"My name is Sir Vicente Halls, Lord of France, Knight in England, and the Head of The Committee for Better Living since I was 30. I have been a part of the committee since before most of your parents took the throne. I am not the oldest on the committee nor am I the youngest. I was born the year that the Committee was founded, and I remember growing up hearing about all of the wonderful things that that committee was doing after the world ended. Powerful figures were being awarded the thrones. Someday, most of you will inherit those thrones, and it is my job to see to it that they are handed down to the right individuals. Recent reports about your behavior have reached the Committee, and though we understand the importance of teens branching out and getting this out of your systems before you are handed a throne, it is time for you to grow up. I will not sit back and watch as everything that was so carefully planned by your forefathers come tumbling to the ground. So, for the next several months, the Committee will be looking into all of you. Especially those who are to inherit a throne, either through marriage or through birthright. I will be visiting those who seem suspicious. A weekly update will be posted here, with the names of those royals whom I have spoken with. Please be aware that just because you are born with the right to the throne, does not mean it belongs to you. I can give away a throne anyway I choose. I can decide if you must have an arranged marriage, or not. You are the example of our community, and I will not give our world to hoodlums. Please be aware that all of you are at risk. Welcome to the Glassview Blackout. The Committee has come to Glassview and is taking everything into their own hands. They have shut down the bar, extra security is every where. They are running this town. Vicente is leading this crusade and no royals are safe. He will be visiting almost all the royals. For these few months there will be a new usergroup.
