Eldin Field Once prosperous and the center of Hyrule's agriculture, the Edlin Field connects Hyrule Castle City to Kakariko Village. But since the blight fifty years ago, things have changed drastically. Travel is forbidden through the western part of the Eldin Plain, as any who are foolish enough to pass through it are driven permanently mad. Some now refer to this western section as the Plain of Insanity.

Death Mountain The highest peak on the Continent is home to the Goron race. Inside it is a maze of volcanic caverns that house Goron refineries and mining facilities. The gargantuan race takes great pride in its naturally carved interior.

Kakariko Village The home of the Sheikah, Kakariko Village was traditionally the base of the Sheikah's service to the Royal Family. Besides their warriors, the village also supports a small farming community, due to the decreased fertility of the plains around them.

Kakariko Gorge This natural barrier between Kakariko Village and the rest of Hyrule serves as a place of training for young Sheikah warriors. It is also home to several Sheikah outposts, from which these shadowy people keep watch over the surrounding fields.
