> Welcome to LotR Online
Hello and welcome to LotR Online!

Please join up with a real Middle Earth name, such as Linthir, Miriel, etc. Not champion08 or Edward Jacobs.

We may be having 'auditions' for Rangers and other such things soon. Keep by for more information.

Please note that we are no longer allowing people to sign up as elves! Seeing as the elves of Middle Earth were leaving--and we want to keep as respectively close to the books as possible--we are stopping people from joining up as elves and they will have to get direct permission to RP as such!

There was just something about running through the grass without shoes that made Brenwian grin. Now the fact that she actually had something to run away from made it even better.

She was certain she could hear her older brother, Aragorn, creeping around somewhere looking for her, but she couldn't quite tell. He always managed to get the best of her in this game, and she was pretty sure she would never win. But that didn't mean she wouldn't try.

Slowly she found herself winding around a tree, peaking slowly at the other end. With any hope she could run for those bushes...

No, Legolas was not playing hide and go seek with Elladan and Elrohir! That idea was absolutely foolish.

It was more like run away from the twins covered in a suspicious yellow goo.

Legolas swallowed down his giggles laughter as he ducked into a patch of bushes, and then leaped into the nearest tree. He hid himself amongst the foliage. He looked down when he heard loud footsteps, and then smirked. He stealthily climbed down on the other side of the tree from the small girl.

"Boo." He whispered into her ear.

Brenwian had been prepared for basically anything. She had even tried to slow down her breathing so she would be able to hear if Estel was somewhere near, creeping towards her carefully selected hiding spot--what, it was so that she could run off to another one that she hid there!

She hadn't anticipated, however, an even bigger foe in the Hide and Seek business to show up straight behind her. And could you blame the poor girl for shrieking out when she heard a voice from behind her.

Turning around, she wondered if she was going to pass out. Luckily, she didn't. "Legolas, you scared me," she giggled, looking around nervously to see if Estel had heard her. In fact, they probably heard her back in the Shire.

(Yeah, crap, called him Aragorn before. Boohoo...wa...too lazy to change it XD)

Legolas couldn't help but grin at Brenwian when she shrieked so loud the Dwarves were probably complaining. Of course, he thanked her silently for that, and quietly congratulated himself for a job well done. Anything to annoy a dwarf; they were a hideous kind. Quite unlike himself, though he wasn't about to go stare in a mirror for hours.

"That may have been the point." Legolas began thoughtfully, "But I don't know. How have you been?" He asked with a brilliant smile, picking her up and swinging her playfully in a circle.

Brenwian liked it when Legolas came to visit. He reminded her a lot of her other brother, Elladan and Elrohir. Only he wasn't as mean, sometimes, when he picked on her like the other two tended to be.

"I've been alright," she laughed as he spun her around. "I'm glad you've come back to Imladris."

Legolas set her down on the ground before she got sick and threw up. Humans had such an odd habit of doing so. He didn't understand. It couldn't possibly be wonderful. He ruffled her hair and then put a casual hand on her shoulder. He gave her a devious grin that couldn't mean good things.

"I'm glad to be back as well. I do love it back home, but Imladris does have it's perks." He gave her a little push for fun. He poked his head around the tree for effect, and then grinned again. "Estel seems rather interested in trying to find you. How about we give him a challenge?"

Brenwian grinned along, sticking her tongue out at him playfully.

When he suggested giving Estel a challenge, however, she couldn't help but become excited. She knew very well that Legolas was very good at Hiding, Seeking, and all the other things that involved the game. It would be a genius idea.

"Yeah," her grin widened, unable to contain her excitement. She loved getting the better of Estel, since it happened very rarely.

"Come with me," Legolas whispered conspiratorially and took her small hand.

He led her away from the expansive courtyard the two children had been playing in and into the shadowed and quiet halls of Imladris. He grinned at her as they left the building and stepped into the forests.

"He'll never find us here!" He declared, placing his hands on his hips, surveying the area.

Brenwian was tempted to cackle evilly (she totally was), but she knew that it would give away their location. So she, of course, held it in.

Following after Legolas, Brenwian made sure to be as quite as possible...not that she got away without some ruckus. She glared at Legolas a little bit, jealous of his elven ability to be so quiet.

The moment they reached the forest, she beamed, nodding her head. "He'd probably get lost if he tried to find us..."

(For some reason I was remembering an old post of mine with Harrison and Shiri so I had to add in some strikes, haha)
