I thought it was really good. It's too bad none of the book is very important now in how it relates to Book 7.

What drives me nuts about JK Rowling's writing is that she makes it impossible to figure out the ending. In HP3, we had no reason to think Pettigrew was still alive or that the three of them were animagi. It seems she always leaves us just enough information to justify the ending, but it's impossible to understand the information she gives us until the end.
