Well, then, let's get the board rolling, shall we? Get to posting. Oh, and here's my log:

Altar Carbon’s log
“What is the status?” my father asked.

“No change, Lord Carbon,” the scout replied.

“That is troubling,” I answered. “The only reason to gather an army is to be prepared to use it. The others have never had a reason to do so, since Hyrule has always protected them. As such, it is essential for us to assume that they plan on war. Nonetheless, unless we are directly threatened, we cannot attack them. If we do so now, the others are liable to ally with each other out of a fear that we’ll attack them next, and seek to destroy us. We are forced to wait.”

“We should, however, increase our numbers. If the others keep increasing, just one may overrun us,” replied Aurora. “We have to prevent that.”

“We certainly do,” my father answered. “Find more recruits. Swords, lances, hammers, axes, bows. All are needed. What next?”

But before his question was answered, a messenger entered the room.

“Generals, I bring word. Another army has been discovered in the Shadow Temple.”

“We cannot afford them to be enemies,” I answered. “The Shadow Temple is a natural fortress. Easy to defend and near impossible to assault. There is but one entrance, and it is narrow. Kakariko is difficult to assault as well, but not so difficult.”

“We should forge an alliance between them and us,” Aurora stated.

“It will be difficult. The Throne may deny it,” my father said.

“Then we contact the Shadow Temple forces and, afterwards, send word to Hyrule Castle asking about it.”

“Aurora is correct,” I said. Our mission is to defend Hyrule. If the Throne forbids our suggested course of action, then we stray from our original path.”

Aurora thus sent the following letter to the Shadow Temple’s forces:

Master of the Shadow Temple,
Your army is of close proximity to Kakariko Village. I request a meeting to discuss matters of peace so that it might benefit both of us.
Gen. Aurora Carbon,
Hyrulian Army--Kakariko Division

Darunia's Log

We have come across an abandoned ranch. It has a strategic location, right in the middle of Hyrule Field. We have decided to make it our primary base.

Scout: "Sir, an army is bulding up in the south eastern region of hyrule field. What should we do?

Darunia: "Hmm... Send a request of alliance. It could be useful to have a friendly army so close by."

Scout: Yes sir! We'll send a letter.

The following letter has been sent to the army:

Hyrulian Field Army:
We have noticed that you have made the Southern field your base. I would like to meet with your General about an Alliance.

Morpha's Log

Going through zora's domain we find a frozen cavern, perfect size to base my

troops in. While searching for supplies my troops came to a fleet of stairs up the

stairs was a town. Farther up my troops noticed a giant mountain upon walking to

the base of the valcono they took notice to an army.

Once they told me about it i immediately sent a alliance to the army at Death

Mountain.

Tofu Ninja's Log- Damned necromancer. I'll never forgive my brother for doing this to me. Trajan and I awoke in the graveyard, feeling as if we'd been asleep for eons. I doubted that we were in Ikana when I first looked at my surroundings. Yet, as I walked around, trying out my legs after so long, I knew it to be true. Ikana had turned to ruin. I walked among the graves, seeing names of people whom I had grown up with, of whom served my family and I loyally. I passed Capurnicus, one of the most intelligent people I knew. The grave says he was killed for high treason on the church. Hmmph, something my brother must've implaced to gain more power. I walked back to where I had been interred, looking for any belongings I may have been buried with. What luck it was to see my katana buried with me. I guess they didn't expect me to come back, but here I am. Well, I guess I should go see what else happened to my land.

"WHAT THE HELL?"

Trajan's Log- I woke up slowly, sense coming to me one at a time. I could see nothing, I could feel the cold earth around my body, hear the worms squirming around me, taste the bitter coppery taste of blood in my mouth, probably left over from the fight, and I could smell the bodies from the graves nearby. Ever so slowly I loosened the earth around me, gaining more and more room to move as I went. Once I could, I began digging up towards freedom. I could feel vibrations from the footsteps of someone above. A guard perhaps? Nay, they wouldn't guard my body for this long, if it's been as long as I feel like it has. A looter? Yes, that must be what it is. I thrust my arm up and grabbed onto what felt like their ankle.

"WHAT THE HELL?"

That voice sounded so familiar. Still holding on tight to the ankle, I freed the rest of my body, and saw immediatly who I had grabbed. It was Tofu.

"Gotcha. I must've told you a thousand times, you can't escape me dude," I said with a smile. Tofu embraced me, told me what had happened, asked what I was doing here. I told him that I had gone to rescue him after I heard what had happened. I met the same spell he did though. He asked me if I had any weapons on me, and after a search of where I had been buried, I only found my short sword. The Dragoons usually kept all of their lances in the temple. We decided to head up to the plateau and find my lance.

Near the exit of the Graveyard, Tofu glanced at a grave. He walked over to it, and I followed. I read the name over Tofu's shoulder, it was his brother. Tofu kicked the tombstone over.

"You should've known that I would've come back. You knew that no amount of earth you piled on top of me would've held me back. Be aware that you've been spared a slow and painful death. If we meet in the lands of the dead, I will make you suffer for all of eternity." With that, we turned and walked off, headed toward the Temple.

My Army Stats

General Avery's Log:
Excellent. One of my lieutenants has just informed me that the last part of our camp has been completed. We're currently set up in the southeastern part of Hyrule Field. Although being out in the open leaves us relatively open to attacks, it also means we should be able to see any hostile forces approaching. Nevertheless, I'm going to make sure our fortifications continue to improve over the weeks and months to come.

All too often, great leaders have fallen for succumbing to a simple error. They start to focus more on their capabilities than on their goals. Conflict cannot be a goal unto itself, only a means to realize one's true intentions. This cannot happen, lest the troops become uninspired and the army fade into obscurity. I will not make that mistake. I will always have our purpose foremost in mind. We are to explore this land of Hyrule, to spread our influence and to claim what we can, but we are not here for conquest. For the Army of the Garnet Sword is also devoted to peace and justice, and anything in our way is a threat.

This is the truth. This is my philosophy.

Static's Log:

We've finally arrived. It may have been a long and harsh road through the Lost Woods, but we made it to the Forest temple. I knew we would make it as long as we kept moving forward!

Well, not exactly forward... more like a left turn here and there... and maybe a right turn... I sure hope I remember how to get through the lost woods.

Zarne's log:

That bumbling fool Static got us lost in the Lost Woods. Really... we're lucky to have 10,000 soldiers with us. I hope he learns from this.

