Assuming this is not a random Zap2it screw-up, YTV will be premiering Pokemon The Movie: Black - Victini and Reshiram on Saturday, January 14th at 2:00pm EST.
Also based on these early listings, the Saturday afternoon schedule has changed slightly, removing Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's from the lineup and presumably from the channel. All times are EST.
11:30 - Beyblade: Metal Masters NEW!
12:00 - Pokemon: Black and White NEW!
12:30 - Power Rangers Samurai
1:00 - Redakai: Conquer the Kairu
1:30 - Redakai: Conquer the Kairu

These Zap2it fails are becoming increasingly more common. It's been confirmed from YTV's online schedule that it will in fact be the other version of the film, Pokemon the Movie: White - Victini and Zekrom that will be airing this Saturday.

And in another twist, YTV's online schedule has changed to say it is actually airing the
Black version of the movie. Maybe Zap2it was actually right this time?

Although the movie is still listed on Zap2it, YTV's schedule is showing a Fairly OddParents marathon airing at 2pm instead.
