General Avery's Log: The winds of war; they blow across this Great Sea. Sure, the rumors have been spreading for months, but there's no mistaking it now. Leaders are marshalling their forces, preparing for battle. Surely there will be much at stake...
Heh, I feel it in my veins. I've always had the blood of a warrier, and now it stirs, ready for battle. Whatever the Great Sea may throw at me, I will be ready.
Avery shall not be defeated!
Captain Felicien's Log: The general spoke to me this morning. Said we're preparing for war. I'm disappointed that it's come to this, but I can't say I'm surprised. Nevertheless, we ought to act quickly if we don't want to get caught by surprise.
First things first: we're going to need more ships. It's war on a huge ocean, after all, so whoever has the best navy will certainly hold an advantage. As such, I'm personally overseeing the construction of our new shipyard, to be completed as soon as possible.

Nemain's Log: Our day has come at last! Today, as I sat in prayer, the gods saw fit to send me a glorious vision. The entire sea united under our banner, the golden triangles of the heathens uprooted with fire and steel, and the true gods worshipped as they should be...
Alas, at the moment, we lack the means to make it true. But it shall not remain so! High Admiral Adlon now works to prepare a fleet for our conquest, and Grand General Vorsec ascertains the training of our armies. Soon, the sea shall be ours!
Adlon's Log: Damn the Apostle! Four hours we sat, waiting for her to finish her prayers, only to be rewarded with a few short orders and a rant about...um...I'm guessing that vision she had. I don't really know. I stopped paying attention around then, just like I do whenever she starts rambling on about the gods.
But anyway, as ordered, construction has started on a shipyard. We estimate it'll be complete in about two weeks. Unfortunately, Her Holiness neglected to give me any other orders, so I'm basically stuck watching them build for two weeks. Damnation.
At least I have the actual conquest to look forward to, I suppose...
Vorsec's Log: As per the Apostle's orders, I've started checking the training of our troops. However, there's a minor problem. Though I can judge the skill of our foot soldiers well enough, the mages I can be less sure about. Therefore, I've passed them on to Adlon. He could probably use something to do during the construction anyway.
Checking the training of the non-mages should take about a week and a half, I'd guess. Pity none of our officers are bowmen, or I could pass the archers off on them and have a few more days to devote to our knights and spearmen...
Projects: Building shipyard - 2 weeks Ascertaining foot soldier and archer training - 10 days Doing the same with the mages - 1 week

Zenna's log, entry #1 I can smell it now... war is near. As much as I have prepared for this, the thought still troubles me. We came to befriend, not to fight. And yet now I fear we will make at least one enemy during our stay, and my small army may not be enough to handle what the natives may bring. This does not, of course, mean we won't have friends. If at all possible, we will make friends with everyone, and hopefully none will take offense to services we are providing to their enemies. This may be a problem, however, as we are all dragons, and most foreigners I've met do not consider dragons to be potential allies, but as common, mindless beasts. I must make my intentions clear to avoid this... I have been provided a map of the sea, and the island we chose as our new home is apparently called Gale. Strange, this place doesn't seem very windy. But according to my advisors, this island conceals a sacred palace called the Wind Temple. I sincerily hope none take my existance here as vandalism to such a place, as I mean none; it was simply the first fair-sized island we encountered. If need be, we may even fortify it and make it a base of operations. I want to take a look around it as well, just to see exactly what I've stumbled upon. And what else I have heard, there is an island city just a few miles south of us called Windfall. What luck, to be so close to such grand trading potential! I must arrange to meet this town's patrician after we finish our preparations. But I can take neither the Kaiser nor Argorok there, and I must keep my escort small, to avoid frightening the townspeople; just the sight of me alone might induce dischord. Ah, if only I had a human representative... I must go and confirm the progress on our encampment and future trading post. At the predicted pace, they should be done in one week, and by then the first shipment of goods will have arrived from Sirusa. Our vast trading network is about to expand!
Complete camp/trading post: 7 days remaining

