(Dragonatrix has just finished watching her promo as she steps off the treadmill and wipes her face off. She doesn't have a pleasant look on her face.)
Dragonatrix: "If you're trying to motivate me to really hurt you Princess Kuna. Try saying something that isn't so stupid. First off Little Dragon is my son and not anyone elses. So I would suggest you just sleep in that huge barnyard of a bed of yours and dream about you winning a shot at my Hardkore All Asia Pro Joshi Title. A title that Madison Dyson never really cared about anyway."
(She picks up her water and takes a big drink from it.)
Dragonatrix: "Actually in my state of mind with that bitch Susan Sabin trying to irritate me I would do anything. Now about Veronica Rodriguez. What the hell are you talking about Princess Kuna. Were you still asleep when you did that promo."
(She mutters on about Princess Kuna sleeping whenever she does a promo."
Dragonatrix: "By the way Kuna it's Shiori Shinzaki not Shinzani. I guess spelling wasn't a strong point. Yeah I guessed that much Princess Kuna. Oh and by the way I'm practicing for Dark Legacy and I plan on being in perfect condition. I don't just plan on beating both of you Kuna. I plan on proving why I earned the championship in the first place during Hardkore Nippon's operation. I'll try to ignore you the next time you do a promo, but being you you're going to get a rush out of my response. So go ahead and I'll leave and then take it out on you in the ring at Dark Legacy."
(She leaves camera range as the scene slowly fades to black.)

I know everyone has got to be saying...finally! Yes, "The Queen Lioness" - "The Perfection" - Shiori Shinzaki is back in the headlines once again. After coming up short in the championship match, many have asked whatever happened to Shiori? Ah-ha! Well, only I can answer that apparently. Following the near luck win by Dragonatrix, your's truly took a sabbatical away from the spotlight and all the Japanese paparazzi. I needed some time to rest. I needed time to think about my direction. Most importantly, I needed time to think about getting back in the championship scene.
The time away was great. I came back stronger, winning a number one contender's match to again earn a shot at the championship that should rightfully be around my waist by now. I couldn't be happier to get a chance at the championship that has eluded me because of politics and unimpressive ladies who call themselves wrestlers. Dragonatrix did as I thought she would - which I have preached time and time again - she embarrassed the Joshi Championship by losing to the gaijin, Madison Dyson.
Though I must admit, I respect Madison to a degree as we both can see Dragonatrix as at best - cheap dirt. At least with Madison, she managed to get the belt away from Dragonatrix, which I have to say, I wish it was me instead. However, I have heard through the grapevine about Madison vacating the Joshi Title due to circumstances we all know. It is unfortunate that I don't get to face a former World Women's Champion for Japan's greatest title. In the long run, I do get to face either Princess Kuna (snore fest, I know) or Dragonatrix (the embarrassment).
Hmmm...which of these two cheap punks do I really want to face? Kuna has nothing on me. I have beat the woman a couple of times already! Do I fear this woman being my opponent for the vacant title? Hell no! My suggestion to Kuna...get out while you can. You don't have the skill to match "Perfection" such as myself and you certainly cannot hold a candle next to me.
But Dragonatrix...I heard you've been running your mouth, speaking my name at every chance you get. You are right about one thing. We do have unfinished business. You were lucky the first time we faced each other. Do I think you're my future opponent for the title? As a matter of fact, I do. Truth be told, I am looking forward to it. I can finally outshine you and show all of Japan true championship material. Not only that, but I will make sure to be the one walking away from Dark Legacy the new Joshi Champion. This time around, it will be "The Queen Lioness" with her hand raised and with the gold.
Nippon News Station:
(Sitting in a dressing room with a make-up artist finishing some touches to Shiori's beautiful looks to emphasize on camera, "The Queen Lioness" meanwhile sits and checks on her nails. No smile dares to cross her face, but instead she has an expression as if lost in thought.)
Make-Up Lady: Miss Shinzaki-San?
(The dark grappler continues to check her nails, seemingly not hearing a word from the make-up artist.)
Make-Up Lady: Miss Shinzaki-San? Kanichiwa?
(Finally, Shiori stops checking her nails, rolling her eyes and then glancing up at the lady.)
Shiori Shinzaki: I hear you. What do you want?
Make-Up Lady: I just finished the touches. What would you like done to your hair?
Shiori Shinzaki: Mmmm...
