss America though... it's hurt leaving his family. But he'd be 100x closer to Jesse, which was great. He'd love for their kids to have play-dates someday. Riley got everything taken care of when they got to the palace and Ethan got Rose all un-bundled and she was cheery as always. Ethan was a bit overwhelmed, he hid the stress really well, but he was under a lot of pressure. He was now a 'mom', in a foreign country, he knew he'd have to meet Riley's parents and he needed to make a good impression, Riley and him weren't even engaged and already got a baby, his mother was a bit upset at him, and he was sure he was going to make a HUGE fool of himself in front of Riley's parents at dinner or whatever, whenever he met them. He had a huge feeling that he'd ruin everything. And the irritation of not being engaged to Riley was growing. Ethan had already hinted a couple times to Riley, just little nudges, but after the baby... it seemed really unreasonable to hold it off any longer. But Riley seemed to be so... slow... It was driving Ethan crazy!

Ethan noticed when he turned around that Riley was gone, he frowned. He looked down to Rose " Geez... Daddy's gone wandering again!" Ethan was tempted to go looking for him but he figured that this castle would be too massive and he'd get so lost. So he waited and after a little while and older woman came in. Obviously the queen, Riley's mother. Of course she was ecstatic and cherry and ran right up to Ethan and hugged him. Ethan though, was in a bit of a shell shock. It was Riley's mom, he was super intimidated. he sort of wanted to hide in a corner and fade into the wallpaper. But Riley's mother was so happy and excited and wanted to hold Rose. Ethan flinched away when she reached for her, Ethan was very protective. It was probably a subconscious thing... he was protective because he knew that this child, in the committees mind, it was the only chain he had keeping him to Riley. Only Ethan and Riley knew the baby's real father was Ethan. It was a private paternity test and only Riley and Ethan knew that the test had even happened. But than apologized, explained that it must be all the new things going on, sensory overload and there was a little laughter and Rose was handed over.

Ethan was then grabbed and dragged off by Riley. Ethan worried a little about Rose but once they were down the hall Ethan wasn't too concerned. Though Ethan did sigh very deeply, held Riley's hand tightly and bit his lip. I'm so... geez, this is a lot to handle... That was your mom... I probably look terrible! I probably sounded like a stupid American! That greeting, I was so improper! Jesus... " Ethan clung to Riley's arms as they got out onto the patio. " I'm so stressed out I can't eve--" Ethan stopped talking when he finally got a look around. The patio was so beautiful. The snow was gently falling and it showed a brilliant view of the city. Ethan gasped a little and clung to Riley, snuggled against him. It was cold and Ethan may have a had his coat on but he wasn't as used to the cold as Riley was. " oh Riley... it's beautiful out here!" Ethan let go of Riley and skipped over to the edge of the patio and looked over the concrete wall that came up to Ethan's chest. He smiled and turned back a little to look at Riley, " It's magnificent Riley! It's snowed so much! It's like... like a big winter wonderland!!" Ethan grinned and turned back around to look out at the land drowning in snow. He was completely in love with this country, he was completely in love with Austria. He was completely in love with Austria's crown prince, and he was completely in love with Riley.

Riley watched as Ethan basically went into shock by he beauty of the country. He looked out over the balcony at his country. He missed being home. It felt like forever since he was able to see his beautiful country cover in snow. It looked so unreal like a far off memory that you cant remember if it's real or just from a movie. It really looked like it was fake. the way snow just covered everything like it was colored with a white crayon. If Riley was in shock of course Ethan was. of course he was a little more excited about it because it was his first time being there. It was a little awkward when Ethan met his mom for the first time. Riley was a Momma's boy so for her to completely accept Ethan meant a lot to him. She thought he was adorable and cute and just all around perfect for Riley.

Riley listed all the reasons he wanted to marry Ethan. It all came back to the fact that Ethan just made Riley happy. They might have not been together for long but being a royal everything seemed a little rushed... well at least everything a royal did was revolved around getting married and taking over the throne. Riley knew that Ethan wanted to get married. He had been hinting at it ever since that one guy to some other guy. Riley didnt really know the couple but it sort of inspired Riley to take his own relationship a step forward.

Riley had actually called Jesse to ask for permission. it was a little old fashioned and what not but he didnt care. Jesse was more than okay with it. Riley already gave her permission to help Ethan plan the wedding. Riley was actually a little scared of how bride-zilla Ethan will be. But really all riley could think of is how happy he'll be when Ethan walks down the aisle and walk painfully slow to reach him to spend the rest of their lives together.

