1: Prohibited Content


The following content is prohibited from being posted on, uploaded to or linked from this forum:
(a) Content that infringes upon any rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks);
(b) Abusive, threatening, defamatory, slanderous, racist, or obscene content;
(c) Viruses or any other harmful computer software;
(d) False information or libel;
(e) Spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
(f) Gambling or illicit drugs;
(g) Terrorism;
(h) Hacking or cheating for internet/online games;
(i) Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers;
(j) Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind;
(k) Profanity;
(l) Content that is invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity;
and (m) Hacking materials or information.


Any of the above content posted, uploaded or linked on this forum will be removed upon discovery by an administrator or moderator.


If you are unsure about any content you wish to post, upload or link to please contact an administrator or moderator who will advise you if it is suitable to post.


2: Usernames


Members are allowed to have a maximum of one username and account. Please contact an administrator if you wish to change your username, instead of creating a new account. (Please put your old username in your signature so other members will know who you are if you change your username).


3: Avatars


Avatar pictures are limited to a maximum size of 100x100 pixels. Pictures are not allowed to contain any of the prohibited content aforementioned. Offending members will have any avatars with prohibited content removed.


4: Rules of the Road


Kei Car Fan does not condone breaches of the law, Highway Code and reckless driving. Content that purports to such acts will be removed upon discovery by an administrator or moderator.


5: Breaches of the Kei Car Fan Forum Rules


If you find any content that breaks any of these rules, please report it to a moderator or administrator as soon as possible.


In addition to removal of content, offending members will be warned or banned depending on the severity of the breach. Any member who accumulates more than five warnings will be banned.
