Several things are wrong with this list, including, off the top of my head:

This is false. There are seven continents, Europe, Asia, Antarctica, Australia, NORTH AMERICA AND SOUTH AMERICA. North and South are parts of their proper names, thus their names begin with N and S, respectively.

This is not true. While your heart can be "stopped" when you sneeze, this is because your heart is stopped for most of your life, depending largely on fitness. A heart rate is given because a heart beats, that is contracts, anywhere from around .5 to 1.3 times a second on average. In between these contractions, the heart is "stopped", which is to say not contracting. Your heart stops for a millisecond all the time.

This, again, is both true, and misleading. Sneezing is not special in that it can cause blood vessels to rupture. Blood vessels rupture when the pressure inside is to great to be contained by the walls. A blood vessel rupturing in your brain is known as a hemmorhagic stroke. However, it can be caused by anything that increases blood pressure, or can occur at random.

Seriously? They aren't even the only mammals that can't jump. Rhinos, sloths, hippopotamuses. Outside of the mammal category, we have snails, slugs, and most insects. There are also, depending on how you define "jump" many birds that do not push off the ground with their legs. There are even many things that don't have legs! (hence the slugs and snails being unable to jump)
