Game Network Rules
All content provided (in any way) by a member (of any rank or position) must be appropriate to users of or under the age of 13. Thus, they must not be less appropriate than a PG13 movie rating defines.
All topics must have meaning to them. There must be a point to be discussed or a question to answer with a topic. All posts under a topic must provide a reasonable amount of input (one-liner’s will not be accepted), and should not change the subject completely (to one that isn’t even related to the topic). This will be referred to as ‘thread hijacking’ and will be considered a form of SPAM. Users must not SPAM (post anything unrelated in a topic, or make a topic unrelated to the forum it is in etc.) in anyway form either.
Any moderately offensive post or topic (directed at another forum member) will not be accepted. Small insults such as “that’s dumb” will not be penalized. Any offensive signature, name etc. will be changed or deleted upon site by a moderator or admin.
Users who make a minor violation will have their ‘warn’ level increased appropriately and possibly their post count decreased appropriately. Once their warn bar is filled it will be considered their first major violation. Also, suspensions may also be issued, to a heavy violator (but not bad enough to be a Major Violation).
First Major Violation: A name ban will be issued to the violator. This will give the violator a second chance on the Game Network, since their violation was not of too high of a degree.
Second Major Violation/Second Degree of Violation: A name/email address ban will be issued to the violator. This goes for someone who had their First Major Violation already or someone who did something worthy of the Second Degree of Violation (skipping the First Major Violation and making it so they only get one extra chance because their next major violation would automatically be of the Third Degree.)
Third Major Violation/Third Degree of Violation: An FB (full ban) will be issued to the user. This consists of a name ban, an email ban and an IP ban. Thus, the user will be completely restricted from Game Network. The only way they could be readmitted would be by using illegal programs. If this occurs, it will be found out and reported to InvisionFree, thus entangling the violator in a problem of legal issues.
