My favorites are Peter, Sylar, Matt, and Micah. That would also mean that my favorite superpowers are power retention/mimicry, telekinesis (which technically isn't Sylar's), telepathy, and technopathy.

My favourite character on Heroes is Claire, though I also like Hiro. Power on Heroes is regenreation. But the ability to move through time, stop time, etc is quite useful.