Bob's Log:
The army is assembled, and we have claimed the Shadow Temple as our base. I have also raised from the depths a dark creature known only as Zig, to aid our cause. Soon, we shall at last be able to...er...Well, dammit. Now I can't even remember why I was gathering an army in the first place...

Oh well. I'm sure I'll remember at some point.

Also, we received a letter from someone claiming to be a Hylian General. After reading it, I sent the following response:

Gen. Aurora Carbon,
I have no objections to your request of a meeting. Merely name a time and place, and I shall be there.

Tofu Ninja's Log- Well, it's as I feared. Ikana is all ruins. Our once great walls are gone, monsters roam free. We'll change this though, Ikana will come back. We scaled up the side of the plateau very carefully, having to dodge the attacks of the Octoroks raoming around in the lake. I saw the mighty gates of the Castle, closed and sealed shut. Trajan mentioned that the only way in would be to scale the walls. He agreed to do it, and to open the gates from the inside. I saw him leap high into the air and grab onto one of the branches now growing from cracks in the wall. With another leap he was over the wall. That's Dragoons for you, I guess.

I headed to the Temple in order to scrounge up more weaponry. Perhaps we may find some allies camped out here. Who knows?

Trajan- Whee! Into the castle I go. ^_^

Kaori strode though Castletown with a determined look in her eye. She had forgotten how long it had been since she had been cursed but yet she didn't look a day older. The Unification was nothing but a footnote in history now. As she made her way to town square few gave her a second look though the children playing in the street seemed to give her a wider margin than normal. Soon enough she came to the road leading to the castle. Seeing her way barred she began to reach to the bag at her hip.

"No I can't play my hand yet. There is always another way." She said to herself as she stopped and looked around.

Spotting some vines just to the right of the main path she made sure no one was following. Quickly she haulled herself up and crept along past the gate and dropped down on the otherside. The guards hadn't noticed her even as she climbed a hill into the field off the beaten path. A quick dip in the moat and a jump to a watergate let her in the castlewalls.

Finding herself in the gardens and face to face with a guard she drew Raizen from the scabbard on her back striking him clean in half. Time was short now as she ran through the garden dispatching several more guards before they even knew she was there. Finally she came to her objective.

"Not a sound Princess." Kaori ordered pointing her blood soaked sword at the girl. She dropped a pair of stones from her bag and in their place a pair of Dinofols emerged.

"Hold onto her. The bodies will be found and they will come soon." She ordered to the two before leaning close to the girl.

"I met you ancestor, she was a nice woman. You look allot like her. Now just behave and I won't have to hurt you, dear." Kaori said to the young princess.

Soon enough armed guards ran into the princess's garden and stopped dead in their tracks as Kaori made her demands with her sword resting next the the girl's neck. "Nothing stupid now. Lower your weapons and listen well."

Eventually the King arrived. "You'll have to excuse me for not bowing. My demands are simple. I want everyone out of this castle. It's mine now. You have twenty minutes to get everyone out. If anyone is left after that I kill your daughter. Once I've secured the castle I will let her go. Shouldn't take more than an hour." Kaori explained.

"I don't believe you. It would take more than an hour to search this castle. Tell me what you're really after." The King demanded.

Kaori simple dropped several morestones to the ground releasing a half dozen more soldiers. "I have more than enough manpower to finish the job. I want your castle. The clock is ticking." She said.

The standoff was tense for a few minutes but the King eventually backed down. Soon enough the castle was abandoned and Kaori's army was released. They quickly armed themselves in the armory and had the entire grounds searched. Kaori once satisfied let the Princess go. "Good girl. Now when you see your father tell him not to do anything dumb. I don't want to burn castletown to the ground. Who would serve under me then?"

Tofu Ninja's Log- I don't remember the Temple being full of traps and monsters. Something else to blame on my brother I guess. I found a couple of swords and some lances. In some of the deeper rooms of the castle I found an old friend. It's a shame we know him only as Garo Master. Years ago he came in and trained the Garo for Ikana. Here's the conversation we had.

"It's been awhile Tofu Ninja. We thought you had died on that day so long ago."

"Aye, but I'm back now, and Ikana will be mine once more. Why don't you join me in my quest? We could use your skills."

"My lord, I vowed to serve your line until I was not needed, or until Death came and took me. That vow is as good now as it was years ago. But even as we speak old age sets in on me. Long have I waited in this cursed Temple, hoping some use would find me. I doubt that I could be of much help in battle. What would you ask of me?"

"Well, we need troops. And those troops need training. I ask you to train those troops in the ways of the Garo. There wouldn't be any Garo left, would there?"

"Mayhaps, we'll find out later."

We began making our way out of the temple when Garo Master stopped and went back in. He brought out an ornately carved box, the contents of which I did not know at the time. We made our way to the castle and saw Trajan leaning on the wall. He had done his job well. He informed us that there were still a few monsters roaming around, including the most recent king. We'll deal with that when we get to it. We went to an empty room of the Castle and camped out, each taking a shift watching the door.

Trajan's Log- So, I made it into the castle, but it was full of monsters. After dispatching them, I had to go about disarming the castle's traps. I cleared most of the rooms of these monsters, and finally managed to open the gate. I decided to check out the throne room, and lo and behold, there's the most recent King. I decided to leave him be for now, only after taking his sword though. I headed outside and waited for Tofu to come back.

Static's Log:

It looks like some of our lost soldiers have found their way to the temple. I think... 1,000 came? I'm not sure... I've been busy clearing out the fiends that plague this temple. It certainly is bigger than I expected.

Once we locate the 'throne room' thing, I should be able to find the Forest Medalion. I don't know what it does, but it sure sounds cool. Reports also indicate some magic power of Faeroe... however you spell it... resides in the forest. Maybe in this temple. I'm sure the Kokohri have the Forest Emerald, but I doubt we'll be able to take it from them without a fight. But, I'll worry about that later.

Zarne's Log:

So far, we have been unable to locate the 'throne room'. From records, it isn't much of a throne room, but more like a haunted art gallery. Something like that.

Either way, I suspect the four torches in the main room have something to do with it. However, we cannot light the torches manually. Must be some sort of puzzle. Lately, some soldiers claim they have heard laughing in certain areas of the castle, ones that have portraits of poes. I intend to investigate it.

Tofu Ninja's Log- Garo Master has managed to find 250 roaming Garo Warriors for us. They've been outfitted with some weapons we brought back from the temple, and ones we picked up in the castle. I should deal with the problem of this king sitting in my throne, but not right now. We need to begin training calvary, so that we may strike with speed into the heart of our enemies. I've dispatched 100 troops to go to the 'Milk Road'. If memory serves correctly, there should be two stables there where we can get horses.

