Sliding another book down from the shelf
Celita plopped down in the little base of books she had made from her findings, copies of Shakespeare, Edgar Allen Poe, R.L. Stein, anything she found interesting. Adjusting her skirts around her so not to get uncomfortable she opened the Copy of the Tempest she loved so much and started reading,. After getting in a good twenty pages she looked up and pulled her hair into Piggy Tails as her silver eyes searched the shelves yet again. Grinning childishly she moved one of her little stacks over a couple of feet and hoped ontop her pale fingers reaching for 'The Heat Of The Day' By Elizabeth Bowen, fingers coming up short. "Grr, this is unfair to us people of shorter heights and higher Lexiles." jumping down and righting her skirts she'd walk over to the three encyclopedias she had pulled out and set them on her stack.
Before hopping up onto her stack she felt a hand on her shoulder, the Librarian, "Little miss shouldn't you be more careful of these books?"
"Shouldn't you be scanning bar-codes instead of bothering people?" she retorted and attempted to hop back up and grab the book she wanted before getting pulled down again. "Leave me alone, I'm trying to get a book, don't you know who your messing with, I'm the Princess of Finland."
"I don't really care what your doing but standing on those books isn't appropriate. Sure, and I'm the Queen of Sheeba," watchign the Librarian pick up the books and take them to her desk she snorted.
"I've met her, and she's not nearly as ancient as you," looking around she huffed and walked to the nearest person possible. "Hey you, I need some help, can you grab that book for me?"
