About OCs

- If you want to be a Canon Characters’ relative, such as: brother/sister/niece/nephew/uncle/aunt/mother/father/daughter/son or anything related, PM either Belewian, Luthien, or Aethirion for permission! We really do not want to have to sort out all of the Greenleafs, Baggins, etc. popping out of the ground like the dwarves. Hehehe. But only PM to ONE of the three, they will all discuss it and are on rather frequently. They would just not appreciate having tons of the same PMs flooding in, thank you very much.

You'll need a good reason why you can be their relative. We hope you can respect this! Thank you.

Also note that it would be a good idea for you to choose a name that would have been of such said time. So in otherwords, nothing like Amber, Taylor, Matt, Jack, etc. There will be a list of character names for your convenience under the Character Committee’s Section, so take that into consideration.

Regarding Members

- This site is meant to be as sincere and “strict” as you can make it. You should, and must be in character at all times, while you are posting. We don’t want to hear about what happened during school or such, that’s for in between the brackets (In other words, please put either (OOC: Blah blah blah.) or ((Blah blah blah.)) to let us know that it is, indeed, out of character.)

- You must be respectful of all members, that means no spamming, bashing or insulting, except when you feel the need. But please, they are mere mortals themselves, and do have the ability to cry. Just make it constructive feedback, we don’t need to send anyone away from the computer crying. Even better yet, report it to an administrator and they will find a solution they find suitable.

- Pming or emailing random members just to use for advertising or spamming their inbox is not allowed. This will result in severe punishment.

- No flaming of members. If you feel they do truly need “training”, just give them advice and suggest they ask one of the administrator’s for guidance.

- Slash is not allowed for Canon characters, I’m sorry. It just doesn’t work that way.

Posts

- Please, I beg of you…no double posting. If you feel the need to add to your last post there is the edit feature.

- Refrain from making duplicate threads even in more than one forum. I realize, it’s happened to some before, but I must say it’s not always complete accident.

- If you post in the wrong forum an admin or mod may seem fit to move it to the appropriate forum, and you may or may not be given notice of such.

- Moderators and Administrators may delete posts if they feel it is needed. A warning will be given to the member/members if it is of enough crudeness.

- Posting is mandatory, please post at least once week, if you're going away, its understandable, but if you just sign up and be a character and leave, we will delete you. We must be courteous to others, other people want Canon Characters too!

Signatures/Avatars

-If you have any pictures in your signature please keep the size reasonanble. Nno larger than 400x400, atleast…if you find one in which you are unsure of and is close, please ask an administrator for an opinion.

-If you can have a picture that's reasonable, to help what your character looks like, please let it be appropriate. (Such as Aragorn would not have blonde hair and Gimli would have reddish-brown.)

**Note** Any characters that TaWk LiEK thIs OmG Wtf LolZZZZ!!!11! will be deleted. Be mature. No one actually likes sticky caps. And PLEASE, I beg of you, use quotations ".." marks. We'd prefer if you left ::...:: and *...* on your keyboard and not on the board. It looks sloppy.
