 From the Desk of the Czar, From the Throne of His Imperial Majesty, In the Hall of Alexandra-Marie I, In the Asheriana Imperial Palace, In the Archduchy of Nevinia In the Kingdom of Asheriana, In the Grand Imperial Autocratic Czardom of Landingberg Upon our Imperial Cousin and Citizen, Prince Philip and his immediate Family we do hereby bestow the honor of being able to use the name Asher-Schönanheim as there Surname. Along with this Prince Philip shall be a Duke of the House of Asher and a Holder of the Order of the House of Schönanheim. Along with this his family shall be known as family of the Grand Czar. With the Prince being his adopted brother and his children being his nieces and nephews. With this he and his family shall be put into the Landish Line of Succession to the Throne.
