BASTARD STAMPEDE MONDAY FIGHTS

------------------------------

June 12th, 2006

at: Max Belle Centre in Calgary, Alberta, Canada

The first ever Bastard Stampede television tapings were held in front of a sold out crowd of 2500 eager fans. Hosting the evenings event were AEWA mainstays "Big Daddy" Mike Hurt and the lovely Lady Bertha. Tonight's card would crown the first ever Bastard Stampede Frontier Union Champion. The card was as much a mystery as was the roster but the fans knew they were about to see something special.

"SWIFT" MARK EVERETT vs. THE SKY SLASHER

-----------------------------------------

The eight man tournament to decide the first ever FU Champion began with two wrestlers from the West Coast. "Swift" Mark Everett enjoyed a large reaction from the crowd and played to the fans like a fiddle. The Sky Slasher however was Everett's opposite in every way.

While Everett employed a fast paced mat based attack, the Slasher went to the air early and often. The referee intervened repeatedly as Slasher would employ many illegal chokes and use of the ropes. The end came when Everett caught Slasher by surprise with a snap suplex after

Slasher had been arguing with the referee for what seemed the eightieth time that day. The fight continued after the match and security had to finally pull the Sky Slasher to the back.

WINNER: Mark Everett

"THE RABID BISON" OLAF FUB vs. RANSAC

-----------------------------------------

This match seemed a bit more uneven. Olaf Fub was a monstrous blob from central Canada while Ransac was an experienced high flyer from Japan. Fub smashed and squished as often as he could but Ransac did very well to dodge and attack Olaf from every direction possible.

Ransac's speed was either uncanny or simply made to look that much better when put up against "The Rabid Bison". Just when the crowd thought that Ransac had the win in the bag, Fub caught his opponent with a devastating spinebuster. One sitdown splash later, the match was over.

Ransac was stretchered out.

WINNER: Olaf Fub

DEMOLITION vs. KENO TANAKA

-----------------------------------------

The crowd wasn't sure to make of this contest between two masked wrestlers. Tanaka they knew was from Japan but the most they knew about Demolition is what the ring announcer told them. He was a 6'5" combatant from Europe. But when the match began, they learned what he was all about. Demolition came out swinging and hit hard. Tanaka countered with a very effective martial arts style but the bulk of damage he did was soaked up by Demolition. It seemed as if he fed on the pain and at the very end, a stiff piledriver gave Demolition the victory.

WINNER: Demolition

"THE NATURAL" J.R. CASH vs. ???

-----------------------------------------

This match was touted as the big surprise of the night and the crowd was very anxious to see who would be wrestling. First came "The Natural" J.R. Cash dressed in black and with slicked back hair. His expression was cool and collected but even he was surprised by his opponent when he came out.

Vengeance.

Yes, that Vengeance.

Loud and obnoxious as always, the High Pope of Hate entered the arena to a hail of boo's that would even rock larger venues. He entered the ring and absolutely destroyed Cash in a fury that hadn't been seen from Vengeance in a very long time. After winning the match with his Spirit of Vengeance Bear Hug, he laughed, took the house microphone and proclaimed "I HATE YOU ALL!"

WINNER: Vengeance

GREG "ICEMAN" SMITH vs. TRAPPER WARD

-----------------------------------------

With the final four set, the ring announcer stated the next match was a special attraction. When Trapper Ward came out, many thought it was just going to be time for a bathroom break. But then Greg Smith came out. He hadn't been seen in a very long time and time certainly hadn't been good to him. But the Edmonton, Alberta native still got a very large reaction, possibly the largest of the night. He was out of shape and only dressed in a wifebeater and track pants. He didn't really seem like he cared to be there. But he was surprised at the reaction he got and it seemingly inspired him to put on a better performance. After finishing Ward off with the Icepick Powerbomb, Smith left and looked around as the BS crowd was chanting his name. He cracked a smile and went to the back.

WINNER: Greg Smith

"SWIFT" MARK EVERETT vs. "THE RABID BISON" OLAF FUB

-----------------------------------------

The crowd was heavily behind Everett at this point as Fub did nothing but generate loathing from the crowd. Much like before, Fub smashed and bashed at every opportunity. Everett proved however that he was faster than his opponent. It was becoming quite obvious that Everett was the fastest man in Bastard Stampede. Mark came at Fub with a rope-a-dope style that started to knock Fub off balance and with enough stiff shots, Fub went down like a dazed animal. Everett continued to work on Fub but could only clinch a victory by applying a sleeper hold that took nearly five minutes to cause the Rabid Bison to pass out.

WINNER: Mark Everett

DEMOLITION vs. VENGEANCE

-----------------------------------------

The fight was on even before the first bell rang. Demolition and Vengeance spilled out of the back brawling with one another. Action went around the ring for several minutes before the referee managed to herd the two monsters into the ring. If they heard the bell, neither man showed it and they simply pounded into one another for what seemed like forever. Neither would back down and neither showed any wear or
tear. When the brawling ended, it was power moves galore as it seemed as if these two men were literally trying to kill one another.

Demolition went for a piledriver but Vengeance stood upright while holding onto Demolition and kept him hanging upside down on his back. With a mighty swing, Vengeance brought Demotion down with a powerful slam. He then covered to secure the victory.

WINNER" Vengeance

BASTARD STAMPEDE FRONTIER UNION CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE MATCH

"SWIFT" MARK EVERETT vs. VENGEANCE

-----------------------------------------

The final match had come down to the biggest monster of the night and the only guy there who possibly had a chance. Everett's speed had gotten him past many tough situations in his day but Vengeance was in rare form. The match started civil but of course with Vengeance in it, he quickly tried to turn it into a brawl. Everett wasn't going to be suckered in so easily however. He kept his distance, taking shots only
when he had an opening. But Vengeance was persistent. What shots he got he made count and when the opportunity came to hit a power move he did. Each succeeding slam took its toll on a weakening Everett. He caught his second wind however and went right on the offensive. With Vengeance on the ropes, Everett took off for the opposite side of the ring. When he reached that point though, the Sky Slasher was waiting for him and nailed Everett in the back with a cold hard steel chair. Mark stumbled forward and right into the Spirit of vengeance Bear Hug.

Everett fought it as long as he could but there was no escape. Everett eventually passed out and Vengeance was declared the first ever

Bastard Stampede Frontier Union Champion.

WINNER AND NEW CHAMPION: Vengeance

Afterwards, Vengeance took the FU Championship and gloated over his fallen opponent. He taunted the crowd and made his way out laughing and proclaiming once again that he hated everyone.

Hurt and Bertha thanked everyone for coming once the cameras were turned off and many free T-shirts were given away. It was announced that on the next card the Bastard Stampede Women's Championship and Tag Team Championship would be decided.