When the Garo arrived, we were pleased to see that they still had control over their invisibilty. However, when some Garo tried to attack some monsters, the invisibilty wore off. I remember hearing of a relic of our people that was lost years ago. The troops are to ask for information of it. We must regain it, it was a valuable possesion of my people.

Trajan's Log- Tofu's sent some troops out on a quest. I'm taking fifty to try to regain the armory. Once we get it back, troops will be better equipped. We'll get rid of this ghost king soon enough. Until then though, one thing at a time. We Garo are going to be in charge once again, and we will rule Termina soon after that.

Nabooru's Log: The land... is dying.

We have lived in this desert for too long. The scorching winds have controlled our people for too long. For a long time we have survived on the bounty of other nations, plundering their caravans for our basic life supplies. Life has been bearable because of that. But... things are changing. The bounty of other nations... is waning. We can no longer rely on them for our survival. Fewer and fewer caravans pass by our domain, and even those have fewer and less valuable goods.

There is only one way for us to survive. We must somehow claim a new land, or otherwise make ours... liveable. I don't pretend that moving would be an easy task, yet there is no future in our land as it is now. Perhaps if we could somehow change the land via magic, there would be hope. But the only magical objects capable of doing that would be the Sages' Medallions and the Triforce. Of those, I only possess the Medallion of Spirit... which is of no use to improve our conditions.

Heh... Spirit. The one factor which has kept our people going. The goddesses, it seems, did not make this land without a sense of irony... although I must admit that one medallion is better than none. We cannot waste our resources. That is a lesson... we must never forget. The deaths of all the Gerudo in the past must not be in vain. It is time for the Gerudo to thrive.

And yet, to set foot on this road without preparation would be foolhardy. There must be preparations before we bring ourselves into the world of warfare. And it must be magical research. The Mirror Shield in the temple has always been the subject of great lore. Perhaps it has powers beyond what it merely seems. I remember I was practicing battling with Volvagia several months back, using that shield, and the shield never heated up when he blew fire onto it. In fact, if anything, it sent the fire back at him. Powerful indeed...

But a solitary shield is useless. I've set the scientists to figuring out a way to create more of these mirror shields. Hopefully it won't take them more than the fortnight I've allotted them.
End Log

Volvagia Log: Mortals have strange ways of life. Cursed to walk on feet, they ride strange four-footed creatures to move about faster. Being bound to the ground is something I'm not sure I can ever endure. Although... I suppose there are some benefits. I can never enjoy the cool touch of water the way they do, rather, I recoil from it. They have others of their kind to be close to. I have none. They are never spurned for their appetites, while I am feared because I need to eat. Sometimes I wonder whether it is they who are cursed.

Very little happened today. I watched some young Gerudo girls playing with their bows, and a successful group pulling in loot from a raid. From what Nabooru's told me, though, both are becoming more and more endangered. There isn't enough food to go around, and a starving girl cannot play. More and more I feel their plight, and yet, there is little I can do. This is a desert. Life is hard here. And if there's nothing they can depend on for survival, they must adapt or die.

As one of their leaders, I must protect them from the fate that has overtaken so many others. But I do not know how... if I could change the land, I would. If I could save these people, I would do it.

Nayru, please give me the wisdom on how to save these people...

Darunia's Log

I have arrived in Goron City. My troops are now mining for ruppees outside the city. So far they have collected 500 ruppees and are finding more. I have discovered that one of my Iron Knuckles had great potential as a leader. He far outsmarts the rest of them in his squad. I have decided to make him the captain of the Iron Knuckle Battallion. His name is Stryker. He has been given golden armor in recgonition of his title.

Dark Link's Log

I have researched the crystal my troops found, and have discovered that it holds the power of the Goddess Din. I plan to use this magical item to seal off all entrances to the crater except the entrance to Goron City. The entrances will be sealed by walls of fire (Like the ones in the battle with Ganon.)

Zarne's Log:

I've figured out the puzzle. Apparently, poes are hiding around the temple. They carry the flame necessary to light the torches. I have dispatched them, using my trusty composite bow. With the torches lit, an elevator was activated. I decended into the basement, where there was another puzzle. Well, not really puzzle, but an annoying device. Moving walls...

Beyond that was the main room. And as thought, it looked like a haunted art gallery. Creepy paintings of some house in the background... and there were quite a few of them. Ah, well, we managed to find the Forest Medalion. That is all that matters. I'll present the item to Static when he returns from getting the Emerald.

Static's Log:

I figured it would be important to get the Forest Emerald before anyone else did. It is a rather important item, and I would hate for the Kokiri to get into war. I mean, they're only children!

Sneaky children, that is for sure. They kept throwing Deku nuts at me. I swear, I must've been blinded for an hour. They probably thought it hilarious, watching me stumble around and falling into that pool several times. Still, they were just defending themselves... thankfully I managed to make my way to the Great Deku Tree...

<Live Action>

"You who defile our great forest! Why have you come!" The Great Deku Tree boomed. Static stumbled about, still partially blinded from all those Deku Nuts thrown at them. Though, Static could guess he made it to the Great Deku Tree.

"Well... I, uh... came for the Kokiri Emerald, to be blunt." Static said, squinting. "I think I can see color now..."

"And why do you think you deserve the Spiritual Stone of the Forest?"

"Well, maybe not deserve... but, do you think you could protect it? War is brewing... maybe not now, but soon."

"I have protected the stone for many a decade. Why do you think you can protect any better than I can?"

"Well, I do have an army... while the Kokiri can protect you, they are naught but children. Their Deku Nuts and Sticks can only go so far. Against an actual army, with steel and fire, they stand no chance."

"The Forest is sacred. No one is allowed in, nor are they welcomed."

"And yet, I am here, am I not? I have not raised a blade against the Kokiri. I may have taken residence in the Forest Temple forcibly, but I have... uhh... revered the forest and stuff."

"If you revered the forest, you would not have trampled upon it with your army and taken our temple."

"Well... if I were to have the Emerald, I will protect the forest. Since our base of operations is at the Forest Temple, if the forest is attacked, we are also attacked. So, we can protect the Kokiri. Regardless of whether you give me the Emerald, we won't disturb the Kokiri."

"I can sense you speak the truth. As long as the Kokiri don't come to harm, you may have the Kokiri Emerald."

With a shake of the branches, a small stone fell from tree tops. Is slowly decended down to Static, hovering above his head.

"So... this is the Spiritual Stone of the Forest... I shall take good care of it."

