Yes, it is still on as far as I know and heard.
General flying will be going on all afternoon, the food will be ready I think by late afternoon just before dark and the actual night flying will be just after dark of course.
So come as early before dark as you would like and stay till it is over.

They carry a lot of parts for E-flight and other brands of small electrics, you might be able to use a flybar from another helo. Don't get discouraged, the FP helicopters are a bear to fly, much harder than those equiped with collective pitch heads.
