I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to actually start WWIII though, because of all the nuclear weapons about now. Anyone with sense could see that if the war were to start, either every single person in the world would be dead, or the world itself would just be destroyed.

Yeah, the only problem is that people can be very much sensless from time to time...
 I don't think the pope will stat it, though. He is way to unimportant for that! |

No..i doubt he would do it...
But...could happen...like if he says something bad about someone or(like the islam thing)then he could be assasinated liek in WWI..or was it WWII that started that war. |

Don't be angry at me but: This world needs wars as any human needs food. We won't be here because world will be crowded. Another thing is that many states needs war for their existance-like USA=>without wars their economic will fail! If u ask why then there is some "economic pyramid" but I really don't think i can make this theory clear...

Er, I think you mean the throne heir of Austria-Hungary who was shot by a member of the Black Hand (group of anarchists) in Sarajevo. That started WWI. |

Yeah- Franz Ferdinand, that was what really sparked it off, but if you think about it, there's loads of causes leading up to that. I had to write a great big essay about it last year lol. There was the forming allies, improving armies and navies, stuff like that beforehand.

 But that is not our topic, is it? our topic was the new pope. Did you like the old one better? I did! ^^ And I think it is so unfair, that Ratzinger was elected.  It would have been better if there was an African pope or an Asian one. And even if not one of them, why Ratzinger??  |

I think that next pope should be someone young becase this way they will be one pope-burial close to another
