No, but two different player groups encountered him as Requisitions Officer of SHIELD in my Marvel RPG campaigns. :-D

He was like an enemy in the most recent one I ran. The players would have to devise strategies to sneak equipment out of the requisitions area because Snidely would berate them about how much they were costing the organization. :-D