<end Live Action>

Dark Link's Log

My troops have found the entrance to the sacred Fire Temple. I have dispatched troops to explore the inside of the temple, and told them to bring back anything of importance. The temple seems to be large, so it should take them a day or two to explore the whole thing.

Darunia's Log

I am researching on how to make bombs. once I figure it out, I can reopen the shop in my city. The research should take about 3 days.

From the top of the mountain, I could see a vast desert to the west. There seems to be an army forming in the middle of the desert. I have sent Captain Stryker with a request of alliance to this army.

Tofu Ninja's Log- Garo Master managed to summon 750 troops today, before feeling to tired to continue. We let him rest. I must say, this ghost king is beginning to be a problem. Trajan managed to steal his sword, so now the ghost king is throwing rocks at us. No matter. He'll be dispatched soon enough. I sent an envoy into the woods next to Ikana, see about getting some wood and other building materials. We'll see what happens. If it's uninhabited, we'll claim it as a protectorate of Ikana. If it's inhabited. Well, we'll deal with that if it happens. We made a makeshift raft, and sent the troops down the river. It's the quickest way for them to get there.

Trajan's Log- Alright, seriously. This ghost king is starting to piss me off. If he doesn't get taken care of soon, I'm going to take care of him myself. I've been looking into the light arrow scroll that Garo Master brought with him from the temple. Seems like your basic magic. However, the spell requires certain things in order to work, and if memory serves correctly, we have those here, and we also have their magical opposites. What this means is that we could possibly create some form of Anti-Light magic, Shadow Magic if you will. I'm going through and seeing what I can do to design a prototype spell for this new magic. We'll see how it goes.

I've begun to draw up plans for walls around our territory. I want these to have some good defensive properties, and to be impenetrable. On the walls I want to mount a powerful weapon, but I don't know what. We'll have archers on the wall of course, but there should be something else, something more powerful than a bow. Hmm, I'll think on this further.

Milk Road Expedition log- Well, we have arrived safely, remaining invisible to avoid encounters. A few of us went to various ranches here to see about obtaining some horses, and of course to find ourt about our relic. One group came back, and all seemed pretty happy. They had found the actual relic, right here in Milk Road. The Garo's Mask, the one thing that allows us Garo to be seen. It's now back in our posession. This is indeed a good day for Ikana. We sent our fastest runners back to Ikana with it. It'll be safer there. We've gone ahead and declared Milk Road a protectorate of Ikana. We've cut down some trees and made a palisade wall. The runners should arrive in Ikana in a few hours, since they've been instructed to run as fast as possible.

Darunia's Log

My Wizzrobes are researching advanced fire magic. it will take them around 3 days to figure out. I have finished training dodongos and they are now ready to be mounted. I have sent them to Dark Link. My Miners have also found 500 more ruppees.

Dark Link's Log

I have received the Dodongos from Darunia. I have mounted my Hyrulian Knights on them. They have received the name of Dodongo Riders. They are much tougher than normal mounted troops. I have 10 of them patrolling the path from Kakariko to Goron City. I have also sent 100 Goron to the Lost Woods to gather wood fot the towers that are to be made around the perimeter of Death Mountain.

Static's Log:

So, the rest of our forces came today. However... they were, shall we say, not all themselves. They ended up getting lost and... they... are Stalfos now! I'm amazed they still retain their loyalty to me. Well, they will be helpful in dealing with rogue Stalfos around the area now. 1,000 Stalfos now populate our ranks.

Also, Wolfos are pretty cute. Once you get past the whole 'going to eat your face off'. So, I'm implimenting a Wolfos Domestication Project. It'll take... a few days to be completed. Depending. Domestication can't be done in one day, after all. Probably 4 days, I'd guess.

Also, it seems we have some unwanted guests. Some Gorons have begun logging in the woods. I have vowed to protect this forest, and that is what I shall do. I have sent Zarne and 150 of our troops: 100 Knights and 50 Archers, to confront these intruders.

Speaking of which, with all the marching and stuff, I should really train with my mages. Thunder magic isn't exactly easy to use. I think I'll train with them. It should only take 3 days to get them back up to speed.

Zarne's Log:

I've begun a Deku Nut Farm. Yes, a farm. Deku Nuts are very helpful, especially for stealth. I'm not sure how long it'll take to get harvestable Deku Nuts, but it shouldn't take too long... maybe 4 days or so.

Static has sent me to dispatch some intruders from our forest. Gorons, they seem to be. No matter. They will leave or die. I have taken the Forest Medallion with me. I don't know what it can do, but I assume it can manipulate plant life around it. Maybe even create it... I'll have to research it later.

<Live Action>

A figure dropped from the tree tops. The man fell to the ground and stood up quickly, bow and arrow in hand. His red eyes glared at the gorons who were logging the forest.

"You gorons are not welcome in this forest. You shall leave now, or face lethal force. This is your one and final warning. Withdraw, or die."

Darunia's Log

My Gorons have returned empty handed. They told me a man threatened to kill them if they did not leave. This has angered me. I need that wood to build my towers. I have decided to go to the lost woods myself to bargain with this man. It shouldn't take long, being that I have an entrance to Lost Woods in my city. I am taking 200 snipers with me for protection.

Nabooru Log: It seems we have not been as discreet as I had hoped. Two messages requesting alliances arrived earlier, and I find it intensely aggravating that our motions into warfare were that easily detected. Still, at least it comes in the form of an alliance rather than that of an army on my doorstep. So I sent messages back to both of them.

"To Those Who Request an Alliance,
If you desire to affiliate yourself with the Gerudo, meet me outside the Gerudo Fortress in three days time. There we shall discuss terms of an alliance, if that is what you truly wish.
~Nabooru, ruler of the Gerudo"

Hopefully they won't back down simply because we're raiders. Of course, they may be searching for immunity from our raids. If that is the case... then they will have to give me something in return. I will enter no alliance that is not worth my while. They cannot offer me any additional defense, as the Gerudo live over a valley from the rest of Hyrule, making it impossible for an enemy to even reach us if we learn of them beforehand. Yes... they had better have some good bargaining chips if they want my assistance.

Argh. I have three days, I'd best have dialogue prepared by then. I suppose that means I should probably stop writing in this book- I have other things to do. There's a feud between some of the women over a baby, both claiming it is theirs. Apparently none of the other women want to deal with it, so they brought the issue to me. Hopefully I won't have to order the baby hacked in half.
End Log

Volvagia Log: The desert is quiet as ever. The dunes in the distance are just as dangerous to walk on as ever, and sand keeps clogging my scales. It's particularly annoying, but I just melt it off every time it happens. Of course, that leaves a lot of shards of glass around, so I've gotten my own place to do it. Raiding is particularly difficult with a cut foot.

