The butterfly was a sticker on a sliding glass door. The sticker fell and the man, thinking the door was opened because he saw no butterfly, ran through the door, shattering the glass which killed him.

The man was the pilot of an airplane called "Butterfly"... Butterfly fell, man/pilot went with it...

I was thinking that the man was a collector of the most rare species in the world....the one of a kind display he created fell and was ruined ....and he died of a heart-attack....or maybe a broken heart if he were really dedicated. tongue.gif
