The Japanese-animated film Dante's Inferno: An Animated Epic will be airing on the Super Channels at various points in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on the Anime on Canadian TV thread or check out the link below for showtimes.

It's more Korean animated with a vignette or two done in Japan.

Super Channel has the country of origin listed as Japan, and it does have a page on ANN (link).

I figure it's good enough to count :P