Lately I've been thinking about our army, and what our future plans were. Nabooru's been particularly intent on using magic to accomplish our goals... and then I realized that we didn't have any magic users in our army. We may not know magic now, but when we do, it will be useful to have users who know enough about magic to use it effectively. Any of our women can use magic... but they would have to do it through some sort of preset spell. Like ice arrows. I've heard rumors that those are a prize for some sort of Gerudo challenge, and the shopkeeper has been exceptionally stubborn about just giving them out. It seems I'll have to convince Nabooru to take the challenge and win for them.

What that paragraph really means is that I had a thousand magic adepts rounded up. Some of them trained under Twinrova back in the day. If we can manage to attain the ice arrows, the magic adepts will be able to use that ice magic much more effectively than any of the other soldiers. Certainly, the others will be able to shoot arrows of ice, but they need to anchor the magic onto that arrow, and it's likely they'd never get beyond using the ice on an arrow. The magic adepts, however... they're a different story. They'd be able to shoot balls of ice, make frozen sculptures from their power... all sorts of things. And if Nabooru's suspicions about the Mirror Shield are correct, those skills will prove quite useful.

Of course, all they are right now are magic-adept. They can't do much real magic, and have never learned some of the solid principles of it. Thus, I've set them on an eight day program to learn how to manipulate magic. Conveniently, that's also when the mirror shield research should be done... perhaps they can assist in some manner or other. It's fairly likely. Anyway, Nabooru's threatening to hack a baby in half to these two ladies. I feel I must intervene.

Looks like those Gorons don't give up easily. This time, their leader has come... with bowmen. Hmph. I'll go deal with them. We could use stone, though I will not permit them to log in our woods.

Tofu Ninja's Log- Trajan came to me, demanding that the ghost king be dealt with. I guess it's time to do so anyway, so I went and took care of him. He had his body guards attack me, but they gave no challenge. I told the Ghost King that he must leave, for the true ruler of Ikana stood before him. He rose up, grabbed a sword from one of his now permanently dead body guards, and charged. I ducked to the outside, tripped him up, and shattered his skull with a punch from my right hand. His body moved no longer. I had the bones taken to the graveyard and buried. He may have been a false king, but he was a king none-the-less. Trajan came to me later today and asked if he could take a trip to the Great Bay. I saw no problem, so I sent him on his way. He didn't say what he was doing, but I guess it was important. I told him to pick up some horses on the way to the Bay.

Speaking of horses, the relic was found. The Mask will be with me at all times, in order to prevent it from falling into enemy hands. We wll remain invisible to those that oppose us until it is too late. The Garo will rule this land, and no one will stop that.

Trajan's Log- Oh good, I saw some troops carrying out the bones of the ghost king. I noticed that the few monsters left around the castle left as well, so we now have access to everywhere in the castle. We need to get the river flowing again, but that's a chore for another day. I'm off to the Great Bay. While pondering a defensive weapon, I remembered a fortress hidden within the cliffs of the Bay. The ones who controlled this fortress had a weapon of great power. I'm heading there some troops, and we will either bring back one of these weapons, or at least bring back the plans. Tofu told us to stop by the Milk Road and get horses, to make the journey easier. Hurray for capturing territory!

Trajan en route for Great Bay, along with five troops- 5 days round trip

Darunia's Log

That man in the forest was an odd fellow, I'm not sure if I can trust him... Oh well, if he tries to pull off an attack, Stryker and his troops should be able to stop him. I should keep the Goron's Ruby safe just in case. I'll take it from it's alter at the top of the city when I finish this log. Anyway, Stryker returnes from the desert today. It seems that the leader of the Gerudo would like to meet with me in 3 days. That should give me just enough time to finish my research on bombs. Dark Link still hasen't returned from the temple. I wonder if one of the creatures got him...

Dark Link's Log

Ugh. I have found two items within this temple so far, neither of which I can move. The first is a giant hammer. It has the symbol of the goron engraved into it. I wonder if Darunia can lift it... The second item I found is amazing. It appears to be the sacred Fire Medallion, but I can't get it out of the alter. You see, it's too hot for me to grab onto. Again, I bet Darunia could grab it, being the Sage of Fire and all. But my troops have informed me that Darunia is leaving soon to meet with the leader of the desert army. I guess these items will just have to wait until he returns. Well, I'm getting out of this temple, I'll leave some troops here to guard the artifacts from intruders.

Bob's Log:

Little of note. I spoke with General Aurora, and told her that, should the crown approve, I would gladly accept her offer of an alliance. She did not respond to this, however, and I returned to the Temple. I've made a foray into the deeper areas, and used shadow magic to bend 2000 Stalfos to my will. Tommorow, I shall enter those deeper areas again with a few troops, and see if we can find anything worth keeping.

I have also ordered my troops to search this area of the Temple carefully. It appears small, but in a place like this, there could be hidden paths anywhere. I remember hearing somewhere of some artifact that allowed its user to identify such paths...Perhaps it can be found here somewhere...

Zig's 'Log":

Live action:

Zig floated idly above the Shadow Temple, gazing out towards Kakariko. As it continued to do so, it noticed something out of the corner of it's eye. Bats wreathed in blue fire approached the Temple from the approximate direction of Zora's Domain, in a group of roughly 100. Without a moment's hesitation, Zig turned and opened fire, rapid fire bolts of weak dark magic being launched from its eye. Against most opponents, this would be little more than a nuisance. However, to the notoriously fragile Keese, they were lethal. Zig floated backwards as they continued to approach, staying well out of their attack range as they continued their approached, now heading directly towards their attacker.

Yeah, not happening. Hyrule Field is 200 miles in diameter. No way in hell you can see what's going on in the desert from Death Mountain. Any message you sent to Exotria is now NULL AND VOID.

IceMan:

That totals 1500 troops. However, that log has been posted LESS THAN 23 HOURS after the previous log. There is no way that you can obtain 1500 troops between those two logs.

QUOTE
However, if you make a log but do not add troops to it, too bad.

