The pay range for the CNC Programmer is $30-$35 per hour. Pay rate for the CNC Machinist is $18-$22 per hour; and we are looking for both 1st and 2nd shift.

CNC Machinist
Description Sets up and operates computer numerical controlled (CNC) machinery and precision hand tools to cut, shape and finish metal products to close tolerances.


• CNC Machines using mills, lathes and other equipment.
• Receive instruction from stationized planning, illustrated plans, work orders and/or drawings.
• Set up and operate edit 3x, 4x, 5x, CNC machines and precision hand tools to fit and manufacture parts.
• Ability to edit some programming familiar with Fanuc controllers and familiar with Hitachi HG630, and/or Mori Seiki, MH633 3 axis milling centers.
• Responsible for maintaining, supporting and promoting a safe work environment while complying with all safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Advance skills (Journeyman level) with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint.
• Experience using one or more of the following tools; lathe, and milling machine.
• Follow all required safety guidelines and utilize the proper personal protective equipment.
• Requires High School or GED equivalency and/or minimum of two years in machine shop.


CNC Programmer
The CNC Programmer is responsible for creating and editing CNC programs for chanciness and equipment used in the production of machined and fabricated parts. The CNC Programmer will support the new and existing products with the CNC programs for up to (5) axis vertical and horizontal mills and lathes, coordinate measuring machines, and up to six (6) axis laser or water jet applications.

Developing and refining CNC programs and support tooling for machined and fabricated parts using Unigraphics and SurfCam. Experience with stainless steels and nickel based alloys a plus,
An understanding of the set-up and operation of CNC equipment, including, but not limited to, mills, lathes, lasers, water jets, and CMMs.
Working with and participating in cross functional teams for continuous improvement, new or revised product launches, and transformation to lean manufacturing projects.
Work with fixture design.
Experience setting up unmanned machine cells for “lights out" machining helpful.
Experience with palletized systems a plus.

A.S.M.E. Degree or A.S. degree with a concentration on Engineering technology, Machine Trade or CNC Machine programming and/or experience in related field 5 – 10 years experience or an equivalent combination of skills and education.
Must have demonstrated experience writing CNC programs in Unigraphics and/or SurfCam or lathes and mills.
Knowledgeable concerning mechanical principles, machining practices, properties of metals, and the application of mathematics and dimensions to tooling and the production of machined parts.
Must understand work instruction s and read blueprints.
Strong CAD/CAM skills utilizing Unigraphics and/or SurfCam programming experience for vertical and horizontal mills and lathes.