~General Mikau's Log~This is not good, not good at all. That giant tornado swooped me up and we got separated in the chaos. He should be near by though, as I could see him for most of that unpleasant ride. We cannot afford to be separated in times such as these. War, it seems, is inevitable. Although I do not wish to fight, I will if I must. Now, back to the crisis on hand. We need to create a passage to get off of this island. I believe this is the Mother island within the Mother and Child Isles. It has been said that there is no way in, or out. It seems the legeneds were true, but we must try to create some thing like a doorway through the rock. ~First Admiral Ramirez's Log~This is..........unfortunate. Mikau and I got separated. It seems that half of our forces are with him and the other half with me. Judging by our flight pattern within that twister, he should be on the island adjacent to this one. We need to build a bridge to get up there, so we can try to break down the wall and regroup. I have a strange feeling, but I think we should also make this our base camp, as war will soon befall these seas. It would be best to build a shipyard as well. Our flagship seems to be undamaged. A miracle, I suppose. Projects:On the Mother Isle:Cut through side of the walls, allowing forces to enter and exit the Island. (7 days) On the Child Isle:Create a bridge leading to the Mother Isle. (7 days) Build a Shipyard (12 days) Army Technologies

~Fado's Log~ Being in slumber for hundreds of years does take it's toll, only a tiny bunch of Kokiri remain, many of them fighting for me. Earlier today we landed at Overlook Island, It's sharp cliffs and tower give us good defence, meaning we don't have to invest too much time and resources on fortifying our base. On our way here, i did see a large wooden Platform dead south of our position. We may someday explore and maybe set up an outpost, as i feel this would be a good watch tower. All of my army in it's entirity are all currently sleeping on the hills, I have no plans of waking them as the next time we may sleep is still uncertain.
~Lord Scrubtoscious's Log~ This is pathetic, i've had no food or sleep since we met up at Forest Haven. I do however prefer this Island it's more secluded and much less obvious, I also felt the Forest Haven had it's downfall; The lost woods are bound to attract a neighbour, and the Forest Water there is quite desirable so i'm told. Tomorrow is a new day, and no doubt i will have more to say, but for our first day on these Great Seas, it could have been worse.

LaYF's Stats: http://z7.invisionfree.com/Great_Zelda_War...?showtopic=1780Emperor Vaati's Log: I've been awake for a week now and have uncovered a thousand years of history. When I woke Hyrule was flooded around me and the last bits of my powers as a God were used reviving the army I once had and even then my strength was not fully gained. I began to resume Minish form but stopped myself from becoming too small. The Palace of Winds had been sunk to the bottom of the ocean with everything else. The only thing left in it was the Gyorg Pair that I tamed, guarding the palace like a great Leviathan So I emerged onto the surface world which consists of the highest mountains of the Hyrule of old. I was lost and un-aided, I wondered with a vast army of several thousands out at sea. But, alas, my forces were nearly decimated by the winds that even I could not control. I remember waking from meditation to the sound of thunder, many of my ships had already sunk and a tried to stable the winds that battered us. I landed on this already ruined island with no more than a fraction of my army. The Gyorg Pair had made it out of the ordeal fine and this time, they had offspring by the hundreds. I may have been defeated by the sea once but I shall regroup and launch an assault on the nearby islands. But as of now that seems impossible, considering only my ship, Retribution, has survived. For now, I will focus on building an establishment. The jagged cliff-like structures on the island make for a good location for a palace. I shall rule the world, as it was robbed of me once before. General-Gyrog Pair's Log:Male- Praise, the master has returned! For as long as I can remember we sat in the deep of this sea, guarding his palace and the waters around it. At last he has returned! We shall follow him anywhere and protect him as he sees fit. I helped save the master's ship from sinking during the storm and destroyed a few of his ships that came dangerously near. Female- I did not recognize the master at first, it had been many hundreds of years since I've seen him. My first reaction was to kill him, like all intruders. But he froze me in place with a sharp cool wind. A wind that reminded me of days in the sky when we were free of this sea. My lord wishes to conquer this ocean and I will follow him to whatever end. My Stats: http://z7.invisionfree.com/Great_Zelda_War...?showtopic=1782Zanpaks Log:I do not like this place. It is a frigid place, and appears empty and desolate. But still, it serves for very calculatory advantages. On the one hand, we are protected in its' icy caverns, and it will give us an advantage against the cold. But on the other hand, I do not want to face heat very much for the time being. We are building a shipyard, and a light house, as well as a command centre. We will try to ally with the many we can, as there is strength in numbers. The materialization of my Zanpakuto is coming along excellently, though it is still a difficult task. I will be seeing my old "friend" soon...Ganons Log:Aaah... I feel right at home on this chunk of ice! It will feel more like home once we ready our plans for action. Since the battles will be mainly fought on the naval side, we should ready many boats for such a battle. Though this isle isn't very good for an economy, we can indeed prevail economically! If we cannot win through battle, we should just ally ourselves with plentiful troops throughout the great sea. That will be the key to our survival... and victory.(OOC: How's that?)

