Personality:To some Rhia might seem like a bad ass that will try and show off to people to make her seem tougher than them. Even though she does this she is really hurting from something deep inside that had hurt her from the past.
She is the type of girl who dislikes getting into a real relationship because she fears that she will get hurt if something goes wrong or the relationship might cause her to weaken and have a need to fall on her boyfriend for support. So she tries her best to stay away from having a solid relationship with a guy, but if she was to fall in love with another guy then she has a great trust in him and he must be one of a kind.

Rhia is someone who's is completely self sufficient and some who does things for herself and almost always by herself. She really is a pain in the ass once it comes to getting her to become your friend but once you succeed she is a very good ally to have. She has good instincts and is never afraid to get into a fight that she knows she will will hands down.

Shape Shifting:
As this can be a bit of to powerful ability Rhiannon can now only shift one body part a time and also for a short period of time.
Giving her the chance to develop her powers and.
Since she's a half dragon Rhiannon can't shift into a dragon completely
Each transformed body part gives her an boost. Like her if she shifts her hands they become claws which she can use as weapons while when her arms are shifted it makes her two times stronger then a normal human. The bigger the body part the difficult it is

Since Rhiannon has just found out this she can only shift her hands into claws since this is a basic thing. In time she will learn to shift more body parts but it will always be just one or two body parts at a time. Also the shape shifting has it's limits. She can also shift her arms for example for ten minutes or so. Since it's not trained properly

Earth Element:
Which is actually an unusable ability at the time since Rhiannon can't shift her arms yet. Which would give her extra strength so when she slams on the ground it would create a sort of earth shock wave.
There is one thing that she is able to do with her earth ability is that when she picks up some mud she can make it into a hard sort of rock. Which are not boulder at the moment but just hand sized rocks. This ability is also still a bit unclear for Rhiannon.

History:
Rhia also known as Rhiannon grew up with only one parent her father. Rhia's mother passed while bringing Rhia into the world. Rhia's father did his best raising his beloved child however fell into the difficulties of parenthood. At the age of 8 Rhia began to experience things that her friends and family did not understand.
She would occasionally wake up with different body parts, which confused her.
Her father felt it was now time to have a long but past due talk with her.
Rhia's father explained that her mother was half dragon and half human, which is why Rhia was able to transform parts of her body not at will but subconsciously.

At the age of 12 Rhia's father died in a tragic accident in which a robber broke into their home in an attempt to get some well needed money.
Rhia then took on the responsibilities of a job at a young age to pay for a warm place to stay and a warm meal. On her spare time she continued to practice her body shifting in attempts to perfect her abilities. She then began mastering her abilities little by little being able to change her arms into those of a dragon giving that arm a power boost.

At the age of 16 she began a dangerous lifestyle she began fighting wars with the only friend she had Drake. Drake soon became her lover. She used her powers on several occasions to protect herself from death and serious injury.
She soon learned that with the right training her abilities would soon come handy.
In an unexpected war both Drake and her were injured severely.
When Rhia finally awoke she soon realized that Drake was no where to be found.
Rhia tried hard to remember what happened but could only recall that they both had barely made it to a hospital in time to save their lives. Rhia spent the rest of the time searching for.

Drake and working on her abilities more and more being able to transform more of her body at one time and learned to use the Earth to her benefit being able to
hit the ground with her dragon fist to make a shock wave type of effect.
She can also pick up a clump of dirt and make it into a rock sort of material which is useful if she needs a weapon of long distance.
Although she knows she can do most of these abilities she is still unclear on how to use them fully and sometimes unable to use them when she needs to.

Short Rp Sample
It's been quite sometime since drake last trained so he thought that this would be a good moment and the place looked alright to.
Since drake has been here often enough to know that.

Lately he has learned some new things, They weren't really new spells but you just combination of something which made a strong spells.
Drake was wearing his usual black training clothes sleeveless shirt with black baggy pants and some hiking boots.

"Alright time to this spell out."
Drake made two big fireballs in both of his hands.
He closed his eye's concentrating his energy then speared his arms out still focusing.
After a bit drake quickly clashed the two fireballs together which created a big explosion of fire that not only burned the grass but also knocked drake.

"My my..I sure wasn't expecting this..better get ready next time.
Let's try this again"

Drake said making sure that he got in the good position so that he wouldn't get blown away again.
As he got ready drake again made two big fireballs in each hand thinking out loud
"maybe..if I cup my hands on impact then all that power and force could go forward instead on all sides"
he did as thought and a drake again clashed the who fireballs together with force it once again made a sort of explosion but now the force went forward creating a sort of jet of fire burning almost everything in it's path.
