General Competition Rules
• All horses must be registered in the ER to compete
• All horses must be registered with the HLEA to compete
• A horse may only enter one level per competition. Cross-entries will be deleted
• Each class consists of dressage, cross country and show jumping.
• Correct attire must be worn by horse and rider for each phase, including proper safety equipment
• Classes must have at least two horses to run. If there are not enough entrants, the class will be combined with the lower level

Class Restrictions
• Beginner Novice - minimum age of 3
• Novice - minimum age of 3
• Training - minimum age of 4
• Preliminary - minimum age of 5
• Intermediate - minimum age of 6
• Advanced - minimum age of 7


Entry Fees
• Grounds Fee: $25 (once per show)
• Stalling Fee: $10 (once per horse, per show)
• Beginner Novice - Training: $30
• Preliminary-Advanced: $40
• Young Event Horse: $15
• Future Event Horse: $10
Competitors may arrive at Silver Valley Ranch the day before the show (i.e. 25th June) and leave the day after (i.e. 1st July) if that will be easier for them.