Darunia's Log
For the first time in centuries, our people have ventured out from underground. Together with a legion of Hylians, we have survived in the depths of the earth as the land above was purged by divine fury. Us Gorons are long-lived, but of the Hylians who chose to follow us into our underground domain, only their ancestors remain. Men who have never before seen the sun, the sky, or the stars. Our scouts returned from the surface... and it is safe. We can come up from the deep catacombs. It is a great step for the Goron people. Only... something is wrong. I sense unrest... no matter. While Gorons are used to living in caves, an eternity of subterrean life is not an optimal existence. Today, we climb to freedom!
Jantrast's Log
So, we'll be going up to the surface, today. Never been there, myself. I hope the food's good. These Gorons eat rock, but us Hylians barely have enough food.
Link's Log
Well, Darunia dropped the order, so the troops have been preparing for the journey to the surface of the earth. The scouts we sent didn't venture far, but apparently they came up on an island. That's good; islands are easy to defend. We should be able to set up a perimiter fairly easily. The troops did some combat drills earlier, but they're at ease now- it's a long climb to the surface, and they need to be in top shape.
Hot Rodder's Log
I wonder if there's more room to roll around on the surface. I should be able to really get my speed up. Anywho, maybe that naval combat training Darunia put me through might actually pay off. I mean, seriously, naval combat- underground? I wonder what he was smoking. It's not like we're gonna run into lava boats or something. Actually... that's a good idea. We should get some of those. Actually, lava tornado-thingies would be better... LAVA CYCLONES OF DOOM! That's a great idea. I'll get right on that....

God-Emperor Vaalu's Decree: And Lo, the winds bore ill will to the Dragon King and his ilk, as war was rising in the sea. The Almighty flew from his perch high atop the Roost, and with his infinite strength, raised his ancestral home from the depths. A mountain, made of burning fire and spewing ash, did appear. And He did fly into its core, and for a thousand years, the inferno raged, more vicious and violent than any before it. But now, by his infinite wisdom, the Tempest around our Lord has calmed, and surely, his mind is now at ease. He now plans for this Great War, and has called to his most faithful, most trusted, to join him on his Isle of Fire. For the war winds blow strong, and the heat of passionate hearts across the sea flares high.
Prophet Steelwing's Log: Now we stand, a mere 10,000 strong, upon the mythical Fire Island of old. As foretold, we have assembled our bravest warriors, and strongest arms, ready to do the Great One's bidding. Unfortunately, the Great One does not dictate our every day lives, nor what we should do to prepare for the war, so I have taken it upon myself to order the construction of a shipyard on this place. Even though Dragon Roost is close, we need autonomy, and freedom from the oppressive False-King there. We also sent out emissaries to nearby islands, hopefully finding allies in the rocks and brush, or at least empty islands out there. Should we receive any bad news, well, our Patron's wrath isn't called fiery for nothing . . .