He sighed deeply as he watched Ethan with loving eyes. "You're so cute." he said watching Ethan get all flustered and embarrassed at the compliment like he always did. He really loved that about him. no matter how many times Riley compliments him in anyway he still gets flustered like back in the beginning. he stuck his hands into his pockets and fiddled with the ring in his pocket. she smiled at the ground not knowing how he was going to actually get the words out. "So I was talking to Jesse a couple days ago... I'm sure she didnt tell you because i asked her not to... I mean not that I'm keeping anything from you I just..." he start rambling which was so unlike him but he was nervous and for some reason he couldnt get the words out without it sounding totally cheesy. but it was Ethan. Ethan liked cheesy and romantic. "Umm... I really love you Ethan... And I know that you've been dropping hints about this for a while...." He slowly got down on one knee. "I want to spend the rest of my life with you... and with Rose..." he cleared his throat as he reached into his pocket and pulled out the vintage family heirloom. "Will you marry me?"

Ethan felt a strong gust of wind blow past, it was freezing out here. Ethan felt his cheeks go a little numb and he knew they must be a little rosy. Ethan glanced over at Riley when he walked up, he loved Riley. he knew they hadn't been together long but... with everything that's happened he felt closer to Riley than almost anyone else. Jesse, in all reality, was the one person Ethan is closer to. Ethan loved the quiet was Riley did everything. he loved how Riley looked at him how Riley's face would light up when he came into a room, how his voice got a tiny bit excited when he picked up Ethan's calls. Ethan loved that husky voice Riley got when they spent intimate time together, he loved how warm Riley was and how Ethan's hand fit perfectly with Riley's. More recently Ethan loved how Riley held Rose in his arms so gently, so kind, so compassionate. Riley seemed a little rough around the edged but Ethan knew how soft and loving Riley was. He was so grateful for Riley, and he was so thankful that Riley loved him too. He knew that without Riley... he wouldn't have made it this far. he wouldn't have grown up so much, he wouldn't have known true love, he wouldn't have visited Austria or even Europe very much. Riley had done so many things for Ethan, maybe Riley didn't see it but Ethan would be huge mess without Riley. Heck, if it weren't for Riley, Ethan would still be that naive, depressed little ball of fluff... instead of the extremely flamboyant, overly picky, mothering, yet oddly mature boy he is now.

No matter how long they were/going to be together, Riley complimenting him always flustered Ethan. Ethan was just innocent enough for it to be extremely alluring. He blushed lightly and looked away, he hated being all flustered and girly but he couldn't help it. Riley also had this habit of staring and dreaming and staring right at him. It made Ethan feel 100x more self-conscious than he already was. He'd turn and ask Riley what he was doing and Riley would just smile and say he was watching. Ethan hated that sometimes. He couldn't stand decorating their dorm cause Ethan swore Riley stared at his ass the whole time. Ethan tried his best to take the staring as a compliment. And although Ethan was weak to those silly comments, like Riley telling him how cute he is, he loves it. He likes it when he's Riley's whole world, the center of Riley's attention. Plus, he just likes the compliments. But Ethan was also a sucker for romance, the really gushy, sappy, bordering on disgusting romantic stuff. Valentine's Day was his second favorite holiday behind Christmas, that's how much he loved romance. Ethan looked over at Riley when he spoke. His head tipped to the side a little in curiosity. Why would Riley talk to Jesse, they have always been on rocky ground, Etan usually had to keep them from fighting with each other.

Ethan raised a brow as Riley began to ramble. Riley didn't do that often, it wasn't like him, he must have been really nervous to be rambling like that. Ethan had a feeling he knew what this was about... When Riley got down on one knee saying he loved him Ethan felt his heart skip a beat. Oh my god, was Riley really doing this!? Ethan felt a smile tug at the corners of his lips. When Riley said he wanted to spend his life with Ethan and Rose... Ethan felt happy tears build up. " oh Riley..." Ethan said softly. Seeing Riley hold up that ring, Ethan grinned and put his hands over his mouth. He tried to not cry but a tear or two escaped. Ethan coughed lightly and shook his head yes. He mouthed yes once because he couldn't seem to get the words out without bawling in happiness. He wasn't cold at all anymore, it may be snowing but Ethan was on fire, Riley wanted to marry him! Marry him! He was honored! Ecstatic! Liberated! Ethan finally got the words out after a second, " Yes!!! Yesyesyesyesyes!!! Of course I'll marry you!!" Ethan was so happy, he was shaking in happiness. Tears of happiness couldn't be stopped at this point. He was getting married!! he was going to be Riley's 'wife'... they'd be together forever! And when Riley took the throne, Ethan would be strong beside him, he'd be... oh goodness! He'd be queen!
