This Upgrade System is a variation of the DoubleSoul that has very similar powers, however it uses a different method to obtain them. The User studies an opponent until the User completely understands the fighting style of the subject. Once the User has understood it well enough, he can attempt to Cross into their fighting Style. This alters basic programming and assumes the likeness of the Navi the Cross is from.

Users can assume Crosses at any time.

Once The User assumes the Cross, there is always a corresponding weakness or specfic situation that, if it happens to the Navi, the Cross is removed.

Crosses last until broken or removed. Once the User leaves a Cross, it cannot be used again that battle.

The Navi can only bring 6 Crosses to one battle.

LinkNavi Chips act as Crosses, however they count towards this limit.