~Fado's Log~ In contradiction to my last log. I often remind the troops here to not let our naturally well defended base lure them into a false sense of security, it would be our downfall. However In a war situation, I could easily be mistaken for just a normal Kokiri, I will use this to advantage, as well.
A few scouting Seahats informed me of an army inhabiting the large Dragon Roost Island, South West from here, I may travel there and ask of there motives. Other than this there is not an awful lot to report. I have been practicing Minuet of the Forest on my violin now. It feels as if, somebody is playing back to me....These open seas.
Our Shipyard has now been under construction for 2 Days, and we estimated it would take 10 days. So i can't say were doing bad, and to be fair, the weather has been good to us. I will head over to the Flight Control Platform and Dragon Roost island tomorrow morning.
~Lord Scrubtoscious's log~ Sun, Sea, Sea, Sea, Sea. Where is this Deku Palace that my ancestors spoke of? Anyway, enough of that, it will only anger me. I have been practising my accuracy with fire sceptre on Seagulls and i'm having no porblem hitting them, which is good news. Fado i hear is heading over to Dragon Roost tomorrow, It remains unknown whether i'm assisting him or not. We are heading over there in peace but should they greet with hostility, we would have to fight. Peace or Pain, either will get the ball rolling so to speak.

Fado's Log Earlier on when I woke i could here a strange violin tune playing in my head. I'm getting extreme De Ja Vu, having spoke to one of the local Fishmen swimming by the Island he informed me of the Island next to the Forest Haven. He called it the lost woods, now it could be my memory going or is that really the same lost woods which was next to where i used to live over 100s of years ago? I feel something could be lying in wait, or even someone.
However getting back on track, before a Kargorok flew me south of here to Dragon Roost Island. I'm either going to get a hand shake or an arrow in me, so i must keep my wits about me. I climbed up the cliffs and headed up towards the main living quarters.
The symbol on the door was unknown to me, Where are the Gorons, or the Zoras?
Hell even the Hylians? Races surely can't dissapear over 100's of years can they? I was lucky i could awaken a small group of Kokiri's!
Right now i'm about to walk into the living quarters, I mean no harm, and wish to offer peace as we could be neighbours for a long time. I' ll have to catch up later on my logs, i'm entering now.
Lord Scrubtoscious's Log Am i the only one with nothing to do? The Kokiri's are playing morth ball, the Kargoroks are soaring freely, the Seahats seem to enjoy eating the seagulls, The Wolfos are just sleeping, The Scrubs are playing nut wars and even the apes are finding fun scratching their rears!
Well, Fado has headed over to Dragon Roost Island. I hope he's OK, However his childish appearance can be decieving, as the former sage of wind, he's no push over.
Hmm, it seems the shipyard will be finished in 4 days i reckon, so we will start building Frigates and even a few oar driven paddlers. I refuse to let the shores be my boundaries.

~General Mikau's Log~This is excellent. Cutting through the side of the island is coming along extemely well. I estimate it will be done within three days. My troops seem anxious to see what lies beyond these walls. Friend or foe? Empty water or another army? It doesn't matter to me, as long as we are able to reunite ourselves with First Admiral Ramirez and the remainder of our army. I have had quite a bit of ideas of turning this Isle into our armies base, as it is naturally defened by these high rock walls. Hmmmm.... that gives me an idea. Oh well, I shouldn't get ahead of myself now should I? ~First Admiral Ramirez's Log~The bridge is a little over half finished. I believe it should only take about three more days. It is proving to be quiet a challenge to build this with what little resources we have. I am certain we will find General Mikau on the inside of that island. However, this has been stirring at the back of my mind since the last time that I wrote. We will need allies. We know close to nothing about who occupy the islands of this Great Sea. Once our shipyard is finished, we will be able to build scouting ships, and see what armies live on which islands. Until then, all we can do is put our effort into building this bridge. Projects:On the Mother Isle:Cut through side of the walls, allowing forces to enter and exit the Island. (3 days) On the Child Isle:Create a bridge leading to the Mother Isle. (3 days) Build a Shipyard (8 days) My War stats

