WELCOME
Set in a world just slightly different than the real world, the comics and the movies alike, Xavier's Institute for Gifted Youngsters specializes in the training and protection of the next breed of mutants. They fight not only for equality and acceptance, but to protect mutant and human alike from the machinations of evil forces who would seek to twist the world to their own ends. Founded by Charles Xavier, the school serves as a home for those who would otherwise be rejected in normal society.

She also wears black lace up boots.
Contacts:
Relatives: Natasha Bojana and Jose Martes (mother and father)
Allies: Morlocks
Enemies: None

Personality:
Angel has an easy going confidence that draws people in, and eases her into leadership roles. Quick and intelligent, she picks up new skills easily. She has a predilection for hacking and enjoys playing video games, first person shooters being her favorite. She does have the tendency to brood when making important decisions, and works things out internally before ever giving a hint as to what she was thinking about, causing many people to believe she's spontaneous. Angel also has a very bad temper. Always prone to fits of rage, she's sat through four anger management classes so far, and has yet to fix the problem. She is often worried about showing that she's a mutant, and has been hiding her abilities for as long as she has had them.

Talents:
Adrenaline When Angel has an adrenal surge, her mutant abilities kick in. Black lines form on her body, increasing in severity the more adrenaline she has. This boost grants her super strength, up to the ability to lift and carry 28 tons, the ability to run at 50 miles per hour, agility two times as much as an Olympic gymnast, reaction speed three times a normal human, and durability that has allowed her to walk away from a car hitting her at 60mph without any internal injuries or lasting physical damage.

Human Abilities Angel is an intelligent girl and has picked up many different skills. She is a gifted hacker, speaks English, Russian, and Spanish fluently, having served as a translator for her parents on many occasions. She is trained in Muay Thai, knows how to free run, and is an excellent painter and drummer. She has an extensive knowledge of poetry, and catalogues song lyrics just as easily.

Weaknesses:
Berserker Angel is prone to rages, her loss of a temper often instantaneous and all consuming, causing her to lash out at whatever is around her.

Obvious Power Use When Angel uses her powers, black lines appear on her skin. The lines creep into being more and more visible, the more adrenaline she has going

Adrenaline Angel's powers only work when she has an adrenaline boost, and are only able to last for half an hour at the most. If she uses her powers for half an hour, she will pass out at the end or possibly worst. Her power cannot be held at full force for the entire half hour. If she uses her powers at full force, she can only maintain it for about 15 minutes before they begin to ebb. She can only use her full force powers (for less than half an hour) four to five times a day, depending on duration. Regardless of how long she uses her powers, or at how much force, she is always tired afterward.

History:
Angel was the only daughter born to the coupling of her Russian mother and illegal immigrant father. Her parents were hard working folk, raising her in the lower working class. Her father worked as a construction worker, while her mother was a house cleaner. They would never be rich, but Angel never wanted for love.

She was still a toddler when her temper started to show. She was normally a happy inquisitive child, but her temper tantrums were more than any one knew how to deal with. When she was 3, she flew into a rage at a Christmas party at a church, breaking every toy there including her own in her pique. Her parents tried to get help, but the sliding scale therapists stated it was bad parenting. They tried to do what they were taught, trying everything from ignoring her occasional outbursts, to spanking, to time outs. Nothing seemed to stop them. As time went by the anger she felt flared up less and less. They hoped she'd grow out of it.

When Angel was five she was witness to a terrible crime. A man in the projects they lived in was revealed to be a mutant. She didn't understand the entire situation, that he had pheromone emissions and had used those to manipulate the people around him to have sex with all the women he could between the ages of 12 and 50, as well as get money from them to keep from publishing the video and pictures he had taken. Instead, all she knew was the man was dragged into the street while people screamed profanities about his mutant heritage and beat him to death in front of her. She began to live in fear that she might one day be a mutant and suffer the same fate.

At seven she hurt someone for the first time in a fit of rage. She was walking home with her best friend when one of the neighbor boys decided it would be fun to scuffle. He shoved her friend down, making him cry. Angel flew into a rage and it took three adults to pull her off of the bully before she was able to cool down. She was sent to another therapist, and they decided to put her into drum lessons, in hopes it would help her to learn some self control. This began the trend of sending her to anger management courses. At 8, she was taught Muay Thai while in a small mental institute, age 9 she started computer programming, 10 she started painting.

Angel was still loved by her parents, and she tried hard to keep from getting angry, but somehow it always got the best of her. She withdrew from her friends, spending more time on the computer and soon was making extra money to help pay for the classes the therapists insisted would help by hacking. She used the name "Dusty" online, claiming to be as ever present and able to infiltrated as the word implied. She was never a stupid girl, and she only took as much money as she could claim she'd gotten from selling recycling, or doing odd jobs. As she grew more skilled her favorite method was going into bank accounts that had many overdraft fees and simply adding another one to take 25 dollars for herself.

At the age of twelve, Angel was walking home through the projects at night. She was mugged of the computer hardware she had been intending to upgrade her computer with. Used to muggings she wasn't upset until they began to threaten rape. Her adrenaline spiked and before she knew what was happening she'd thrown one of the man into the wall hard enough to hit him, shrugging off a gunshot before the men ran. Still feeling the adrenaline moving through her, she realized she was a mutant and her worst nightmare was true. She ran, not going home.

For the next four years she lived homeless, eventually settling in the underground havens for the homeless in New York. She spent most of her time in the library and continued to read well, studying for her GED and reading textbooks for her age group. She continued hacking and taking money when necessary. She soon fell in with other mutants, whom she nicknamed the Morlocks after the novel she'd read as a youth. She would have perhaps spent her entire life in such a state, had she not seen the car careening toward a man in a wheel chair. Her adrenaline spiked and she stepped in front of it, taking the full impact and being pushed back several yards though she did manage to save the man in the chair. He gave her a card, asking her to come to the school but with the adrenaline coursing and her fears of discovery, she pocketed the card and ran as fast as she could from the scene. Shortly after her 16th birthday, the tunnel flooded and many of the homeless within were killed or scattered. No longer having any friends or a home, she finally called the number on the card. It was the number of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, not some chickenhawk operation and she agreed to attend.
