[Mortifera Acerabus]

This was what Mortifera always wanted. She was here at the Ministry in her dress, veil, tiara, shoes and her bouquet. It was a fairy tale come true. She stood there waiting for her knight, her King, her Jacob. She bit her lip and played with her dress. She had wore her cloak to keep the soot from her dress as she flooed to the Ministry. She made her way towards the Licensing and Magistrate, where she would meet Jacob. The butterflies in her stomach fluttered and she chewed her lip nervously. What if he changes his mind? What if he doesn't want to really marry me?

She looked down at her flowers. Her manicured finger ran over the soft petals. She looked around the Magistrate's office for her lover. She felt as if she would hyperventilate. Her breathing quickened and became shallow until she heard his voice. Joy washed over her as she threw her arms around his neck. "I didn't know if you would come or not, Jakey," she said chewing her lip again. She felt so happy in his arms.

[Astoria Greengrass]

Astoria tapped her foot as the paper airplanes hovered above her head, her heels glimmered in the light and she smirked. She almost looked better than Fera! She smoothed her dress and pouted when her gloves rubbed the material wrong. She hated these stupid gloves. They were itchy and rubbed her arms raw. But they covered her mark. She glanced around at the business men that were standing around her, they were just as impatient as she.

A bell rang and she was out of the door before that annoying voice could even come on the loud speaker. Astoria's heels rang through the hall as she sped walked and she skidded to a stop in front of a large wooden door. She took a breath opened the door, ready to give her cousin away. Fera's beauty filled the room and Astoria was almost put out that she wasn't the star but she smiled. "Fera, you look lovely!"

[Mortifera Acerabus]

Mortifera squealed in glee as she saw Tori. She rushed to her cousin and wrapped her arms around the small figure of Astoria Greengrass. "Thank you, T," Mortifera smiled as she pulled away from Tori. "Daddy doesn't know you are here right?"

Mortifera looked over Tori's shoulder for her father. "I love your dress, Tori," Mortifera looked over at Jake. "We are so glad you could be here for this, Tori. She smiled and took Jake's hand then Tori's hand. "Shall we, lover?"

Mortifera looked into Jake's eyes.

[Jacob McCullough]

Jacob ran up the steps to the door before coming to a hault. He placed one hand on the door, as he rested against it. His heart was beating rapidly and his stomach began to flutter. A sudden feeling of nausea came over him. He wasn't backing out of the wedding but he was extremely nervous. He hoped that when he opened the door that his true love would be standing there waiting for him.

Jake took a deep sigh and pressed the door open. He looked up in astonishment to see his bride-to-be standing there in her wedding dress. He couldn't talk she looked absolutely ravishing. His eyes danced up and down her body before he couldn't mutter the words "Love, you look absolutely gorgeous" that was all he could get out before she threw her arms around his neck. "I didn't know if you would come or not, Jakey," Jake chuckled a bit at her comment "Not come? Darling it was my idea. Why would I not show up? It was you that I thought that might not show up. But regardless of that I am so glad that you showed up. You have no idea what that means to me." Jake said blushing. He gently pressed his lips against hers, smiling and blushing as he did so.

Jake blushed as Astoria walked through the door. "Hello there Astoria. he said rubbing his neck. Astoria and him never had a true friendship. He was always friendly to her but there just seemed to be some tension in the way. He had only one wish from her and that was that she approved of the wedding between him and Mortifera. Trying not to be to awkward Jake looked at her and said "You look very pretty today Astoria, and I wanted to thank you for coming." before turning back to Mortifera

"Shall we, lover?" Mortifera said taking Jake's hand. Jake smiled and kissed Fera on the cheek before intertwining their fingers with each other. "Yes my love, I am ready when you are."

[Mortifera Acerabus]

Mortifera smiled as Jake's fingers intertwined with hers. She felt her heart pounding against her chest as they moved closer to the alter and the Officiant that would marry them. Her lip began to throb from the pain of her biting down on it as they inched closer. She couldn't believe it. This was her fairytale ending and it was coming true. Reaching the end of the walk, Mortifera turned to face Jake as instructed by the Officiant. She looked deep into his brown eyes and relized that this was the last time she would look at him as Mortifera Acerabus and he as her fiance. "I love you, Jake," she whispered feeling the tears of joy forming in her eyes already. Looking at the Officiant and giving a slight nod, her head began to race with thoughts as the Officiant began.

"We are gathered here today Jacob McCullough and Mortifera Acerabus in matrimony, which is commended to be honorable among all men; and therefore – is not by any – to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly – but reverently, discreetly, advisedly and solemnly. If any person can show just cause why they may not be joined together – let them speak now or forever hold their peace."

Mortifera looked quickly at Tori as if in warning. Tori may not have liked Jacob but she wouldn't object to Mortifera's happiness.

"Do you Jacob take Mortifera to be your wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until death do you part?"

Mortifera smiled hearing Jacob proclaim I do. It was becoming increasingly hard for her to hold back her tears. She looked from Jake to the Officiant. "And do you Mortifera take Jacob to be your husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until death do you part?"

Mortifera looked back at Jacob. She smiled sweetly at him. "I do, a thousand times over," she said as the first joyful tear fell. "The wedding ring is the outward and visible sign of an inward and spiritual bond which unites two loyal hearts in endless love. It is a seal of the vows Jacob and Mortifera have made to one another. Jacob taking the ring place it on Mortifera's finger and repeat after me. With this Ring, I Thee Wed."

Mortifera gave a small shiver feeling the ring slide on her finger and hearing his words. "And you, Mortifera. Place the ring on Jacob's finger and repeat after me. With this ring, I thee wed."

Looking into Jacob's eyes and through her tears, Mortifera placed the ring on Jake's finger. "With this ring, I thee wed."

Mortifera smiled at Jake and bit her lip. The excitement was now building inside of her. "In as much as you have each pledged to the other your lifelong commitment, love and devotion, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss your bride."