Zenna's log, entry #2 I am writing this entry inside the Wind Temple. I finally freed up some time on my busy schedule to take a look around this place. For the first few rooms, all seemed appropriate, but farther in it changed into what appears to be a giant obstacle course, laden with puzzles and traps. Surely this cannot be a place of worship? Even stranger is that the rooms and items within are laid out so that there is seemingly only one way through it. I was lucky enough to locate a map in a remote corner of the Temple, and it is quite large. Several rooms are marked as "important," so I shall take the time to at least visit those before I leave. On a brighter note, our community, as it were, is complete! Each soldier now has proper quarters, and we have a place for ships to dock - I am certain that there are armies out there without winged troops to carry things to and from their ships as we have. Our trading post and warehouse are complete, and the first shipment arrived yesterday, and will be restocked on a regular basis. I have sent a messenger Kargaroc to Windfall's patriarch revealing our existance, explaining our purpose, and inviting them to come peruse our selection at their conveinence.
(OoC: Okay KOG, it's been a week already, and you're being addressed now. You don't want to look bad in front of the visitors, do you?)
(OoC2: I've updated my stats topic with a list of everything available at the trading post.)

~General Mikau's Log~ Today is a wonderful day! We finished breaking throught the side of the island, and to our surprise, Ramirez's men were building a bridge to this island. Luckily, the bridge was adjacent to our opening so it didn't take much to finish it up. Now we can get out onto the open sea air, and breathe long, deep breaths of the salty air. Now, we must foucus on fortifying that bridge to withstand storms and enemy fire. Also, it is vital for us to be able to create canons, so we are going to create an atrillery workshop. It should take approximatly ten days to complete. ~First Admiral Ramirez's Log~ Finally, the bridge is finished. And what a coincidence that the General just so happened to be cutting through the wall at nearly the exact same time and place. The General has started us on fortifing the bridge, which should take 5 days, and building an artillery workshop. I guess he and I think alike.... Now opens our official base, on Mother and Child Isles! Projects: On the Mother Isle: Building artillery workshop (10 days) On the Child Isle: Build a Shipyard (5 days) Fortifing Bridge (5 days) Complete: Create a bridge leading to the Mother Isle. Cut through side of the walls, allowing forces to enter and exit the Island. My stats

Nemain's Log: Heathens...such bothersome creatures. In the week since last I wrote in this book, yet another feeble attempt was staged by the island's infidels to drive us out of this Temple. They stood no chance against us from the start, of course. What foolishness possessed them to believe they could conquer the chosen army of the gods, I cannot begin to fathom. Though many of them died, a few survived to be captured. Immediately, the gods demanded that they be burned alive, both as an example and a sacrifice. Perhaps that will help some of the island's remaining heathens realize that such attempts are futile.
However, even if they do abandon their resistance and covert, it seems the shores are the farthest our faith shall spread for the time being. According to High Admiral Adlon, the shipyard is as yet only half completed, still leaving us without the fleet we so desperately need for this. Gods willing though, the construction of that fleet shall soon begin.
Grand General Vorsec's work progresses at a much faster rate, as of his last report. He claimed he is almost finished with the foot soldiers and archers, and reports that he turned over the mages to Adlon, who has finished ascertaining their training. In response, I've sent him the order to begin training the mages in higher level magic. When we sail to war, we may well have need of stronger magic to see our conquest through to the end.
Adlon's Log: Not much to report. The shipyard is about halfway complete. I've also finished determining that our mages are sufficiently skilled in low-level magic. While it gave me something to do for a time, unfortunately it didn't last through the full construction.
However, I recieved a pleasant surprise today: a messenger from the Apostle, commanding me to begin training the mages in higher level magic. This assignment should easily last through the construction of the shipyard, and continue on through the first week or so of our fleet's construction. Perhaps the gods are merciful after all.
Vorsec's Log: My work is nearly finished. Just a few more days and I'll be finished. So far, the soldiers appear to be satisfactorily trained. Although, now I begin to wish I'd requested some type of additional assignment when I reported to the Apostle. Damn my lack of foresight.
Ah well. I suppose I can always start furthering their training when I'm finished. Or perhaps work on fortifying the Temple. The fact that our enemies on the island were able to breach the Temple, ill-equipped and poorly organized as they were, proves that we desperately need it. Though they were easily defeated without casualties on our side, and the battle's survivors scheduled for execution, a true army would not be so easily repulsed.
Yet regardless, Her Holiness insists that so long as we remain faithful to the gods, they shall provide for our defenses. Folly. When prayers can produce stone walls and good steel arms, then I shall happily entrust the gods with out defenses. Until then, such responsibilities should remain with mortal men.