(Spinning in the chair, Shiori looked at herself in the mirror. A slight grin came acros her face, recognizing her remarkable beauty with admiration. Then she remembered the question from the make-up artist, coming to a conclusion of what she prefers.)
Shiori Shinzaki: I believe I will wear it down, Kyoko. All I need are my shades and I am ready to rock.
Make-Up Lady: Yes, Miss Shinzaki-San.
(Immediately, Kyoko the make-up lady began to style Shiori's silk dark hair. Shiori watched as Kyoko pulled, brushed, and weaved her fingers through the dark mane.)
Shiori Shinzaki: Isn't it marvelous, Kyoko?
Make-Up Lady: What is?
Shiori Shinzaki: My beauty. I am glamorous and yet so powerful. Truly, I am a marvel to be seen.
Make-Up Lady: You are gorgeous.
(Kyoko did not smile or sound enthusiastic. Instead, the young woman remained professional and polite, prefering to keep her mind on making sure Shiori's hair looks good.)
Shiori Shinzaki: That I am. You know, you too are quite a pretty little thing.
(The comment took Kyoko off guard, as she then looked in the mirror at Shiori's smiling face.)
Make-Up Lady: Thank you ma'am.
Shiori Shinzaki: No really, you are. I am surprised you are not a model.
Make-Up Lady: That is funny. I have been told I should be.
Shiori Shinzaki: Ah, surely there must be a reason you are not then.
Make-Up Lady: I didn't think it was for me. I don't like being in front of the camera so much. It is kind of nerve racking, I guess.
Shiori Shinzaki: Lack of self confidence. Doubt. Then, the camera surely wasn't made for you. You made the right choice.
(Suddenly Kyoko's happier demeanor faded away at the rude remark from "The Queen Lioness". She continued working on Shiori's hair.)
Make-Up Lady: I am almost done. You will be ready to be on camera soon.
Shiori Shinzaki: Good. I look forward to appearing on the show. I feel I owe Japan a real superb athlete. A look at their future champion.
Make-Up Lady: Miss Shinzaki-San, I hope you don't mind me asking, but ever since becoming apart of Hardkore's All Asia Pro, you have made it point to be Japan's representative of a true women's champion. Where does this obsessiveness come from?
(It was a very good question to which Shiori was actually impressed. The girl had brains and "The Perfection" herself was glad to answer.)
Shiori Shinzaki: Kyoko, since when has Japan had a real and honest women's champion?
(The girl couldn't think of an answer right away, but was searching for one in her head. There was no time however as Shiori was quick to respond.)
Shiori Shinzaki: There you go! You can't answer me right on the spot. Surprisingly, you did not say Dragonatrix, which I'm glad you did not. It goes to show that she's never made an impact worth being honestly loved by our people. She was a waist of time. I want to change all of that. I do love competiting in the ring, Kyoko. Because of that love, I want to be our country's best champion. I want to be the name instantly said when asked the same question I asked you without a moment's hesitance.
Make-Up Lady: Dragonatrix was once a good champion.
Shiori Shinzaki: But not great!
(Shiori's eyes narrowed at Kyoko through the mirror as the two women continued to look at each other through means of reflection.)
Shiori Shinzaki: Dragonatrix was the first All Asia Pro Joshi Champion. She held the title for a while, but what has she done for Japan as champion? Absolutely nothing, my dear. Zero - nada - zip! Japan has the best female fighters in the world and only the absolute best should not only be fighting for the championship, but wanting to represent Japan as the best country of fighters. As Joshi Champion, I will honor my country and my people all over the world. It is being the best. I plan to make sure I give the championship prestige and honor that it rightfully deserves.
(Slowly, Shiori rises out of the chair, then turning around to face Kyoko with a serious stare.)
Shiori Shinzaki: Whomever I end up facing...Kuna or Dragonatrix - either way, neither of them will take the gold. A new era is bound and it will be the era of "The Queen Lioness". And that is because it is the Shinzaki way and there is no other way.
(Walking away from the make-up area, Shiori leaves behind Kyoko watching "The Queen Lioness" walk away.)

So Dark Legacy is just around the corner. My time to become the Hardkore All Asia Pro Joshi Champion looms near. Already, I can feel the gold come near my gorgeous waist. I feel as giddy as a Japanese school girl. Things this time feel so different. I feel stronger and more focused than ever. The All Asia Pro Joshi Championship means everything to me. It is the epitome of what what I have been training for so long. It is my destiny to fight hard for that championship and like the Lioness in the African plains, I am ready to pounce on my prey and satisfy the hunger that pains me by being called the Joshi Champion.
