I'm covering the two parts of Halo 2 that require most skill--snipers and stickies. I've been experimenting with both, and I find stickies are much harder to work with. You need to keep things in mind: the vector of your opponent's movement (that includes speed and direction), your own movement, the arc that the grenade will travel, and the direction that your grenade will move. For sniping, you only need to really focus on how the opponent is moving in relation to your movement. Most of the times, you'll get close range sticks, because long range sticks are infeasible. Here're the tips:
1. At first when you try this after reading my guide, when the target is moving left or right, and his motion is perpendicular to you line of sight, you need to keep in mind that you need to throw it more ahead of him then you think. Also, remember when you attempt to stick someone. If you threw it behind them, fix that. If you threw it ahead of them, don't lead them so much. I used to just throw the grenade and hope it stuck them. Of course it worked sometimes, but it was a one in a million chance. Try to correct yourself each grenade throw.
2. Remember that you can still guide it a half second after you press L. If you play tennis or ping-pong or golf or soccer or basketball, etc, you will know that the follow through is very important. Think of it as sweep-sticking. If your reticle is to the left of the target when you press L, sweep it across his body (within that .5 second time frame) and bring it back.
3. Know where the grenades spawn on every map. Most people don't know that the plasmas respawn by the needler (close to the lower sniper) on Ascension. Plasmas are a heck of a lot more effective than frags.
4. Practice. Play magnums on midship with damage resistance. That way, you need to use grenades, and there's only one spot where frags spawn.
5. Know where the grenade is going. Be able to loft a grenade and land where you want it to, within a 5-foot radius. On lockout, for example, if you aim for the sniper tower from the BR tower, and you miss, practice that before you implement this guide.
6. Remember that a plasma doesn't bounce, so you throw it differently than a frag.
7. React fast. On turf, with its many curves and corners, I just wait around a corner, watch my radar, and when an enemy comes close, I just run at him, punch him in the chest with the grenade, and run. They have no clue whats coming. Medium range is ideal, though, because you can see where the target is moving, and there is a margin of error (if he strafes and steps in the grenade, it sticks to him).

Do u have any more info on multi maps?

Like a birds eye veiw of them? so people can add there bst snipe spots etc 9jus an idea)