And (finally) a post by me. Perhaps I'll manage to get Altar and/or Aurora to do something (and not just each other).
Paladin Carbon’s log
Word in the city is that there are many armies preparing for war. This could be a problem. We will need to defend ourselves, as well as attack. And to do that, we need a military, first and foremost. As such, I have named Aurora High Admiral of the Armada, and Altar General of the Army.
In terms of the Armada, only Volvagia exists. Unfortunately, she is merely a transport, even though she is my flagship. She will need to be upgraded. For that cause, I have ordered construction of a proper shipyard and an artillery workshop. The shipyard will take 7 days to complete, and the artillery workshop will take 10 days. Once they are completed, we can begin work on making Volvagia a warship.
I have also received a message from Gale Island. It seems that there is a foreign force seeking to trade, but willing to use force if threatened. Dragons.... Definitely not someone I want as an enemy. I sent the following message to Gale Island:
Admiral Isenvyre,
Thank you for your message. I shall visit your island soon, and wish to meet you. I hope we can become friends, and that our relationship is mutually beneficial.

| QUOTE | Goron:- What brings you here Kokiri?
Fado:- I come for peace, My Island neighbours yours, May I speak to a leader?[/I] |
Random Goron Sentry: Yes.. I'm sure Darunia would like to speak with you. I'll take you to him right away. Follow me.
Darunia's Log
Well, we've made it to to cavern the advance scouts spoke of. We're on a fair-sized volcanic island surrounded by... a sea. I wasn't aware that there were oceans this large in Hyrule- Lake Hylia was a a drop compared to this. The torrent the gods rained down to purge the world must have served another purpose.
Anywho, we might as well make the best of it. If we were able to survive all this time, it's very possible that some of enemies did, too. Our island has substantial natural defenses, but we'll have to bolster it with some bunkers and such. I'm thinking a couple large watchtowers at the top of the mountain, and a spread of a dozen or so bunkers circling the island and covering the openings to the cavern.
One of our runners reported that there's a certain "Fado" seeking a meeting with me. He should be here any minute, so I'll finish writing here.
Jantrast's Log
Well, Darunia sent me and a contigent of troops to patrol the beaches, and guess what we stumbled across? A ship! Yeah, it was beached, but it's in great condition and looks perfectly seaworthy. Hot Rodder should be happy that he'll finally have a ship to command. Doesn't look like a combat vessel, but that shouldn't matter. We've been trying to get it into the water. It's pretty big, so it might take a while.
Hot Rodder's Log
Yee-haw! A ship! This is gonna be sweet. I'm thinking turbocharger, flame decals on the sides, the whole deal. Actually, it's a bit big for flames. And I don't even know what a turbocharger is. Oh well.

~Fado's log~ Random Goron Sentry: Yes.. I'm sure Darunia would like to speak with you. I'll take you to him right away. Follow me.
Fado:- Darunia??
Right, Yes, Thankyou.
*Emerges in the cavern*
Fado:- Greetings Darunia. I am Fado, leader of the Lost Fleet. I'm a Kokiri sage,
I have visited here in the search of piece. I'm not whether you aware, but I have an army to the north of here situated on Overlook Island. Now, Due to the vastness of this sea, and currently any lack of transport, we could be neighbours for a long time.
I'd like to take this opportunity, to request friendship and an alliance. With you and your army.
~Lord Scrubtoscious's Log~ Hooray, our shipyard is finally complete today. We will starting making ships when Fado returns soon.