As I said in my conversation with...what is that girl's name? Ugh! Kimoko? Kimiku? Well anyhow, as I told the dear, Japan deserves a real fighting ladies champion. Do people even realize why I touch on that so much? I guess not, otherwise Kimyuki would have been able to answer my question with ease. For so long, Japan has been deprived a certified champion to represent the best in Japan.
When All Asia Pro returned, Dragonatrix continued to be recognized as a champion who has done nothing to help my country. When has Dragonatrix gladly stand up all over the world as a world class champion from the land of the rising sun? When has Dragnatrix traveled up and down Japan to be with my people and show them how proud she was to be champion? There was never a time. There was never a time she contributed inspiration for the future generation.
Do anyone think the failure that is Princess Kuna could do any better? An outsider? Puh-lease! Does Japan really want a gaijin as it's new champion? No. Of course not. Kuna is right about one thing. She is not a coward. She gladly comes to the ring taking an ass beating. And for that, it is my pleasure to be the one to kick it again...and again...and again if it comes to me and her for the title. Kuna, you are a great at being a door mat. I welcome you to the ring if it is you that miraculously beats Dragonatrix. I welcome the opportunity take you out like before in front of a Japanese audience, my home people and show them that they have a champion to finally be proud of.
As for Dragonatrix, running on the treadmill or in a gym like always...well, the girl can prepare all she wants. Should I fret over that? No and not just no, but hell no! Listen jolly green giant, please do train or run or lift weights or whatever it is you do call training. I don't give a damn about your routine and I don't give a damn the time of day you are training. It does not scare me nor does it impress me. All I care about is seeing you across the ring giving the people what they really want? A knock down, drag out fight that has the glamorous "Queen Lioness" - "The Perfection" - Me winning the Joshi Championship in the end. If I see you in the ring with me at Dark Legacy, it will be my pleasure to fight you again. I will gladly take you to the limit and beyond this time around. Bring all you got. I know you will. I expect nothing less.
NIPPON NEWS STATION:
(The stage director counts down before the famed news program returns live in the homes of millions. Upon the last count, the news anchor woman looks into the camera with a smile just as she finished straightening papers on the desk in front of her.)
News Anchor: Welcome back. I am Akira Kimura. Today, we have a special guest who will be performing in Sendai, Japan at the Sendai Gymnasium. Representing the popular promotion Hardkore All Asia Pro Wrestling, she will be challenging for the Joshi Championship, please welcome Shiori Shinzaki!
(The beautiful raven haired "Queen Lioness" steps out onto the stage, walking behind the anchor woman's desk to join her in a seat next to Akira. The two women shake hands and then bow their heads in acknowledgment.)
Akira Kimura: Shinzaki-san, welcome to the show. It is pleasure to have you here.
Shiori Shinzaki: Thank you.
Akira Kimura: You are such a beautiful woman, Shinzaki-san, but I have to ask, how did you end up in professional wrestling?
Shiori Shinzaki: Ah yes, well I started a while back. Like a lot of women in the business, I was inspired by our country's greats. I felt like I should be in it and really strive to be the best. I auditioned for a popular promotion, got accepted, they liked what they saw and now here I am after many years.
(The anchor woman smiled as Shiori kept a calm demeanor.)
Akira Kimura: Being in professional wrestling for a while and having experience wrestling in many promotions around the world to now being with All Asia Pro for a few months now, what has it all been like?
Shiori Shinzaki: Well, I wrestled for a popular Japanese promotion for many years. It was great. I proved myself as the best in the company and then I branched out internationally. I wrestled in many countries including America. I won the Ladies World Title there, dominating the scene. Eventually, I left to come back to Japan and never lost the title. Coming back, I heard about All Asia Pro opening. I realized it had the Joshi Championship that needs a real champion. One that isn't hidden behind some mask and not doing anything to represent our country in the best light like Dragonatrix. So I decided to compete there and give All Asia Pro, the Joshi Title, and our country a champion it needs, which is me, the total package - "The Queen Lioness".
Akira Kimura: You are very confident, Shinzaki-san. Many would say maybe overly confident.
Shiori Shinzaki: Overly confident? I don't think anybody is frowning about my confidence. To succeed in this business, a competitor has to be confident and believe they are the best. I happen to know I am, nobody comes close to it and that is just how it is.