That is the last sentence for Rule 24. It states that if you make a log but fail to gain troops in it, you have missed out on those troops. You are required to remove 500 of each unit from Goht's army. Your new troop count, as of my ruling, is:

Army
Goht:
1500 White iron knuckles
500 White wolfos (Patrolling outside)
500 Zora Workers
1000 Ice keese
500 Biri (floating around Ice Temple)

Morpha:
500 Ice Keese
500 Zora Workers
1500 White Iron Knuckles
1000 Freezzards (stationary and moving)
1000 Blue Bubble (laying around Ice cavern opening)
1000 Octorocks
500 Hyrulian Snipers

Your troop count has already been altered.

Furthermore, you are disallowed from gaining troops in your next log, and can only start gaining them in the log after that.

Only 50 of my keese returned from the scouting mission to the Shadow Temple Puzzled and angry. I will send 500 blue bubbles to once again take a look at the Shadow Temple. Unless you get those skulls out of their blue aura and cowering away from you on the ground, they are invincible.

I am sending my octorocks to find me the zora's saphire, it will take will mabe take a couples days to find.

Kaori's army armed themselves and began setting up watch points and patrols. They were fine soldiers. Tireless, obiediant and expendable. Each time the sun went down she found her bag had refilled slightly and she emptied it to add to her forces. Se couldn't quite remember the exact number of soldiers that had once served under at this point. Even still they were not her greatest ally.

She climbed to the top of the central tower and lit a signal. Almost immediately an old friend came into sight. Blinky, Kaori's pet wyver, flew up over the hills to the east and landed on the roof next to his master. He had been loyal to Kaori since he had hatched and mistaken her as it's mother. Whenever something required brute force Blinky was the logical choice. He for some reason was never cursed as far as Kaori could discern. If this was because he was unable to understand right and wrong beyond reward and punishment or for some other reason she was unable to figure out.

She climbed up onto Blinky's back and told him to go once around the field. By now news of her taking the castle from the royal family is sure to have at the very least reached Kakariko. Kaori would have time to plan her next moves while she made sure no one had mobilized against her.

Tofu Ninja's Log- Well, Woodfall is still under control of the Deku. I was given a message that if I could provide some defense for them, that I could harvest all the lumber I need. A fair trade. Ten troops have been sent to the entrance of Woodfall to build a gate, which will be attended by the troops at all times. Signal fires will be placed as well, so we can send in more troops should Woodfall get attacked. Garo still come in from the hills around Ikana. Good for us, more troops and all. Huzzah, nothing else to report. Bows will begin being built for all troops here shortly. I'll try to figure out how to get them all to use Light Arrows, we'll see how that goes.

The troops sent to Clock Town have returned as well. They said that the policy put in place by the mayor states that if a trade agreement is sought, that the leaders of Clock Town and the party requesting the trade agreement must meet in Clock Town. And regarding guarding our own gate, well, that's a whole different set of laws. So now I have to leave to Clock Town because of some puny Terminan's petty laws. Ah well, I'll head out once Trajan returns from his trip.

Trajan's Log- Bwahahahaha, being of the Garo has its perks. We managed to roam around the Fortress without being attacked, let alone seen by the guards. We picked up detailed drawings of their defensive weapons, called cannons. I'll give the plans to Tofu, and we'll begin mass producing them. I can only begin to imagine the technology we can pick up from this. Things are looking up.

The troops and I headed back to Ikana on the horses, we'll be back in two days time.

Trajan and troops heading back to Ikana- 2 days (Horses)
Territory gained- Entrance to Woodfall from Termina Field
Construction Started- Gate at Entrance to Woodfall-4 days

EDIT: Okay, I remember sending out troops to Clock Town, because it was in my stats. I read my earlier logs, and didn't mention it. I must've gotten confused somewhere, sorry. If it was a problem, please let me know.

Static's Log:

Well, I've finished training with my mages. They are now able to use Thunder magic fairly well, though I would only say it to be minor. Also, we've completed our Wolfos domestication project. As of now, we can add wolfos to our ranks. How fun! We have domesticated... 500 of them, I believe. We've also persuaded 500 other Stalfos to join our army, thanks to our already loyal stalfos.

We are also recieving stone now, which is quite helpful. We have enough to start construction. We'll end up recieving enough stone over the course of our construction to finish on time (Which should take two weeks). The walls will be stone, of course, along with four watchtowers that will serve to house our archers if we were to be attacked. The main entrance, however, will be wood reinforced with stone and iron.

Also, I've started research on the Forest Medallion and its abilities. This will take a while to figure out, but I already suspect that it can manipulate plant life to some degree. How much, I don't know.

Zarne's Log:

The Deku Nut Farm is a success. We are harvesting those nuts as I write this. It'll take a few days to fully equip everyone with the seeds, but it will be worth it.

While we recieved some archers from Darunia, some of our soldiers have voiced concern that we didn't give him anything of ours in return. So, along with a shipment of wood, I'm sending him one of those creepy paintings we found in the basement. Anyways, while Static is busy playing with the Forest Medallion, he has entrusted me with the Forest Emerald. Too bad it has no cool powers or anything...

Darunia's Log

Well it seems I won't be leaving after all. We received out shipment of wood, for which I am glad. However, he sent a strange painting with it. I'm not quite sure what it's use is, but I'll take it as a gift. I have also finished my research on bombs. I have successfully made 3 prototypes, and my worker will now start a mass production of them. They should be able to make about 100 bombs per day. My wizzrobes have also finished their study of advanced fire spells. They can now summon a pillar of fire down upon an opponent. The pillars they summon aren't that big, so they can only hit one enemy at a time. With the wood I received from the forest, I have started construction on a large wagon. It will be able to carry 500 troops, but it will take a while to build because of it's size. I feel that war will soon come our way. I have told one of my blacksmith gorons to make black steel armor for me. It shouldn't be too big of a project, so it should only take him half a day. I have also sent some goron to Lon Lon Ranch to retrieve a horse for me to ride.

Farore sighed as her friends, and the guild they were traveling with entered the Lon Lon Ranch. She looked it over, and notes it has seen better days. The merchant she had come with wanted to buy some of Lon Lon's famous milk, but that didn't look possible now. The ranch was in disrepair, as a lone girl tried to repair much of it. The merchants were complaining, but decided to set up camp for the day, for which the girls were glad.Bouncy and Nayru stayed with their stuff, as Din and Farore approached the girl,

"Um, excuse me..." Began Farore, waiting for the girl to turn, "What happened here? We heard this was a wonderful ranch with many cows, horses, and chickens..." The girl barked a harsh laugh. She could have passed for Din's relative, if she were Gerudo instead of Hylian. She wore a farm uniform, and looked alright for the most part. "The ranch was okay, before those Gorons came here." She growled, "We were gone from the ranch for a week, and look at what happened! We put so much work into it, and now opur home is ruined!" Her eyes started to tear, "And also, we will probably lose the farm too! We can't pay the taxes if we have no income, so we are sunk!"

