> August 10th, 2008. A date in infamy. Bloody Paradise: Episode 10 - Burn, Bleed, Ascend has come and gone and now nearly 5 months later it's been released to the general public and the reviews are in. PJG delivered a climactic show worthy of everything that came before. From the opening video segment produced days before the show's release to remind everyone of what had come before, to the brutal matches that topped anything to come before.
The long delay, till recent an utter mystery, was caused by the confiscation of tapes. The FBI was alerted by multiple sources that PJG had produced a so-called snuff film and intended to distribute video of a murder. The supposed victim, Talia Wichzini who actually won her match at Episode 10, before she was attacked by Ashley Brooks.
When Talia was unable to be contacted, there was an immediate raid on our archives and all tapes were taken. Thus beginning a legal battle that wasn't settled until early December. The tapes were not actually returned until December 28th. After editing and re-assembling damaged tapes the show would be released on New Year's Eve. Now with Episode 11 announced, PJG is officially back! And not a moment too soon.
With the absence of Paradise, the North American wrestling scene has been _universally_ lacking in Jisatsu action. But rising like a _phoenix_, PJG will right all that is wrong with the _world_.
And in case that was too subtle... Insiders from PJG have made it clear that they know where the FBI's "source" came from and are NOT happy with the Distinguished Competition.
> Myra Benedict was rushed to the hospital after Episode 10, like many others, but disappeared from the ER while a room was being cleared. Myra has been in contact with PJG and her return is confirmed for Episode 11.
> At the conclusion of the show Erik Grimsson attempted to attack Kian Konga and James Goodwin-Rice, but with the condition of his knee he was quickly pulled away and James forced to remove Kian from ringside. Chad Grimsson's after show antics went much worse for him. Finding "Barbed Wire" Ken at the local Paradise, CA McDonald's the two were involved in a brawl that broke out the glass of the entry door and landed Chad in jail. He spent the next day there before Ken was convinced not to press charges. PJG picked up the tab on the door. Both Grimsson brothers and their sister Nina have confirmed a return at Episode 11.
> Ranma Kurotsuki mentioned that he had placed a call to Chris Colton during the break, after he had left the hospital. Ranma said that the call was mainly to ensure that Ranma, in spite of disagreements with Timothy on some issues, was very high on signing Colton still. Chris appreciated the call and the sentiment, but made no decisions, and simply told Ranma to let him know when the next show would be, and he'd be there. Whether or not Chris will make an appearance on camera at Episode 11 was not confirmed.
> During the layoff from hosting Bloody Paradise the Jeter mansion staff experienced many losses. At first the cut backs were due to the lessened work load, but then rumors began that the mansion was haunted. Things were found out of place, blood on sheets in beds that hadn't been slept in. Many staff quit and Timothy is looking to hire anyone with experience to bring the staff pool back up to capacity for the increased population once PJG is running again.
> Another name confirmed for Episode 11 is Donovan O'Reily. O'Reily was one of the participants in the first Christmas In January Deathmatch. It is unknown if he will opt to participate in that match or compete for the Suicide Soldier title which he lost in the same match, nearly one year ago.
> Christian Copeland, Kian Konga, Jackson Kinkaid, Clayton Priest, "Barbed Wire" Ken, Rally Jackson, Shinran, Josie Saito, Nina Grimsson, Ashley Brooks, Suzie Machina, Angel Saito and Ashlyn Summers have made verbal commitments to appear at Episode 11, but none can be confirmed. While we do have confirmation that Helga Von Butch will not be returning to PJG.

RPs and strats are due Thursday, January 15th by about 4PM Pacific time. I'll be lenient about the time because I'm putting the packet together later that night and as long as it's there by the time I start putting it together it's all good. If you need an extra few hours just let me know.
If you wanna do an oncard for Bloody Paradise instead of a flash for the packet, you can, but the due date is the same as RPs! If you have a non-match oncard just get it to me before the show comes out!
Anybody not in a match is encouraged to participate anyway, get an angle going, start a feud! Do a promo for Bleeding Edge just to get over!

If it's been four and a half months since the last show, how can everyone be that hurt? Don't some of these people heal up?!? The PJG roster really needs to take their Flintstones vitamins.

Technically, Talia is missing and presumed dead, Erik Grimsson's knee is still gimpy and his hair hasn't grown back, but everybody else is just fine and dandy now except the scars. lol