Akira Kimura: Now I understand you have a big title match coming up at Dark Legacy. Apparently the last champion, Madison Dyson vacated the title and so now you will be facing the winner in the Dragonatrix/Princess Kuna match. This is also your second opportunity for the gold. Both of women I mentioned, you have faced before. How do you look at this match and this one being for the gold?
Shiori Shinzaki: I treat this opportunity with honor, Kimura-san. I really want that championship. I really want to give the title actual credibility unlike our first champion and our last champion. I want to give Japan the very best ladies champion. I know I am the woman to be that and I do think the Joshi Championship is rightfully mine. I don't care if I have to face Dragonatrix or Kuna to get it because either way, I will be giving my all to secure the championship in my grasp. I faced Kuna and been successful. I am not worried about the gaijin. Dragonatrix, well I have yet to earn that victory over her, but it will be my absolute pleasure to get it this time around. I hope it is Dragonatrix I am facing because I promise to bring everything to this fight and go beyond what we went through last time. To Kuna or Dragonatrix...I say bring it. Bring all you can.
Akira Kimura: After Dark Legacy, what is next for "The Queen Lioness"?
(Shiori sits back in her chair, looking down at her hands. She pauses and is lost in thought. The anchor woman looks at Shiori, nervously waiting and hoping for Shiori to answer right away. With Shiori not answering, Akira begins to think she should talk to finish up the segment, but then "The Perfection" speaks much to Akira's relief.)
Shiori Shinzaki: After Dark Legacy, we will see your's truly entering 2010 Japan's greatest new ladies champion.
Akira Kimura: Thank you for joining us today, Shiori. Dark Legacy will be at the Sendai Gymnasium. Be sure get your tickets while they last and be there to watch Shiori and the other superstars of All Asia Pro in action. We'll be back after the commercial break with your five day forecast.
(The stage director calls it clear and the show is off to commercial. Akira turns to Shiori, shaking the woman's hand and then thanking her for being on the show.)
Akira Kimura: Thank you again for being here. Good luck in your match.
Shiori Shinzaki: Luck, Kimura-san? Luck is not apart of my success. I make success. Believe me, I won't need luck.
Akira Kimura: Yes...of course then. Well, have a great show.
Shiori Shinzaki: Yes it will be. Good day, Kimura-san.
(Shiori smiled at the anchor woman and then politely bowed to Akira. She raised from her chair and then began her exit from the stage as Kimura looked on in amazement and relieved to have the arrogant Shiori be on her way out from the station.)

[ A posh hotel room in Sendai, Japan is seen. A wet bar in one corner, big screen television, the works. Devastation is seen sitting in a very comfortable chair, wearing blue jeans, and a D.O.a. t- shirt. He stares off into space, one hand absently stroking his beard as he contemplates.]
Devastation - And so the final moments have arrived. For weeks now the preparation has built to fever pitch. The plans of what will be done dreamt up, rehashed, perhaps discarded for new ones.
[Big D gets up from the chair and walks over to a window and looks down towards the street for a moment.]
Devastation - And it all leads here, to Sendai, Japan. where a moment of destiny is upon us both Dragon Belt. A moment of destiny that I've been working towards for a long time. The pressure has built up to where I can barely sleep at night. The anticipation has been gnawing away at me endlessly. But I savor it, because this is a once in a lifetime experience.
But Dragon Belt, it seems that for you the pressure has been too much. The first cracks in the armor have appeared. And all this does is make it that much easier for me.
[Devastation turns away from the window to the camera.]
Devastation - It makes it easier for me because you have tossed rational thought out the window. You talk to your reflection, you claw at your own face, you simply have given me the best advantage I could hope for. Because an irrational man will make the most costly mistake! And I'll be waiting for that mistake. One moment that's all it will take Dragon Belt! One small slip up and I'll be all over you like stink on shit.
And once I'm on, it's not going to be a beating, it's not going to be a bloodbath. It is going to be a God damned slaughter. The Nightmare Cage will be a citadel of the most gruesome bloodletting ever witnessed by human eyes.
[Devastation sits back down in the chair and leans forward, his hands folded casually.]
Devastation - And no matter what you do, no matter how much the voice in your head screams in outrage at the perceived injustice of it all. You will lay in that ring, a tiwtsed wreck of the man you once were. And I..I will walk out as the New All Asia Pro Heavyweight Champion. And the man called Dragon Belt...will loose his belt.
