Shuriyo-me: The Hunting Eye is a blessing the Tsuruchi clan has been blessed with for generations. The eyes of the clan can be manifested into this interresting kekkei genkai that gives the wielder marvelous clarity of sight and purpose. The Tsuruchi's eyes change drastically when they activate the Shuriyo-me, turning their whites into a luminous blue and then their iris expands into three concentric red circles around the tiny red pupil. Like a target.
Advancing the powers of the Skuriyo-me is a rather bizarre and disturbing ritual. It requires the Tsuruchi to drink of the "heart's blood" from a particular type of creature. The creatures required to increase the power of the eye become more dangerous as the techniques advance.
Effects;
The Hunter Sees: The most basic effect of the Shuriyo-me is to give the Tsuruchi perfect sight. Not only do they have 20/20 vision they can also see through minor physical impairments such as: dim light, thin smoke, thin fog, light mist, dust, and even very weak barrier like rice paper or light foliage. Beyond this the Tsuruchi can "zoom" their vision in depending on their level of mastery i.e.academy:+50 yrds, Genin: +100 yrds, Chunin:+ 200yrds, Jonin: +400 yrds, and then masters can vary greatly. However, as the Tsuruchi increases his ranger he limits his sight, decreeing his periferal vision accordingly i.e. if they were to zoom into the maximum distance they would see only about a quarter sized field of vision.
The Hunter Seeks: The first active technique that the Tsuruchi masters is also the most utilized power in their arsenal. This power allows the Tsuruchi "mark" another living being with a small tag of their own chakra. The target must be within the Tsuruchi's view and holding still long enough for the Tsuruchi to mark him. This tag causes the target's body to glow in the Tsuruchi's perception. they begin to shine and pulse a bright red that the Tsurushi can see behind walls, foliage, and even most illusions.
Heart's Blood: A large game creature, such as, a deer, elk, moose, ect.
The Hunter is Not Alone: A modification to The Hunter Seeks this technique allows the Tsuruchi to share his perception with another willing target. The Tsuruchi could "lend his eyes" to a comrade, allowing his ally the benefits of The Hunter Sees and The Hunter Seeks. During this time though the Tsuruchi can not take any action that requires intense focus or the bond will break.

The Hunter Knows: this Technique is a key ability to a Tsuruchi making a perfect attack. This power expands the experiance of The Hunter Sees and The Hunter Seeks to all five senses of the Tsuruchi. In a split second the Tsuruchi is one with the marked target. The Tsuruchi can hear the targets breaths, feel their heart beats, smell their sweat, and taste their blood. this can give the Tsuruchi an advantage about a weakness the target may have or let them know they are way out of their league.
Heart's Blood: The blood of another person. Any person will do.
The Hunter Strikes: The true purpose of the Shuriyo=me is to allow the Tsuruchi to make the perfect attack. While the Tsuruchi is using all of his previous powers on a target he can tie his chakra to a projectile that he is holding. At that time the tsuruchi and the projectile become one. When the Tsuruchi looses his bow, throws the kunai, or flicks the marble, his consciousness goes with it. He can then use his chakra to make minor corrections to the projectile's flight path, allowing them to shoot farther and more accurately then just about any other shinobi.
Heart's Blood: The blood of a warrior or shinobi of comparable skill.
The Arrow Knows the Way: The final power of the Tsuruchi's Shuriyo-me. This power allows them to not only mark a target but also the projectile they are about to fire. Designating one of the projectiles the "leader" and others the "tracers". Once the leader has struck something all other projectiles that are marked as tracers will be drawn to that exact spot. Each tracer that is thrown or shot will find it's way to the leader as long as it has the force to move. Effectively this could allow a tsuruchi to fire around corners and through intense cover as long as the leader projectile has already struck where he wants the other projectiles to go. When the Tsuruchi marks another projectile as a leader the former leader's power fades immediately and can not longer be used.
Heart's Blood: The blood of a true foe must be consumed. Someone who challenges you utterly and is certainly stronger or more experienced than you.

Akane is a highly trained and talented holistic healer. Well versed in herbs and other all natural cures. She has a great deal of experience in both hunting and trapping. Not to mention she is a masterful archer, throwing weapon expert, and particularly good at painting.
History:
Akane has always been a strange girl. Always picking fights making sure her voice was heard and never backing down (even if she should have) She was never one for any of that typical girlie stuff. Some say she was practically born with a bow in her hand and who knows, it might have been true. In her earliest memories she was learning how to shoot or throw, making her father proud.
Akane was the example for her younger brothers, basically being a prodigal son instead of a daughter. She has been an excellent student for as long as she has been in training and much to her teachers disproval, far too strong willed. She grasped the academic and physical arts quickly and showed a marvelous grasp of her kekkei genkai.
She fought through the Chunin exams with her teeth gritted and practically carried her team never letting them quit. It was only after she was elevated to Chunin status that she seemed to calm down. Spending days away from her fellows and painting by the rivers and atop roofs. She began to approach her archery and fighting as an art. Something that can never truly be perfected but instead becomes something utterly new for each artist.
Now she keeps practicing all of her arts in order to become a truly memorable virtuoso of both the battlefield and the canvas.
Role Playing Sample in character:(1-3 paragraphs please)
"Make every shot count..." her voice was a whisper on the wind of this vast forest. Akane's target darted in and out of cover. She him though, where ever he ran she saw him. "How could he know I'm here?" she asked herself as she finally drew her arrow from her quiver. "I must be at least a mile out." she grimaced as the arrow was slid into the firing position.
Her Shuriyo-me followed him, even when he was underground she could track him."You can't hide." she mused as her bow let out the strained groan of being drawn. Her arms held the string taunt, ready to fire. She made numerous small changes to her wide stance, arrow pointing high in the sky. 'Now." she hissed and the bow obeyed. loosing the arrow high and away from the archer.
The wind whistled and hissed as Akane's mind flew with the arrow. She turned it this way, that way, down just a tad...THERE! She let a smile spread across her face as the point of her arrow slammed down right into-.... the dirt. She blinked and shook her head as she realized the little furry bastard had turned at the last moment. "Oh no you don't!" she called out over the forest to the rabbit. "Not again you little puffy jerk!" she snatched up her quiver from the ground and bolted off into the woods to find a new firing position. She'd get him this time.
