How to make a complete sig.The Background-1) Open up a new document. I'm going to be starting out with a 500*120 pixel size transparent document.
2) Filter > Render > Clouds (make sure your background color is white and your foreground color is black)
3) Push ctrl+f a few times until you're happy with it.
4) Filter > Render > difference clouds
5) Push ctrl+f a few times until you're happy with it.
6) Duplicate layer 1 3 times so in total you have 4 layers
7) On the top layer, push ctrl+L and put in 0, 1.00, and 109. Leave the output levels the same.
8) Push ctrl+I to invert it.
9) Press ctrl+U to colorize it. I used 212, 40, and 0.Now rename it the "lightning layer".
10) On the layer below that, go to filter > blur > radial blur. Make the settings 100, Zoom, Good. Rename it the "Zoom layer".
11) Go to the layer below our zoom layer and go to filter > sketch > bas relief. I used the settings 15, 2, and top left. Rename that layer the "Rocky layer".
12) Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap. Just max out all the settings.
13) Go back to our "lightning layer" and set the mode to color dodge, our "zoom layer" to multiply, and the "rocky layer" to lighten.
14) Merge all the layers together and duplicate the newly merged layer. Go to flip horizontal and flip vertical. Now set the blending mode to Hard light.
-It should look something like this.
The Border-1) Make a new layer and fill it with white.
2) Now use the polygonal lasso tool to take pieces out of the white. Make it look like this or if you choose, your own design.

3) Go to the blending options screen by going to layer > layer style > and clicking on blending options.
4) Now just play around with those settings.
After finally playing around with the settings, adding brushes and such this is my final product.
Text-1) So right now I'm assuming that you lready know where the type tool is so use the type tool and type something in. I used Ringbearer as my font but you can use any font you choose.
2) Now it looks really plain so lets make it look better. Go to the blending options screen by going to layer > layer style > and clicking on blending options. Now just play around with those settings.
3) So far this is what mine's looks like.

Ok so have we finished the sig yet? Well you can leave it at that but let's add a little more to it.
Animation-1) For the animation part of this tutoial, we're going to make some simple rain. Make a new layer and fill it with black. Go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise (65, Gaussian, Monochromatic)
2) Do steps 1, 3 more times, but everytime you add noise, go up one, 66>67>68, etc (to make them look different)
3) Then go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur. I used 45 Degrees, 35 Distance for each one of them.
4) Set each one of your layers to screen or just fool around with the opacity.
5) Once that's done, you need to switch over to ImageReady
6) Make sure the Layers and Animations windows are up. If not (Windows>Animations and >Layers)
7) Find the Duplicates Frames button and copy it 3 more times.
8) Click on each frame but on each one only have 1 layer of rain visible along with the background with the eye things.
9) Once that's done press play and see what you got. Mess with the timing and such and get it as perfect as you want.
So now that we have finally finished our sig, this is what mine's came out to look like.