LaYF's Stats: http://z7.invisionfree.com/Great_Zelda_War...?showtopic=1780Emperor Vaati's Log-Progress has come along nicely on this little island. The shipyard and my new Palace have been completed. I am not entirely pleased with the lack-luster work with the palace it seems to have been rather rushed and not as pleasing as I remembered the luxary life. I'm going to get renovations, the biggest flaw is that it takes up half the island. I'm going to have to tear down most of the side wings and ask them to built vertically. A kind of ominous tower standing tall in The Great Sea. Yes, I have found out a lot about the sea itself. A foolish merchant came wandering by and he got destroyed instantly, we managed to plunder some valuable things from his ship. The most valuable of all things was a labled map... If the information on the map is accurate then I should seek out the Island known as Windfall, even though it is far away from here. I will not engage the island in combat though, I don't have the strength to launch a full-scale war on such an advanced island nation. Instead, I will send a diplomat to try and win over the friendship of these mightly people. War is brewing, I've got wind of that for a while... Nations are marked all over the map and some are far too close for comfort. I shall keep any allies I earn close and any enemies I make closer than that. While they are working on the palace, I'm going to use the resources salvaged from the merchants' ship to build an armory. I need to be well-defended if I'm going to survive this ordeal. General- Gyorg Pair's Log:Male- A merchant saw us a few days ago and the master clearly said that there can be no one near the island. Like twin Leviathans, my mate and I circle the waters (and sometimes the skies) around the islands in search of anything that comes our way. The master does not want anyone close right now so we will do our best to destroy anyone who enters our master's area of operation. My mate destroyed the merchant with ease as she saw him first. At the master's command we did not let it sink into the ocean below, instead we gifted him with its contents. Female- I have crushed a violator of the master's law with an iron will. Not much enters these seas anymore. Perhaps rumors of us have reached the ears of the islands in the distance, or maybe they have seen my spouse and I flying high on patrol every once in a while. I nearly destroyed the master's ship at first sight but he held me back and brought his wrath upon my foolishness. The whips of his winds sting worse than any bow, sword, or cannon. Every once in a while I sneak a meal with one of the Octoroks when they are too near. I hunger to kill again, I am not cut out to be a guardian. Projects:Renovations to the Palace- 2 Weeks Armory- 2 Weeks

Darunia's Log
So I met with Fado, and he said he sought peace. A noble goal, but... tension rings in the air. War approaches, I can feel it. I detest war as much as the next guy, but if it comes to war, we will be prepared. And while an alliance is a nice thing to have in a war, I do not know this Fado very well. He seems like an honest leader, but only time can tell these things. For now, I suggested a mutual defence pact- we'll be watching each other's backs and come to each other's aid in a conflict. I gave him some time to think about it. If he accepts, then we may eventually expand the agreement in the future, to form a full alliance. As I said, though, only time will tell.
Jantrast's Log
So, I was engaging in my love of botany, (mostly because there weren't many plants underground so I find them facisnating) and I came across a strange, spherical flower. When I plucked it... it exploded! Singed my eyebrows, it did. Quite rude for a flower to do that, in my opinion. Anyway, Link saw the whole thing, and was laughing like crazy, so I punched him. Now my hand hurts. But... a plant that grows gunpowder! Amzaing! We could harvest these "bomb flowers" and form them into a very potent weapon, if careful enough with our eyebrows.
Link's Log
omg liek jantrast r teh noob... he burnzed his eyebrows lol omg XFD.
Erm, sorry 'bout that. Dunno what I was thinking, writing like that.
Anyway, his exploding flower reminded me of a tool we Gorons used to clear tunnels quite some time ago- a large explosive known as a powder keg. I sent some subordinates searching to see if we had any plans on how to make 'em- we've gotta have some, somewhere.
HRG's Log
So, we got the ship up and running. I've christened her the Giant's Knife. For stabbing.
Anywho, as I write this, we're taking her for a cruise around the island. There's a curios structure a bit to the east- a large wooden series of platforms. Seems like it'd be perfect for a dock and eventual shipyard, but the workers are busy fortifiying the island now. When they're done, we'll work on this platform- Dragon Roost is rocky and not very good for docking ships.
Projects: Fortificaiton of the Island: Eleven days Re-inventing Powder Kegs: Four days