Their heart went out to the tired girl, who stood to lose everything she had, because of the thoughtlessness of some Gorons. Din shook her head, "See Farore? This is why we went with the Caravan. If we went alone, we would have been sacked like this ranch." The green hair girl nodded, "Is there anything we can do to help?" The ranch girl shook her head, "Unless you can find some animals for the ranch, and help raise the money for the taxes, not really. Oh, yeah, and I guess I should introduce myself, my name is Malon."

"I'm Farore, and this is Din," Din nods, "and next to our stuff is our friend Nayru, and my pet Rabbog, Bouncy." Nayru waved, and Bouncy hopped a little. Malon smiled a little tiredly, "Nice to meet you, but I'm afraid we won't be here long." "Don't think like that!" Faroire cried, "We'll help you out! We'll get you some animals for your farm! Kay?" Farore tried cheering Malon up, but she shook her head, "I bet they'd be long gone by now, scatered all over Hyrule. But if you still want to look for them, I won't stop you." Farore's eyes took on a determined look, "I will find them all for you Malon, and we will save your ranch!" After that, the girls spoke of nothings for a while, and then went to sleep.

Farore gets the mission "Save Lon Lon Ranch!" Requirements are to find five cows, 4 horses, and 10 chickens.

Merchant Guild Master's log.
Bah! What a waste of time! Lon Lon Ranch was in ruins when we got here. All that remained was a young girl, one of the farmhands. Malon... I believe she was the daughter of Talon. Talon, that lazy old fool. He could have been a great merchant... but that's in the past. Farore, that foolish girl, she wants to help Malon restore the farm. A foolish venture which will get us no money... but as long as she doesn't make us lose money, I can care less.

Nayru's Log
It was horrible. Lon Lon Ranch was in shambles. And poor Malon, she was so distraught. Well, Farore made the choice to help her, and I will gladly assist. Din said she would come along as well. So we will all stay together! That's great! The only problem is, where would we start?

Din's Log
Yeah, Lon Lon Ranch being sacked should did suck. And they can't even hold onto the land without a cash flow. So Farore gets it in her head to help out, which I'm fine with, along as we avoid Gerudo Valley...

Farore's Log
Okay! Tomorrow I go look for animals to help Malon, who's ranch was occupied for a brief while. I've never seen a mean Goron before. After all, all the Gorons in our guard convoy are so neat and nice! And they eat rocks! Isn't that weird? Anyways, We weill need to find the cute crtitters before someone eats them.

Bob's Log

It seems we may have enemies now. A few days ago, Zig found a group of Ice Keese in our airspace. He killed roughly half of them, but the rest escaped. I've ordered half of my archers outside to watch for any further attempts at aerial reconnaisance, and to shoot down anything they see. I've also left Zig with them, to take care of anything not in arrow range.

Since then, I've explored the deeper areas of the Temple. I found little of use, a few rupees, some rusted keys, a compass, that type of thing. I did, however, come across a strange purple medallion, in a room containing a giant drum. I have no idea what its purpose is, but I sense great magical power within it. When I reach the surface again, I shall begin researching it.

In addition, I have "recruited" another 750 Stalfos, and sent them back to the surface to await my return.

Zig's "Log"
Live action:

Zig floated above the Temple again, watching the direction from which the Keese had come. Below him were over a thousand archers, watching the skies. Suddenly, in the distance, Zig spied a group approaching by air.

They were floating skulls wreathed in blue flames, five of them for each Keese there had been last time. Zig let them close the gap a bit, then opened fire. This time, however, his rapid fire blasts proved insufficient to kill them. Thus, he switched to more powerful blasts, floating backwards as he charged and unleashed each, sending the Bubbles crashing one by one to the ground below, where Zig paused to finish them with weaker blasts before turning his attention to the next target.

The archers below watched impassively until the skulls were in their range, then opened fire, hundreds of arrows arching upwards to strike the creatures, followed by more at the grounded skulls to finish them. Within moments, at least half of them had fallen, and both Zig and the soldiers continued their assault, taking care to stay far enough back to prevent retaliation from the Bubbles.

Nabooru Log: So it seems the one falsely claiming to be the child's mother didn't even care about the babe in question. She, of course, has been exiled from the Thieves' Guild and our lands. She'll spend the rest of her life... assisting... men in Hyrule Market. Absolute honesty is a strict policy among the Gerudo. Absolute honesty between each other, that is; I have no problem lying to an outsider. They are not bound to be truthful to us, after all, and I've found that there are plenty of... unsavory... characters outside our boundaries. The few times I've been to Hyrule Castle, I've been subject to catcalls and whoops.

Needless to say, they weren't making any kinds of calls by the time I left that city. I left no trace. The last people who saw them saw them walking into into an inn with a pale, scarcely clad lady hanging at their hips. Impossible to relate to a cloaked Gerudo walking out the back door and scaling her way back over the castle wall. The benefits of my career are numerous.

Speaking of my career, a raiding party noted a caravan entering Lon Lon Ranch. A very, very large caravan. Unfortunately enough, they have an escort. Which, to fit with the caravan, is very, very large. From what I was told, even the entire tribe would have difficulty taking it down without help. I've ordered one of the bands to keep a close eye on the caravan, and simply observe. No theft, no visible weapons, and absolutely no sign that they're Gerudo. They are to go in disguise and try not to be noticed. Perhaps they'll find what goods they're offering, and who their leader is. I'd personally guess that we could... strike a deal...

So Volvagia got some more of those magic girls for his pet project... his faith in the people is disturbing. But he can breathe fire, so I won't get into an unnecessary argument with him about it. Oh, and I suppose I'd better get out and stand around for that meeting I organized. Hopefully the alliance candidate isn't a complete imbecile. And if he tries anything... well, there are thousands of archers at the ready to defend me if he so much as raises a finger against me.
End Log

Volvagia Log: The look on that girl's face... the thought that her entire life was shattered in one moment must have been devastating. She was exiled with the clothes on her back and pack of two days' rations and a blanket. I've been... listening in on the local gossip, as it were. The thing about being a large dragon is that it comes with large ears. As such, if I can get a good hiding place, I can listen in exceptionally well. And what I've heard has changed my views on this system. Nabooru's wisdom has always been one of her stronger points, but this time she's just... horribly misguided.

