Frits, Rob, & Steve Fly Choppers, when they are not being worked on.

New B.O.S.S. member Steve Drake (balls2thewall) had his "BladeCP" electric chopper flying today, even in the fairly strong wind.
Caught him for this picture during one of the rare times it was all in one piece.



Old timer B.O.S.S. member Frits Jetten (ballderdash) spent some time on the bench figureing how his Hawk choppers had dropped about five degrees collective pitch all on their own. After much head scratching, it was sorted out.



Rob Harrison (hairyballs) had his much blinged up Raptor 50 and Fury Extreme out for some recreation today. He can't get much further out with his advanced hovering without going into that dreadfull full fledged forward flight.

WHAT ABOUT DAVID, & TONY WE HAD FORWARD FLIGHT TO????????????

Where wuz yall flying at Saturday, but youz did pretty good on Sunday.

Be a strech to call it forward flight just yet but getting there slowly but showly.

We can all do the forward flight thing. It's flying circuits that
gets us all discumbobulated. Heck, we can all fly sideways,
forwards, backwards, up and down.

Personally, I do a lot of tail-first, reverse flight (hovering it
back to me) .

I have even had my raptor inverted quite alot. Actually,
this is when I am cleaning it on the bench. But hey, it's
still upside down.

P.S. I will not be able to make the meeting tonight. My
youngest has a softball game at 6:00.
