Hmm... I do not know. I guess a little researching could narrow it down, but I really wouldn't be suprised if it'd end up being between many different guns. I think some websites have their FPS a little out of whack also. (like www.airsplat.com?)
If you want more powerful spring guns, you're gonna have to venture beyond $20 usually. As far as $60 or more most of the time. -------------------- Why hello THERE! Well, quality of course matters, but I think we're basically talking about which spring handgun has the highest FPS. That's basically all there is to it, unless you want to include hop-up. No?

hopup doesnt add as much range as the ads would like u to think. i hav a spring rifle with 260 FPS and hopup and my friend has a gas pistol with 300 FPS and the pistol shot further than the rifle. as for the strongest spring pistol, i've seen desert eagles, which are also the biggest spring pistols i think, dvertised at 300 FPS

In no way do I find it opinionated. Name 1 good reason why that is opinionated. Force is a fact. FPS is a fact. Those are not opinions, so I do not see how, in any way, this can be an opinion-based question at all.

one reason is that you can say that your gun is the strongest when statisticly it might not
