In a statement released after PWW's latest show, night one of the Weekend of Steel on 10/28/05 (read it at http://s7.invisionfree.com/JTF_Squaretable...?showtopic=696), Chris Chronic announced the first two competitors for the PWW Junior Grand Prix tournament 2006. Chronic also announced that the tournament has been expanded to a field of 12, featuring four three-way dances in the first round.

The first two participants announced for the Junior Grand Prix are...*drumroll*

Representing Pinnacle Pro Wrestling...former The Sky's the Limit winner, PSICOPA!

Representing a fed to be named (following the closing of RCW), is one of the most well-known juniors in the world today...RCW's top junior, JOHN SHOCK!

10/29/05: At a Question and Answer session this afternoon in Yuma, AZ, prior to night two of the Weekend of Steel (and PWW's debut in Yuma), Chris Chronic confirmed the two names already announced for the Junior Grand Prix 2006, to be held on 1/7/05 in Yuma. After confirming that John Shock and Psicopa would be a part of the tournament, Chronic announced four more names who will be a part of the 12-man, one night tournament for the best junior heavyweights in the world. They are:

Former NEO Skyweight champion, returning from Spain for this tournament...."NEXT GENERATION" CESAR RISLEY!

Muay Thai expert and member of the well known Benedict family..."LUPINE RAVAGER" RONAN BENEDICT!

Representing UWF, one of the most well-known and feared junior heavyweights in the world today.."THE NIGHTHAWK" MICHAEL BONN!

And finally, the current PWW Arizona State champion himself...MICHAEL "LINT" HURLEY!

That makes half of the field of 12 announced!
