Position: Machinist III (Set Up and potentially Lead)

Shift/Positions Open: 6 positions/ 2 Positions per shift

Summary:

Set Up 3 and 4 Axis CNC Machining Equipment for fabrication of various complex parts. Define set up approaches and tooling to meet objectives for dimensional and cost parameters. Direct and train operators for production runs.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Set up CNC machines through the 1st Article Acceptance process in order to enable production personnel (Machine Operators) to operate machining center with highest yield achievable while meeting both set up and runtime budgets. Write low complexity and edit CNC programs when necessary. Make corrections and define tools as needed. Other duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

Min 6 years CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Complete understanding of G code, tooling, and all machine shop tasks (Programming helpful but not required). Must be able to work independently to complete set ups on time and budget. Must have good math skills and ability to communicate in English and work overtime when necessary.



Position: Machinist II (Minimal Set Up)

Shift/Positions Open: 3positions, 1 position 2nd and 2 positions 3rd shift.

Summary:

Set Up 3 and 4 Axis CNC Machining Equipment for fabrication of various complex parts utilizing pre-defined set up approaches and tooling to meet objectives for dimensional and cost parameters.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Set up CNC machines through the 1st Article Acceptance process under minimal shop supervision. Operate machining centers with highest yield achievable while meeting both set up and runtime budgets. Make corrections and replace tools as needed. Other duties as required.

Position: CNC Machine Operator

Shift/Positions Open: 3positions, 1 position 2nd and 2 positions 3rd shift.

Summary:

Operate 3 and 4 Axis CNC Machining Equipment for fabrication of various complex parts utilizing approved set up approaches and tooling. Perform in process inspections as defined

Essential Functions and Duties:

Load and unload parts on CNC machines under minimal shop supervision. Efficiently manage material, daily runrates, in process inspections and parts movement through the manufacturing areas. Other duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

Min 2 years CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Some understanding of tooling, and all machine shop tasks. Must be able to work under minimal supervision to operate production machines. Must have good math skills and ability to communicate in English and work overtime when necessary.
