Finally got around to reading the main event word for word! In summation: God damn!

So, uh, how's everyone?

I'm worried about your reading skills if it took you two months to read that! Damn American public education!

Doing fine here.

Roger: You did a great job. Thank you. I apologize for the cluster and hope you do indeed stick around.

Jeff, I'm not serious. I was being funny by mocking Tiegs leaving PVW and the Curtis stuff.

My thoughts in regards to the match:

- The ending to the match with Merc and Extreme playing Marshall wasn't the pain. The pain was WOULD Dawson really get a pin after Merc takes a fall from a punch? The strat read like Dawson wasn't in on the whole thing, and I don't see Dawson getting a pin after being used as a pawn.

Hence the quick submission to a move NO ONE submits to and the surprise from Dawson, Marshall, ect. I think what I was going for went over very well judging by some of the responses.

- To Jer's point, I think Merc pulling Dawson on top of him could have been a way to go, definitely. I thought about that, but felt it was too much. I tried to play Merc off as a sneaky, smart vet who pulled one over on Marshall and also got to stick it to Dawson with the skimp finish. Dawson gets his comeuppance at the end with a visible pin.

We'll see how Andy and Trev handle it from here.

Is it frightening to say I'm going through Pickycast withdrawal?

If Gibson just would have placed his foot on the ropes. dontknow.gif

Haven't you heard? Once you're infested, you can't EVER get rid of those things.

On a more important note. Going over the PVW site's roster and ...Tom Landis is still here? Is Weaver missing road agent meetings and I just didn't get a memo?

Trev: You da man! I'm glad to see you kicking ass again. I'll say it again, 50-60% of my being in PVW was it was time the Mercenary got his due. He was always great people just needed to be reminded of it.

Andy: Hope you're cool with the ending. My biggest thing I wanted to do was not hurt Dawson's ability to move forward in anyway shape or form.

Brian: The other 50-40% I'm in pvw. Thank you for being accomidating. This shouldn't be overshadowing an amazing card you created.

To anyone who didn't like it: too bad. Some ideas and angles work better than others. Sometimes they are legendary and sometimes they end up with people making jokes about a trunk and a bridge (for all my rcw folks smile.gif). And sometimes things change simply because real life happens as well.

I could say more but it spoils too much.

Welcome back, Jeff. Good to see old Alex Epstreme again smile.gif

Now, as for the angle... I personally saw nothing wrong with it. Yeah, some might say it jumped the proverbial shark to have Epstreme (Sorry... I like it, and I'm sticking with it!) and Merc turn out to be allies. Here's the thing though: It's only now been revealed, so really the storyline is kind of just really starting to play out.

In the end, it isn't the greatest turn of events ever in the history of everything. But Epstreme and Merc are just one villainous, "Let us explain how we did this" moment away from awesome.