It turns out that the woman we've sent away also had a child. Both her child and the child they fought over were kidnapped at one point by a Hylian thief who planned to sell the children as slaves. If what I heard is correct, one of the children was already sold by the time they caught up with him. The exile's child... that's why she was so, ehm... aggressive during her trial. I don't think she's coping with her loss exceptionally well... if I had offspring, no doubt I'd feel the same way. But the dragons were all killed off hundreds of years ago. I'm the only one left...

Nabooru's philosophy has always been truth. And what she heard was the truth. But it was not the whole story. I have good reason to believe that girl broke down not only because she had a bleak future, but because her fellow women didn't trust her. Nabooru not only destroyed her future, she destroyed her past.

...

What kind of leader am I who strives to save an entire race, yet cannot protect even one of its number? Do I fancy myself a perseverant leader who will stand by the leadership's decisions even if I disagree with them? I cannot stand for Nabooru wrongly destroying a life of one she is sworn to protect! It is wrong! I must go force her to revoke her decision and welcome back that girl with open arms!

Except... Nabooru is not a shakeable leader. She is like a pillar of iron, unshakeable even by the mightiest warrior. And right now... it is her werewolf segment of the moon. I dare not oppose her while she holds the Spirit Medallion in this time, even if I am a dragon. The power I sense within that would be devastating if unleashed. But what is there that I can do? If I cannot melt Nabooru's heart, is there any option?

Yes...

I must travel out to the girl myself, before she is injured, or worse... I must leave NOW! Before it is too late! Nabooru, your mistake shall be amended whether it is your will or not!

The merchant guild had agreed to give the ranch some support, as long as it didn't involve them spending their money. Some of the party helped Malon rebuild with what materials she had, and the merchants, and Farore, opened up shop, displaying their goods for anyone who would come in. A group of travelers came in, they were unarmed, so the main merchants tries selling them some swords to ward off monsters and bandits.

Farore tried to interest them in some Kinstones. "Kinstones are very popular," She informed the girls, with a smile, "It's said that if you join two Kinstones together, then you are in for some happiness." She showed them her wares, several Kinstones, a strange stone, some key t some door or chest somewhere in Hyrule or Termina, and a mp with several winding trails, which made it confusing to read. "Oh," Farore started, as the women went to look at the other goods, "Do you know where were can find some animals? Like horses, cows, and chickens? Malon's animals ran away, and she needs to find them, or her farm will be closed..." Farore looked a little sad at that.

The other merchants were selling tunics, shields, swords, and breastplates. They also sold bottles, though most of them were of poor quality, there were some decent ones. One man was even selling bug catching nets, and another one was selling some curious items. He told them, "This, is a special Kinstone. It's said to grant the two who fuse it anything they could possibly want. And this, is a map to a hidden, ancient treasure. It's a little worn and hard to read though. And this sword, this sword is said to be cursed, it grants the wielder the power of 10 Gorons, but its curse is that it makes its bearer an uncontrollable beast of death. And this stone is said to grant vitality."

Din and Nayru had went off towards Kakariko Village, along with some mercenaries they encountered near the ranch. They planned on asking around the village about the animals.

Got 750 Hylian Mercenaries.
30% of Lon Lon Ranch is restored.

Farore's Log
Wow, these people got all this way without weapons? It's amazing. Or maybe they have their guard convoy outside... well, I don't know, but I will show them my goods, and ask them about the animals.

Din's Log
Along with Nayru, I left the ranch and went northeast towards Kakriko. There's bound to be some animals there we can at least buy. Farore gave us half her money to buy them with. Also, we met up with some mercenaries, who's aid we purchased. It was 1000 rupes for the whole lot, and hopefully we will not regret this choice.

Nayru's Log
Din and I have left Farore at her request. She told us she cannot leave the guild while they are stationed in the ranch, but we could. I am worried for her, but she has Malon, Bouncy, and the Guild Master looking out for her. These mercenaries we hired... they are unruly, but they will suffice for our trip to Kakariko Village.

Guild Master's Log
Well, ths has been quite a pleasant surprise. Some very attractive women had come to our caravan, while it was stationed in the run down ranch. They were, for the most part, just browsing and gathering rumors and recent news. Now that I think about it... Hyrule Castletown has a nicely sizable market... As soon as Farore's business here is finished, we will head to that town.

(OoC: ...Has it ever occured to you that, instead of making some uber magic shield thingy, it might be wiser just to stay the fuck out of my territory?)
(OffTheWall: Watch the language, now...)

Bob's Log
I have returned to the surface. My troops report that roughly 500 Blue Bubbles came from the same direction as the Keese, and a significant number were killed. I do not intend to let a third group be sent. I shall find the person who sent these scouts, and kill him. I have sent a message to the army in Kakariko, requesting permission to take an army through their territory to march on Zora's Domain. If they will not grant me that, then I shall destroy them as well, and step over their corpses to continue the march.

Also, on the way back up, I added another 500 Stalfos to our ranks.

The message read as follows:
General Aurora and other officers of the Kakariko Division,
In the past week, two groups of airborne scouts from the direction of Zora's Domain have entered my territory without permission. To prevent further scouts from being sent, I request leave to take an army of 9500 through Kakariko, so that I may march on the Domain. Please respond within the week.

Darunia's Log

My workers have made 300 bombs in the last few days. My blacksmith has also finished my armor. It fits perfectly! Captain Stryker has also rounded up 500 more Iron Knuckles to his Squadron.

I have received an item from Morpha. It appears to be the legendary Zora's Sapphire. I will hold onto it for a while, until the current battle is over. With it came a group of Ice Keese. They have given me word of an attack on my ally army. I wish to help any way possible. I will send troops to his aid, through the forest. This time I'll get the forest army's permission before entering. I have sent the following letter to the Forest Temple:

To the inhabitants of the forest. My ally is under attack. I would appreciate your permission to have my army go through your forest to Zora's River. Any cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

No you're not.

QUOTE
Keep messages that go between allies between allies. You can't intercept messages easily.

Rule 10. You do NOT know of Shiny's attack, because he merely sent ME a message, which I have not yet even responded to. And don't forget that I live about a mile or two from him, with only 1 path between there and here, and you have no troops in between.

Furthermore, your army in Termina does not even know of what's going on in Hyrule. You can't move them without knowing that you need to move them.

IceMan has been punished by Luigi Mario KOG, War Moderator of Hylian Wars, for breaking Rule 10 of the rule set used in this session of Hylian Wars. The punishment is thus: when Shiny's army arrives at your base, you will be caught off guard. Any and all scouts that you send out will be shot and killed and will not return.
