Alex paced the living room of the Kellett weekend house. She had told Toni already and he didnt handle it so well. she knew he'd freak out though. who wouldnt? She was pregnant with twins and she had no idea who the father was. It was a horrible situation. She cheated on both of them with the other and she got pregnant. It was embarrassing that Toni's mother knew before she did. She liked Toni's parents, they were so nice and welcoming. She didnt want them to think badly of her and once they find out that she could be pregnant with someone else's baby... not just someone else but WORSE Toni's cousin!! Alex was a horrible person and she surely felt just as horrible.

She called Rei telling him she needed to talk to him and he was on his way over. She want to do the right thing because it wasnt just her life anymore. She was responsible for not only herself but for her babies. She needed to know who the father was and because she wasnt very far along it was dangerous to get a DNA sample from the babies. She continued to pace as she went through all the ways she could tell him and how he would react. she couldnt just come out and say. but really there was no easy way of leading up to it. It was worthless. she couldnt stop worrying about it. She was still too young to be pregnant. plus she wasnt going to be a good mother. not to mention... she would have to marry whoever the father was... She loved Toni but if Rei was the father she would have to be with him for the kids. she didnt like it but it was a sacrifice she had to make.

She waited still pacing the living room. What was taking Rei so long?!

All right let’s see why is he doing this again? Owh right yeah cause it’s Alex…if it were any other girl-assuming he even had any other girl- called him, he would just say he’s busy. Truth is he…was busy but when she called…let’s just say saying no is practically impossible. It wasn’t a surprising that she called him, they’re friends now and he came to accept the fact ages ago. Yes they had a thing ages ago, but now they’re just friends with occasional benefits but yeah it’s pretty normal in their live.

As he made his way through the long winding roads, well he can take the shorter route but he needed more time. To be frank he really doesn’t know why she had called him in fact she sounded a bit different, but everyone had been different lately. As he gazed at his reflection on the car window he can’t help but see how he had changed physically and mentally, sometimes he wished he can go back to his old physical feature. You know that nerdy innocent look, cause that’s just him, well he’s him it’s just this new fresh look seemed so ‘new’.

From a far he can already see the giant white gates of her house, he tried putting on a smile but that house…let’s just say the experiences he had in the house wasn’t exactly wonderful. Rei knocked several times lightly when the double doors opened revealing the same woman who broke his heart, a small smile graced his lips. It wasn’t a happy nor sad smile, it was more an ironic smile you see here he is standing in front of her house again “Hey, so what’s up”. He really did tried to put on a smile but all he managed was more of a questioning look than a smile “It’s pretty rare for you to call me nowadays, so what’s the emergency?”

Yes he broke up with her, yes he hated her, yes he was pissed at her, but at the end of the day his heart will remain with her forever…in the end it was all about the heart and not the brain…
