I reaLLY really needs a diet ! Someone told me to work on a "Low Carb Diet" she said she lost 10 lbs in several months ! Is that really effective..? Anyone have tried any dietary program..? razz.gif razz.gif

My mom has.. it worked a bit, not sure what happened after that though.. she just stopped the diet after a couple of weeks/months..

Girls think that they need a diet even if they're really skinny.
Going on a diet is hard, whats easier is just eating less and cut down on the junk, that worked for me.