[Devastation leans back in his chair as the scene fades.]
--------------------
Special referee: A bear.
[The phone on the conference room table rings. Kilroy puts it on speaker.]
Jonnie Valentine: No bears.
Kilroy: Damn it, you're on the ball! Moving on!

(Dragon Belt is in the lockerroom with Dragon Tzu and The Shootfighter. He is bleeding after his sparring session but he seems not just satisfied but thirsting for more bloodshed.)
The Shootfighter: "Not bad Dragon Belt. You're ready to face Devastation."
Dragon Tzu: "I don't know what's come over him, but that's a great attiitude adjustment. Keep it up and you'll be quite successful in your title defense."
Dragon Belt: "The only thing I care about is killing Devastation and smearing my face with his blood for good measure. Then he'll know what it's like to make fun of the dragon."
Dragon Tzu: "Whoa Dragon Belt. Let's not go all Cactus Jack on anyone. Just remember that you do what you have to do and that's take care of business at Dark Legacy."
The Shootfighter: "Another thing. Since when have you become Psychotic Goth all of a sudden."
Dragon Belt: "I am not becoming Psychotic Goth."
The Shootfighter: "I couldn't tell by the way you were talking to yourself and why you came to the gym the past few times scratched and the way you attacked a fellow wrestler."
Dragon Belt: "I want to be motivated to destroy Devastation once and for all."
Dragon Tzu: "Whoa don't forget this is a wrestling match. Okay one more brutal than the Ultimate Death Match but still you need to remember that Devastation isn't just going to roll over and play dead if he hits you with the explosives."
Dragon Belt: "I'll keep rising and I'll keep fighting until he kills me."
Dragon Tzu: "Okay he needs a bed in the psychiatric ward. He must have been talking to your protege Psychotic Goth."
(Dragon Belt gets up and snarls violently slamming his hands on the bench seat.)
Dragon Belt: "No I wasn't! I wasn't! I'm going to destroy Devastation and prove to him I'm the better man!"
(Dragon Tzu puts his arm on his shoulder and slowly sits him back down.)
Dragon Tzu: "Dragon Belt calm down and listen. Just don't forget this is an important match."
(Dragon Belt glares and growls savagely.)
Dragon Belt: "I know it's important and I'm going to do everything I can to hurt Devastation. He's going to see that I didn't crack under pressure. He doesn't think I'm ready for this kind of match. He's going to find out he's dead wrong. The key word being 'dead' when I get through with him. He doesn't know what the true dark side of me is until he's seen it personally. I guarantee it."
The Shootfighter: "Just remember this Dragon Belt. You'll be in the fight of your life and you have to prove to everyone why you are worthy."
Dragon Belt: "It will be and as for his claim that it's going to be a slaughter. The only slaughter that's going to be occuring is when I'm doing it. I'm going to be the one who shows why I'm the champion and he's just going to be pretending to be holding one in his dreams. I'm going to be the one who smears his blood on my face just to show what he brought out. He brought out what I should have been. A dark side I have never known but have suppressed all my life. Now that I have seen my more aggressive side come out. I love it. I want to show Devastation how much I love my dark side when I am the one who slaughters him."
(Dragon Belt looks into the same look of animalistic savagery on his face.)
Dragon Belt: "Yes Devastation look into these eyes and you do the pondering. You look into these eyes and see what you unleashed in me. You are going to wish the old Dragon Belt. The one who is always fun loving and is caring about respecting his opponents is no more. No more thanks to your attempts to get into my head. As you saw as we were shooting the opening sequence of the PPV. You saw the different Dragon Belt. The more aggressive one and the one more likely to hurt people more than they would respect them. When we step into that Nightmare Cage Match. It shall be you that suffers the nightmares when you see the images of me slaughtering you and the referee trying to get me off of you even after the match ends. I shall continue to hurt you and maybe even do worse to you. You want that Devastation. You don't. Well you're going to get it anyway even after the match is over. That I'm vowing to go through with. I mean it."
(Dragon Tzu looks at The Shootfighter and shrugs.)
Dragon Tzu: "Looks like our work is done here."
The Shootfighter: "You going to watch the event."
Dragon Tzu: "I might buy a ticket to see it."
The Shootfighter: "it's the least we can do to show our support."
(They see Dragon Belt leave with the same look on his face and go after him as the scenen slowly fades to black.)