Zenna's log, entry #3 I have much to report this time, and none of it bad! Where to start... The army stationed at Windfall shows interest in our services. With any luck, we'll be seeing their representatives soon, and we can get some agreements going. However, we don't want to burden them with having to come pick their purchases up themselves. If we had cargo vessels, we'd be able to send our stock directly to our clients. The easiest way to do tis would be to send a request back to Sirusa, but I promised His Excellency Lord Xylose that we would maintain some level of self-suffiency... so it seems our only option is to add a shipyard to our outpost. This will take approximately nine days to complete. On a more interesting note are the results of my Wind Temple excursion. I visited all of the "important" rooms, and all of them contained material rewards of some worth, after a short trial was passed. I uncovered several strange maps which show some location on them, and a spot marked with an X. I assume they lead to some physical reward... treasure maps. But what intrigued me even more was this familiar device I located in a particularly far-off room. It is remarkably similar to the Clawshot I brought from home, but instead of a three-pronged claw, it has a sharp spear point. As a direct result, not only is it more potent as a weapon, it is much lighter since it needs no mechanism to open the claw before it shoots. However, it is less effective as a means of transportation because the spear point cannot grip anything for longer than it takes for the chain to retract. The designs are also aesthetically similar, which leads me to believe that they were created by the same person. Fascinating... and extremely beneficial to my research on their inner functions. Perhaps now I can design a more efficient version that requires less precision machining and fewer materials. I am quite taken by the spear point, and I believe it would serve us better in battle than the claw.
Shipyard construction: 9 days remaining Redesign the Hook/Clawshot: ? days remaining

Helmaroc King's Log: The Kargorocs have returned. They say that armies are gathering. One on the nearby island of Greatfish... Another in Mother and Child Islands, along with three other armies occupying Windfall, Outset, Dragon Roost, and many other islands. We found something in a hole. Of course, I can't fit my head through, but they've told me that there are old ships down there.(OOC: For those who don't remember or know, there's a hole on Needle Rock Island that houses a puzzle to get one of the Triforce Maps. In it, there's two or three ships down there.) We can use those to either make more ships or build a small defense. I choose to build some ships for our Fleet. As for what we will do with the hole, we're going to dig more into it to make a decent base. And also make the hole larger, so those who can't fit in it, such as me, the Moblins, and Darknuts can.
Projects: Enlargen Hole (1 day) Make the underground area bigger (2 months) Build Shipyard- (Pending the enlarging of the hole)

~Fado's Log~ I've just returned from Dragon Roost Island, quite an extraordinary island. Darunia, explained his terms of the 'alliance'. He doesn't let much out, but I can sense he doesn't trust me. God knows what would have happened if i had sent Scrubotscious there instead. However, they are my neighbours, they could have easily slaughtered or captured me, but they never, and being as my island is not far from theirs, any attack on their island is likely to head to ours next. We will defend both these Islands fierecly. I don't think it's the fact that he didn't like me. Does he know i'm a sage? Or did he just a see small Kokiri weak and feeble?
However the lack of trust i hope is just Goron Instinct, it takes more then a compliment and a smile to win a Gorons trust, and even more for friendship.
Lord Scrubtoscious's Log Fado returned today, so as soon as we saw him in the distance we began building our first frigate with our new shipyard. Our first Frigate to be made is the "Seaking".
Projects:- Build Seaking- 15 Expand Capacity of the Sacred Forest Galleon with our newly aqquired ship yrad to 4000- 25 Days Research Gun Powder Cannons for all vessells.- 10 Days Fado to learn Minuet of the Forest [warps to the Deku tree]- 2 Days left
