Hey Cat,

Most of our manga include furigana (except for the Josei titles like "Silver" and "Gold" which have already been translated to completion), so there's no need to worry. There are some in our upcoming list that don't have furigana, but we can assign that to those who can go without and leave the ones with furigana to you :)

I have experience in Japanese and translating comics years ago.
I don't mind helping out.

If it helps this are comics and groups i worked with between 2002-2007

http://www.freewebs.com/alicecaiello/workedprojects.htm

I'm currently residing in Tokyo, and will be attending a Japanese school in April 2011, so maybe I can be of more use :)

Hey Alice,
you sure have lots of experience.
We would love to have you in our team.

If you don't mind could you give us your email address or write us at jshoujoscansstaff@gmail.com? Our head translator will then send you a short test to check your skills (though I am sure you'll be just great) =D
Thanks :D

Hi. I'd like to try but I only took 2 years of Japanese class in college. I'm looking for more experience so I'm hoping for some guidance. I, however, have limited internet access so I don't know if I would be able to achieve that 2 weeks deadline so I would probably be okay with a far-off chapter, if that's okay with you. If it is, I really would like to try to be a staff member in your group.

Hi :)

Don't know if you still need any but I'd love to apply to be a Chinese - English translator. If not I am fluent in english so I could be a proofreader :)

Thanks ^^

I'll PM you tomorrow! It's night time over here =D
You could be a translator or a c-e proofreader which is useful since you can double check the translation knowing the language (most of our projects which still need to be translated have the chinese version)!

Hello,

I don't know how helpful I will be but I've been studying Japanese for 2 years now and I would kind of like to attempt to help here. It might take me a long time to translate a chapter or whatever but I'd really like to attempt the test to see what its like :)

Thank you
