"You guess." she repeated. "So why dont you sue some of those other ways, instead of always dueling?" she asked softly. She didnt want another angry Adam. He got scary when he was angry, but at least they hadnt dueled that time.

Adam groaned. It seemed like she always wanted him to get mad. He knew it was not true, however, sometimes she said things that could be misunderstood.

"Can we drop it?"

[Nathina Soller]

Nathina nodded, then changed the subject, though to what, she didnt know yet. Nathina thought for a minute. "So, is your common room always cold, because ours is." she said.

[Adam Senton]

"Well, yeah it is in the dungeon." He said smiling. He found it was cold lately outside to.

"Its been cold outside to."

[Nathina Soller]

"Well, yea." Nathina replied. "It's October, what do you expect. I just meant that it tends to get cold at night, despite the fireplaces and bed warmers. They still go cold late at night, and I always wake up freezing. I'm dreading when winter comes."

[Adam Senton]

"Yeah i know." He said grinning a little. It did get really cold in winter, there was only so much spells could do.

[Nathina Soller]

"Maybe they should have the house elves tend to the fire all night, not just around when it gets dark, since it always goes dark." she suggested.

[Adam Senton]

"Agreed. I don't trust them being able to apparate into our common room. i mean, they could just be told to sneak into our beads and kill us?"

[Nathina Soller]

ooc: i meant to say the fire always goes "out" not "dark" on the last post lol.

Nathina laughed lightly. "Come on now, I dont think they would do that. What reason would a house elf have to kill you?" she asked.

[Adam Senton]

Adam grinned.

"Dunno. But they can do crazy things. I heard a rumor that lately they have been doing less and less for there masters. Or what if they're master doesn't like me? What if professor. Denton doesn't like me and wants me killed huh?" Adam asked. He was joking but he had feared this in his first year.

[Nathina Soller]

Nathina grinned and shook her head. "Oh yes. The Headmaster picked you and only you as the one student he wants dead, and a horde of house elves are going to come to you in your sleep and kill you." she joked. She laughed.

[Adam Senton]

Adam shrugged.

"Yeah, I guess its not gonna happen." He said as he chuckled.

[Nathina Soller]

"Yea, I thought you'd say that." she said. Nathina stood and stretched. She had been sitting too long. "Well I think I'm going yo go outside. Care to join me?"

Adam grinned.

"Sure." He said as he got up. He just relized how tired his legs had gotten.

Nathina stood there for a moment, getting the feeling back in her legs, and then headed off towards the lake with Adam.
