Athe awoke that morning to find a letter nearby. Goodness. Was living with her still too far away for Teresa to simply tell him something?
Picking up the letter, Athe read it over and sighed. What was she doing in the mountains at this time in the morning? Up to trouble probably...
Still, he'd eat breakfast as she asked, for it would be a waste of food otherwise (and she'd probably find out if he didn't). Slowly, Athanasius, the seemingly heartless warrior, was feeling more and more like a slave. Maybe slave was too harsh a word, but he sure didn't feel as free as he used to, what with all of Teresa's requests.
Everything was getting really awkward lately...
